A localização no bairro Lastarria é perfeita: uma rua com restaurantes, lanchonetes e cinema que desemboca nas duas extremidades em dois pontos estratégicos da cidade: avenida do museu belas artes e o cerro Santa Lucía, de um lado e o parque florestal e saída para o bairro Ricoleta e o Cerro San Cristoban. Super recomendo.

The view of the mountains from the dining room was peaceful and enjoyable. The gym was clean and all equipment new and functioning well. Overall great value and facilities.

Мы бронировали номер для 2 взрослых с ребенком 9 лет, и нам предложили втроем спать на одной двухспальной кровати, объяснив, что дополнительные кровати не предусмотрены. А если хотим ребенку отдельную кровать, то надо повысить категорию номера, в результате стоимость возросла в полтора раза! Бронирование на троих во всех отелях предполагает, что кровать ребенку будет, а если нет - то просто не дают троим проживать.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026We stayed at the hotel for one night to enjoy the atmosphere of the old town. The hotel was in the great location for my objective. It's located at the historic townscape, but hotel itself is quite modern inside and well maintained. We didn't have a chance to had a breakfast since we had to leave the hotel before they start the breakfast service. The hotel staff was very kind to allow my quite early time check-in and also provided suggestions and advices to my questions about the city.
If they can offer any light breakfast preparation for my early departure, that was ideal. Other than that, the experience exceeded my expectation.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the room, the bed and the view is amazing. We enjoyed their breakfast too. Their service is the best. Overall we had a great stay.

More clothes hangers and more hooks. This is one my biggest pet peeves. Hooks are so easy to install and can greatly enhance the guest experience - jackets, towels, totes. Everyone can use more hooks

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Very disappointed, especially after telling the hotel from the beginning that I was a solo female traveler coming for the first time to the city and country. 1. In spite of letting the staff know that I want the hotel to coordinate airport pick up, scheduling tours and all related payments, initially and even later they confirmed to me but then passed on my information to the tour company for me to coordinate myself.
1. Vent above the toilet kept running very loudly from 6:30am till 10:30pm. Reason told was that my room was on 7th floor and the kitchen was on 8th floor and vent was for the kitchen. 2. Shower head was pouring minimal water so when I tried adjusting, it fell on my leg with a cut on my shin. 3. Sink was clogged and it would take a long time for water to drain

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026La ubicación es muy buena. Las instalaciones son cómodas. El desayuno es variado y dan la opción de llevarlo si la salida al aeropuerto es en un horario previo a que inicien la atención en el restaurante, lo cual ayuda a planear mejor la salida.
El área de la ducha podría contar con mejores tubos de apoyo y jabonera o repisa para quienes viajamos con artículos de baño personales (shampoo, jabonera, etc.)
