Kingston Hotel 7 - Johor Bharu

Nice lobby, very good price for night, closer to JB sentral {walking distance], silent place despite busy roads closer to building, I would use it again for sure

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice and comfortable stay at Kingston Hotel 7. The room was clean, the staff were friendly ( Pika & Akila) and the location was very convenient. Overall, a good experience and definitely worth staying here again! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at Kingston Hotel 7. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, especially for those visiting JB Sentral and CIQ. Overall, a great stay and good value for money. Would definitely come back again! 😊

Near City Square.

The lobby smell like fecal matter in a toilet. The shower area in the toilet has a weird protruding wall that makes the place awkward. Aircon is rather noisy Floor did not "feel" clean. Dusty feeling for the sole of my feel after walking around. Nearest convenience store is quite a wall away

Clean bed sheets and two pillows per pax.

I don't understand why there's NO HOT WATER when I showered in the morning of 7&8August and the evening of 6&7 August. I hate the person who didn't turn on the heater!

Dur de trouver du positif.

Pas de savon. Pas de bouteille d'eau. Évier bouché. "Chambre" infectée de moustiques. Odeur forte de renfermée et d'humidité. À ce prix-là une honte.

Nk Parking susah sikit

Staffs are friendly, rooms are cozy and clean, beds are soft and comfortable, major points for having smart tv!

The floor tiles near the washroom was sqeaking due to moisture building up in it and the toilet seat is not screwed well in place

Not bad for 1night

The rooms not clean and have to wear slippers

Very nice

Location and friendly staff

Convenient

The location

Parking issues

all are worst , bed very bad

Near Woodlands causeway and relatively affordable price.

Poorly maintained. 1. Pillows smelled dusty. 2. It was difficult to adjust the air condition to an optimal temperature and air flow. The pipes for the aircon also made random loud noises. 3. Wall paint in room was peeling. 4. Chair was dirty. 5. Wifi did not work. 6. Ceiling in the room had black patches. 7. Poor sound proofing in rooms — could hear doors being opened and closed, traffic on the road, and the lobby being locked up (?) at midnight.

The staff were friendly

The room was small. The room structure was super funny with pillar in the middle. The toilet was so smelly with urine smell. The floor was dirty. Definitely not gonna recommend to anyone.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room floor was a bit sticky and oily. There weren't any hotel parking provided.

The location is good, close to JB Sentral, the Komtar mall, Chinatown, eateries of every kind, etc. The staff was friendly. The wifi was strong and stable.

My room was very small, with a tiny window opening overlooking a small space filled with cigarette ends. The worst thing is that there is something wrong with this building. At times, especially in the morning, when guests get up, my room, the hallway, and especially the reception area, fill with the smell of drains (to put it politely). Very off-putting!

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The location was good .. but it can be quite noisy due to the surrounding construction work in the day. During the night is okay

I don’t like this hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed when entering the hotel was an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, the hotel pillows also had a bad odor, which made it difficult for me to relax and sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel will improve its cleanliness and room maintenance for future guests.

Good location, friendly staff. Able to park below hotel which is great as there is construction everywhere.

Smell of lobby was like sewerage. Sheets were not change. Towels were smelly - good thing we brought our own. Room floor was sticky even after cleaning.

Service was great, came 3 hours earlier to check if we could get early check in, with no expectations whatsoever, but the check in staff gave our request time and effort, there was a room available and we paid an additional 30rm to get in earlier. Worth it!

The location is ok, but it is quite a walk from the main part of JBCC. Technically this is the end of the main road, right behind the Shell. Not too crazy but you will sweat walking over there with your bags and everything.

Room is spacious and bathroom also big and nice

The only problem was that the room smells like old because of the carpet outside, even though there’s no carpet inside the room

Clean room

Location. Full of construction.

For the price i paid cant complaint much. Staff was polite. Walking distance to JBCC and City Square.

The room sound proofing very poor. People talking, closing of door can be heard. The smell along the lobby and lift very bad. Smell like leaking sewage. Traffic along the road can be very busy.

Lokasi yang stategik pelbagai kemudahan di sekitar.. tapi masa ke sana jalan nak masuk tutup susah skit lah utuk kenderaan berkereta sebab kena parking jauh sikit untuk motosikal boleh saja mencelah masuk ikut laluan tu… overall best sangat

Good location

Staff not friendly

The cleanliness Bed comfortable Location

A bit damp smell

Walking distance to KOMTAR JBCC

For my room the power socket is on top of the bed ( see pic)

Amma restaurant behind

Poor side desk broken with moss, toilet cover broken, sticky floor. Incomplete renovation in toilet

Clean and nearby to amenities

Construction in progress at the front of hotel

Just okay the bathroom is big

Well they did not inform in here there is renovation IN FRONT of the hotel. Major dislike

Room is simple n tidy.

Bed too soft causing my back ache.

Poor hotel, run down and not clean

the room clean

the staff

location

none

The rooms were spacious, affordable and close to immigration check point.

There was a pungent smell when once you enter the building. It smelt like a broken severage pipe which was definitely not pleasing for guests. Good thing that it was only in their lobby and did not extend to the rooms.

Very convenient

Fantabulous!👍

The bathroom/toilet is very clean.

Its cozy

The smell of the pillow

Clean room, no unpleasant smell on bedsheets/pillows and towels. Everything works well (smart tv, good Aircon and fast hot water). Huge jug was provided to fill water.

Soap quality could be improved,😅

Good location. Worth it.. overall good

Location is very convenient and the bed was comfortable

Road closure, quite inconvenient to reach

The hotel is very near to shops, restaurants and mall and even CIQ (not reachable by foot). The staff was very pleasant and the hotel room was fine. Good water pressure and great aircond (I was freezing at night). Water filter on the corridor to keep yourself hydrated.

The road in front of the hotel is under construction, you will not be able to park your car there - thus, there will be no free parking within the vicinity. The lobby had a weird sewage smell?

Foarte aproape de autogară.

Newly built hotel. Clean rooms. Cost effective.

The rooms are not sound proof. Keep hearing the door slam from the neighbour rooms. There is no dedicated car parking slot.

The entrance very welcoming, the rooms cosy and the staff very friendly and helpful

Nice and tidy

Room very big, good location ..near shoping mall, staff friendly,

Clean
