Good water pressure in the shower, no problem with water temperature control as well. Value for money. Polite staff. Also love the keycard in wood. Easy to access to food, JB old town and JB Sentral.

We found one of the pack containing toothbrush and toothpaste was used but put back into the pack and made to look like new and unused. Gave benefit of the doubt to the hotel could be a prank by the previous client. Hope that hotel housekeeping staff can take note of such thing.

Rooms can be cleaner If you take cab back to hotel sometimes can be jam at the road on the way to the hotel. Can be noisy on weekends because of bar if that affected you. Take note no fridge in the room Bed/pillow not the best

Can hear the people outside talking when it is 12 midnight disturbing my sleep. Maybe the front desk could remind the late night guests to me more considerate when coming back late and be quiet

Got pedestrian crossing traffic light to cross safely + Breakfast staff very attentive
- Parking quite tight, but do-able if park properly - Shower drainage could be better, small issue - Gym no sanitiser + cloth to wipe down equipment - If room is facing the mall street, may hear karaoke until midnight; thankfully they stop at midnight
