Suasana Johor Bahru City Centre by SummerSpace

I have stayed with the same establishment several times . This time the place really surprised us with its cleanliness , free of insects and excellent aircon system . We wished we could have stayed longer .. Thank You Host !!!!

Some of the bath room fittings are loose . Guess it is abuse by previous tenant . No power point at the dining table area for notebook and devices ..

Nice and big.

Didn’t have table cloth given there’s a kitchen and mbr toilet no dustbin.

Location

The toilet floor grout, toilet wall grout and the door frame has a lot of mould and stain.

I like the location the best. Near the malls and custom checkpoint. There are lot of food choices and there is a 7-11 store below. The host was kind enough to arrange for my things to be placed at the lobby due to the extended pick up by the driver.

Apartment very good clean

The tv channel can't process the malaysia channel

The speciousness of the entire room. And its very clean

Nothing that i don't like. All is good

Great Location.easy access to many great rating places.

Location is super good.

Nothing

The cleanliness.

1) The foul smell from both toilets drainage sewage. We had to buy our own air freshener to put off the smell but the smell still lingers. The management must look into the drainage sewage in both toilets. 2) No local tv .channels to watch. We are from Spore, why would you show us Spore channels? 3) The aircon in the living room took so long to cool down. We kept changing to lower temp but room still feels hot. 4) No dust bins in both bedrooms and in the master bedroom toilet. 5) Complimentary slippers not durable, low quality. Slippers torn after a day used. 6) Our room was on the 12th floor and there wasnt any notices pasted on all the four lifts to say that the lift does not serve certain levels. We took the lift that does not serve level 12. We had to change lift again at the lobby, struggling with our luggages. Please indicate or paste a notice for lifts that does not serve certain levels as this helps alot.

The interior was very clean and tidy. There was Netflix for guests to watch as well, without having to sign up.

The admin should inform me how to check in earlier. There were no info until I texted Suasanna via Whatsapp.

Location is very convenient. Easily to get food. Hotel apartment is clean & comfortable. This is my 2nd stay at the Hotel. Will come again in future.

Pillow is too soft.

Good location

The towels provided were not fresh and had an unpleasant smell. In addition, one of the toilets in the apartment had a bad odor.

Accessible to malls and shops

I dont like the room where we stay bec of cleanliness

The bathroom drain was a bit clogged, so it would be great if that could be fixed. Other than that, everything was good.

The location is good and easy access to room.

Didn't provide a shaver and cream. The toilet door robe hook is loose.

I was surprised by the food platter staff was polite and our stay was pleasant. Easy access to everything. Good location too.

No complain about the stay.

Location was good, walking distance to City Square and KOMTAR JBCC. However, much of City Square was under renovation so many shops were closed. Apartment was spacious. They even have a complimentary welcome fruit platter.

The counter staff on the ground floor was unhelpful. I asked if there were laundry bags, they asked me to check with my booking agent? The toiletries (eg Body wash and Shampoo) were no good.

the location is good

hard to get the key to work, end up have to rem the lock number

It was very convenient to get food as it was near shopping centres. The unit was well maintained and clean.

The location and building

Good location, clean and good facilities.

Nothing

Location was good, room was clean and cosy. 24hr eatery right behind

Surrounding constructions n one way roads may be inconvenient for drivers for now.

Just the location

Breakfast is not good and service too

At the town central

Near CIQ

D owner or caretaker are very helpful.Nice, clean and save place to stay.very stargic and convenient place too even though some contractions are ongoing surrounding area.will visit the same place again near soon if the price are reasonable.

Clean,simple and nice layout

Hyvä sijainti.

Muurahaisia huoneessa. Takaovi rikki, ei saanut lukkoon. Lämmintä vettä tuli vain harvoin. Kaksi hissiä rikki ja yksi hisseistä ei pysähtynyt ollenkaan meidän kerrokseemme.

Very quiet and comfort

Location

Room smell of sewerage, apartment was not ready until 5.30pm, the bathroom in main bedroom does not have hot water, the night staff manning the counter is blur does not believe we have complimentary carpark and argued that parking ticket cannot be validated..

For a 3bedroom apartment it's spacious

Everyday there'll be lifts not working. So, it'll take awhile for you to go up or down. The unit is not properly cleaned

Very bad hotel cause they charged me without checking in

Easy to check in

Need to call the host to say that we have arrived. The counter staff could have called for us or even issue us the instructions to the unit. The kitchen and dining area needs thorough cleaning as there are many ants there. The property needs a revamp as the walls and floors are really dusty and dirty.

Nothing and wont come back

No assistance when we reach hotel. Lousy concept, lousy service

The proximity to the border and the local area by city Square and the Singapore border

The furniture and bathrooms were tired. The furniture had stains and the toilet seat had ingrained dirt. Living room service staff came at inconvenient time and then on two occasions did not return on those days.

Spacious room, cleanliness and bed.

All communication through WA. Check in is allowed only at 3 PM, not even one minute earlier. Even extending one night more, we had to change room by 12 noon and again check in at 3 PM. It is not expected after I confirm that same room will be provided. Kitchen items are almost non exixtent, very very less quantity of utensils. Even for a tea bag, you are asking more money. Room is good, but no service. You can not contact anybody, only through WA.

The location is very convenient as it was near the customs. It was also easy to access the room with the passcode. The staff is very helpful! We had issues with the remote control but the staff help to change the battery instantly. Great customer service provided.

The breakfast options could have been more vegetarian friendly.

Everything…

Late respond from the agent

Location is good with shops and eateries nearby

Aircon needs to improve.... water leaking on both living and room. Host send a tech to come and deal with the living after i let host know. But later on room aircon leak. Other then that everything else is good.

Big n very nice

All ok
