phòng 4 người nhưng cho 2 đôi dép đi trong phòng, sàn đi sạn chân nhiều cát. Có TV nhưng toàn phần mềm TQ không xem được Youtube. Trên web báo có ăn sáng nhưng buổi sáng thấy không chuẩn bị gì.

Emplacement parfait, centre de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Les plages sont à 20min. Tony vous accueillera et vous aidera à organiser votre séjour à Cat Ba. Lit très confortable, douche chaude avec un bon débit.

La ville entière est en travaux, alors quelques nuisances le matin à partir de 7h/8h, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, soyez indulgents.

We had a lovely stay here - Tony was excellent! He helped us out organising day tours and transfers for us! He was always available and so helpful and kind! The hotel room was simple but very comfortable and at a convenient location.

Nous avons été accueilli par Tony, qui nous a organisé notre journée dans le parc national et la baie, une très belle randonnée dans un petit groupe, nous étions 3. L'hôtel, à taille humaine est bien situé et la chambre est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le petit déjeuner est correct et les adresses fournies par Tony pour se sustenter sont excellentes. Un grand merci à Tony pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Bien ubicado muy cerca de la zona donde salen las excursiones en barco. La habitación estaba bien aunque no era muy grande (la cama era cómoda) y el baño bastante amplio; el personal muy amable, me ayudó en todo lo que necesité.

Hotel ligt een beetje achter af. Wel door een steegje snel op de boulevard. Zonde dat ze de baai hebben dicht gegooid en een soort moderne Dubai achtige nieuwbouw aan het neerzetten zijn. (Of je moet daar van houden)ontbijt alleen Vietnamees. Wel een droge boterham maar niks om te beleggen.

Ontbijt. Kamer zijn verouderd en badkamer is ook aan vervanging toe.

5am got woken up by noisy guests. Not the hotels fault but I didn't sleep much because of this.

Tony, then manager, was incredible. My partner came down with good poisoning whilst staying at the hotel and he couldn’t have been any more attentive, he even went to the pharmacy for us to get some medication. Thank you so much Tony! The room was also lovely and location was fab.

Good location. Good property manager. Was not cleaned during our 5 day stay. Everything was very dusty, they could have at least used a broom twice or three times.

All staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Apartment wasn't quite as nice as the pictures though and could have been cleaner. Good location to the centre of Cat Ba town though.

We had a perfect stay in cat ba at Green Pearl hotel. Tony was super helpful even before we checked in, arranging a boat trip on one day, bike on another, and our trip back to Hanoi. The rooms were just like the picture, super comfortable - and so cheap too! I would 100% recommend staying here on your cat ba trip!

Tony was a very nice and helpful host. The room was really nice and the location of the hotel is very good if you don’t want to stay at the busy waterfront (lots of construction is going on there) of Cat Ba City. The breakfast was simple but really delicious and friendly.

It was a place to sleep and shower. Close to the main parts of the town and on a quiet street which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointing experience, pretty sure most of the high rating reviews for this place are fake. Bed was very springy and stiff, blanket was ripped, bathroom was a bit dirty and no hand soap, main shower head didn't work, and shower temperature went from freezing to boiling with not much in between. TV was broken and not a smart TV so pretty useless. Staff were friendly and helpful but kept disappearing so we nearly missed our bus in the morning as we couldn't check out. The window on the room didn't shut properly or lock.

After the first disappointment we (mentally) arranged and actually had an enjoyable stay. We did not complain to the staff, because well the price is very good. And the location is good, it's so close to the busy roads of cat ba.

The fridge was not working properly. The AC was working somehow, not good but still. In the shower we had the options of cold or burning hot water, with only one teeny tiny spot you had to find to actually be able to shower. The slippers were disgusting. The bed sheets had many small and big holes. And the TV was not working at all. And lots of dust. And mold. The q tips provided in the bathroom are molded even though they are wrapped in plastic.

The room had everything we needed and was clean. The beds were comfy and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and found the room really good value for the price.

The only downfall was that there was construction going on right next door, where giant boulders were being drilled into from 8am, but this was not the hotels fault and hopefully won’t affect anyone else’s stay in the future as they were finishing the work just as we were leaving.

We enjoyed the view from the top of the hotel, looking out over the street. The location was ideal for us, with snacks, dinner, and lunch all within walking distance. We loved spending hours chilling in the room, especially when the weather was a bit cloudy. We also hired a scooter from them.

I rented a motorbike for two days at a great price, and their laundry service was also impressive. On my last day, they organized my bus back to Hanoi as well. Service is a solid 10/10.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center. The rooms are very clean, with large beds and effective air conditioning to keep the space cool. The owner is great—polite and always ready to help. As soon as we arrived, he assisted us with organizing our trip around the island, renting us bicycles, and helping to arrange a boat trip and bus tickets for our onward journey. The breakfast had a big selection, and I highly recommend the pancakes. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Best hotel on Cat Ba Island for sure! I cannot express how nice the owner is - Tony is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was massive with a big glass window, bright and airy, with a clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine. We could select one option from the menu. It’s ok. The receptionist was welcoming.

The hotel is fine for a short stay, one day or two tops. It just wasn’t very clean at all, in fact we could see that certain things hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bedroom window was facing a pathway so we could hear people walking past and had very little privacy.

This palace is fantastically located, right at the center of all action! Location – Plenty of restaurants, travel agencies, bars, local shopping and grocery stores! You couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s absolutely fantastic! Arrival - Tony arrived to greet me. He was very professional, friendly & gave crystal clear instructions and he offered assistance whenever I needed it which was fantastic. Express check in and even had the choice to change the room to a more quieter one, away from the street. How so very kind!! The room – Spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Price - Excellent value for money. Service - Exceptional. Tony was there for me, responding to all queries and even booked me a night kayaking tour and arranged my transportation to Nin Bin last minute which was fantastic. The limousine was absolutely WONDERFUL. Check out - Very easy, smooth as butter. It’s a family business but for Tony to be that involved and dedicated as the body and soul of the place shows his passion for hospitality. He has raised standards to greater levels as he sets the bar high for himself & others and I’m sure everyone who meets him will comprehend and appreciated his efforts. I mean, the guy sleeps at the lobby at 4am waiting for arrivals. How dedicated is that?? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making my stay exceptional! I will be back some day! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s ratings are very well justified in every level and worth every penny!!

His indian guests. Very noisy, TOTALLY mannerless, weird and very disrespectful. Tony was so patient and professional with them, but I watched them so rude and demanding to him and his mother, it really broke my heart. They were literally just shouting, barking orders left right and centre with one of them trying to enter his kitchen to demand watermelons. Really, irritating guests, causing a nuisance to the rest of us trying to enjoy our delicious breakfast. Also I regret staying just two nights. Should have been more so I'll be back again.

Staying at Cat Ba Green Pearl Hotel was an absolute pleasure. Tony is probably the best host you could ask for—he helped us with everything, from reaching Cat Ba to upgrading us to a street-view room. His food recommendations were incredible! You can tell the property is run by people deeply connected to the island, which is always a plus. The beds were comfortable, the room was huge, and there was always free coffee and tea available. They also organize excursions, and while I didn’t book any, I’m sure they are handled promptly, with your safety and comfort in mind—just like everything else here

I think this place is quite good for the price. The location is perfect for exploring the island, and you can rent a motorcycle directly from them. The room quality is excellent—clean, new, and decorated in a minimalist style that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, you are very close to restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly kind and eager to help with whatever they can. Even on my last day, when I needed to leave very early in the morning and mentioned I would skip breakfast, they prepared a great vegetarian sandwich for my upcoming trip

We’re so happy we chose Green Pearl Hotel. It was actually a highlight of our stay on Cat Ba Island, especially since the weather was really bad. The hotel is a family business, almost entirely run by Tony, whose main goal is to make his guests happy and ensure they get the best out of their time in Cat Ba. They kindly upgraded my room free of charge and organized various trips to Ha Long Bay and other beautiful spots. Excellent location! The room was lovely and clean, with a comfy bed, a powerful shower, and quiet fans and air conditioning. Tony from reception was super friendly and helpful with tours and motorcycle hire. I would suggest checking the motorcycle before you hire it—this was our mistake for not doing so this time—but Tony was very supportive when we encountered an issue with the bike, which turned out to be pretty average. Breakfast was good as well!

This was the perfect stay in Cat Ba. It was just a short 5-minute walk to the center, yet located on a quiet street away from the noise. The rooms were spacious and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Tony was absolutely amazing—one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I’ve met in Vietnam. He booked an overnight cruise in Lan Ha Bay for me, as well as a half-day trip to Cat Ba National Park.

The quality of the room was excellent—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On our third night, we were offered a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. We even extended our stay without any issues.

I absolutely loved the location. The view of the street was lovely; although it was busy, it wasn’t noisy. I liked that it was slightly removed from the main tourist strip but still close enough to walk there when I wanted to be part of it. Very clean and fresh place, with air conditioning and a functional TV. The location is great—close to all necessary facilities like grocery stores and restaurants. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the promenade and a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, or you can take an electric vehicle for 10,000 VND per ride. At the same time, the hotel is not located on a busy road, so it’s pretty quiet. The breakfast sets are varied and delicious. The manager, Tony, is very helpful and thoughtful, providing excellent service.

I can definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Cat Ba. I was in a private room, and it was spacious and very clean. The people there are very service-oriented and share lots of activities you can do on the island. Breakfast is basic but definitely good. This is a new hotel, and everything was super clean and fresh. The room was cozy, and both the bed and locker were very comfortable and easy to use. It was the softest and most comfortable bed/mattress I’ve had during my entire trip in Vietnam. The owner, Tony, is an amazing host. She helped me a lot with booking tours, taxis, and even went out of her way to find the best and most affordable options for me. She was genuinely upset that I didn’t inform her earlier about my travel plans, as she could have arranged better, cheaper, and more convenient transport for me

A very nice homestay run by a kind and dedicated owner. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and everything was clean and well-equipped. During our stay, we needed help arranging transportation for a last-minute trip to Lan Ha Bay. The receptionist not only found us a spot on a boat tour but also arranged for a motorbike rental so we could explore the island after the tour. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. We were even invited to have dinner with his family, but unfortunately, we already had other plans. The room was clean, new, and definitely worth the price.

A young man Tony runs hotel with a friendly, approachable vibe and reasonable prices on Cat Ba Island. The host provided us with plenty of dining and entertainment recommendations, especially suited for young travelers. The rooms were spacious and very clean. While there was a bit of rust in the bathroom, which is common in hotels near the beach, it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and all the helpful information the host shared.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good (definitely try the pancakes), and the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the pier with lovely restaurants nearby. Above all, the staff is incredibly friendly. We especially want to praise manager Tony, who is super friendly, speaks English quite well, and is very attentive. He helped us organize various transportation options, so thank you very much!

The location is fantastic! It was easy to walk to all the attractions in town. Everything in the room felt fresh and clean, from the carpets to the furniture. The room was also very quiet, providing an excellent environment for rest and relaxation. The staff provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Cat Ba and assisted us with renting a motorbike

I booked a room at Green Pearl Hotel with 1 nights and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is spacious, airy, and has a stunning view. The furnishings are comfortable and complete, making it a perfect place for a memorable stay. The prices are extremely affordable compared to the quality of service provided.
