My stay was below expectations. The room cleanliness needed improvement, and the Wi‑Fi connection was very poor and not usable. There was also an issue with the air conditioning that remained unresolved despite repeated complaints and requests for support. In addition, the breakfast quality and variety were below expectations. I hope these matters can be addressed to improve future guests’ experience.

افضل ما اعجبني استقبال الموظف الحربي كان على خلق وبشاشه بعميله قدم له مااستطاع من خدمة مميزه. الفندق ممتاز في نظافته ومستوى اثاثه. وطاقم موظفيه.

لم استطع التحكم بدرجة التكييف كان بارد جدا كنت اضطر اخرج الكرت وكأن الغرفة غير مسكونة لكي يطفأ المكيف وبالتالي كهربة الغرفة لا استطيع سحن الجوال

سرعة استجابة خدمة الغرف .

خدمة السنترال . مستوى النظافه بكلا المطعمين للاسف تحت السئ الأطباق مستهلكة جدا وبعضها فيه شروخ وكسر واضح ومتسخه غالبا وبوجه عام منظر البوفيه للإفطار غير منظم وغير جاذب وغير نظيف .. وياليت يقف في كل ركن مساعد يمسح ويرتب ما يفسده بعض الزوار اثناء الاستخدام .. والله انا دخلت مطعمين في يومين متتاليين حتى الأرضية والكراسي تحتاج لتنظيف .. لابد من إعادة نظر للاطباق والتجهيزات بعين واعيه لما يأمله العميل .

The rooms are spacious; we 4 adults fit in easily. 4 beds were provided, and 2 rooms are spacious and very close to the Haram. Breakfast provided .

The toilet water is a bit faulty, the water doesn't flush or the water doesn't turn on. There is always a smell of cigarettes in the hallway. The 4th bed is always shaking, as if it is about to fall.

Distance to haram is excellent

It was a struggle to get the room cleaned daily..we had to call and call housekeeping and even when they come they dont clean properly. One of the days I had to stand and tell them clean here and clean there etc

The room keeping service and honesty of room keeping staff esp. one named MOHAMMED FAISAL. I think he should be the supervisor of house keeping staff.

On my last day morning, I was extremely tired and had to checkout @12(midday) and went to for breakfast with my family and to my shock I was not allowed breakfast for all family members, first the said only 2( manager named saad), then Mr. Aymen came and he agreed, max 4 for booking 5 beds in 2 rooms( stunning and amazing, never heard anything like that in my whole life) so I had to pay for one breakfast on my last day.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and my experience has been very good. The location is also very close to Makkah.

Konumu harika. Oda içi konforu gayet güzel. Oda temizliği ekibinin hizmeti ve tavırları çok güzel.

Resepsiyon ekibi berbat. Çok yavaş çalışıyorlar ve davranışları oldukça soğuk. İşlemlerim esnasında anlamsız bir ilgisizlik sözkonusuydu.

Location is close to the Haram. The room was huge but not cleaned well .

We booked for 4 adults and a suite room. We got a room with 2 nice separate rooms. We had 3 beds instead of 4; for the 4th person, we had a couch instead of a bed. It was a little inconvenient for me. Next thing is our bathroom smells; it wasn't fresh. Doors and table everywhere: fingerprints.

Total chaos in the hotel. The staff was extremely uncooperative, abrupt, and rude during the conversation. The person we were trying to speak to was more involved with his mobile phone and his conversation.

The hotel staff was very dismissive when we tried to explain that we had received an email from the hotel management regarding early check-in. Instead of assisting us, the staff member rudely told me to contact the person who had sent the email. The message was sent from the hotel’s official email address, and I had no clue which individual had sent it. The staff member should have checked the matter with the hotel management rather than dismissing our concern. I agree that the hotel is conveniently located near the Haram, which is a major advantage. But it seems the staff was taking undue advantage of this prime location, assuming guests would continue to book the hotel despite such an abrupt and unhelpful attitude. Although the location is excellent, the standard of customer service we experienced was very disappointing and requires improvement.

استمتعت واشكر الأخوه الذين في الاستقبال على حسن استقبالهم وبشاشتهم والأسلوب ممتاز وسرعه الانتهاء وتفاهم في بقاء الغرف بالقرب من بعض لأننا عائله نسائية وسوء التعاون في الاستقبال في الإفطار من الأخ معاذ الزهراني اتمنا ان وصل له خبر أنا بنات فهد إلا يجلسون على مائده الاكل من غير مايدعون للأكل و ما دخلنا للإفطار السته أشخاص الان في الاستقبال قال حياكم كلكم في الإفطار واكدت منه قبل ما ا اصعد للغرفة وقال كلهم والأخ معاذ رفض و خلينا الفطور له رغم اني شرحت له وفهمته ورفض بس دخلو ٣ أشخاص على قولته الاني امي مريض سكر لزمت عشان علاجها واليوم الي بعد ما فطرنا كلنا عافة النفس من سوء التفاهم ونقاش السئ

الموقع ممتاز مقابل با الملك عبد العزيز مع سهولة الوصول للفندق. سهولة الدخول وتعاون الموظفين. الإفطا رائع.

إزعاج سماعات الممرات المتصلة مباشرة بصوت المسجد الحرام. وهذا خطأ لا مبرر له. بطء الاستجابة من خدمات الغرف.

Location is very close to Haram, There are multiple elevators providing easy access at the peak prayer time. The Masjid at M level is good. Breakfast food was excellent

Mosque. The mosque inside the hotel provides an exceptional view of the Holy Mosque. If u want a peaceful place to pray inside Haram, and join congregation from within the hotel, o it offers this. But if u plan to go 5 times to Kaaba, then u dont end up using this facility. Beds. Beds were firm, the right strength needed to relax after a tiring day.

This is a review about the hotel and not the experience of Majid-al-haram or being closer to it. The visit was amazing but the hotel not. Here is why: Breakfast. The quality was too subpar and poor, except the bakery items which were just okish. And there was no option to book without an included breakfast. The breakfast really needs to improve, as people come to pray and a hosted breakfast is supposed to have the advantage of saving them time/health. Poor Wifi. It was unlike the description given in booking.com. Wifi was a pain and didn't work at all across all 6 devices we had. We had to a roam around with phone held up high just to catch the signal to book flights. Even after complaining nothing happened. Staff on reception desk. Apart from 1 person, all others we interacted were not pleasant. The AC would either go too cold or too warm by just changing its temperature by 2 degrees, so we had to keep on adjusting to manage. The building quality was average/old for the price paid.
