İsteklerimiz ve ihtiyaçlarımıza çok geç cevap verildi bu durumdan oldukça rahatsız oldum. Bir şey istiyoruz saatler sonra çözülüyor ya da çözülmüyor beni çok şaşırttı

Great and comfortable stay for the family. The Deluxe Presidential Suite was spacious, clean, and provided a beautiful view of the Haram. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the guest experience team was very helpful and responsive

Nothing major. Due to high occupancy, there can be some slight wait times for the elevators during prayer hours, which is completely expected in the Abraj Al Bait complex.

The choice of breakfast was very poor room service was also poor we ordered room service and they sent the wrong items that were not advertised on the menu the website states breakfast is 24/7 however this was untrue as you could only order breakfast until 11 which is a problem if you come back from fair and go to sleep for a while and wake up for breakfast not to be able to have it and have to choose from lunch menu don’t advertise 24/7 breakfast if you are not going to deliver it I have been to other hotels and have never experienced this the lifts were also a huge problem they took so long to arrive and when they did they only went to certain floors

Odaları bakımaızlığını banyonun çok eski oluşu ve odaların birbirine çok ses geçirmeşiniki oldukça rahatsız olduk sesten.

Kabeye girişi çok kolaydı, yemek ve temizlik eksiksizdi

I've stayed in Pullman before as well. Nothing beats the location of the hotel. Food/accomodation is also good.

Booking den oda müsaitliğine baktığımızda musaitlik mevcut olmasına rağmen odalarımızı saat 16.25 de ancak verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyon personeli çok alakasız ve yardimcı olmadılar... otel müsait yer durumunuz var lütfen 12 saattir yoldayız odalarımızı veriniz dememize rağmen bize sürekli saat 16.00 ı göstermeleri ve ilgilenmemeleri hoş olmadı...

Right next to haram I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah. Hotel staff services and facilities was amazing i had very good experience and i am very happy that i chose to stay in this hotel. SHAHAD WAS VERY NICE PERSON SHE upgraded OUR ROOM FROM normal to Deluxe Executive king suit with kabbah view A small apartment which includes 2 rooms 2 bathrooms kitchen sitting and dining it was amazing 👏 🤩. Our flight was late at night so i asked at reception if they can allow us to late check out, the manager was very nice person she allowed us to stay till evening without any cost.

650€ pour 3 nuits : chambre vétuste - seulement 3 lits pour 4 personnes (3 adultes + 1 enfant 5 ans)pas négociable. on sait qu'on s'est fait avoir mais il est 1h du matin : on n'a pas le choix que de rester. a chaque douche, SDB = piscine. les gars de l'accueil pas plus avenants et bienveillants que la sécurité dans le Haraam ! pour un pullman, je suis très déçue. je ne reviendrai plus. tout le contraire a Bosphorus madinah !

Elhamdulillah, je recommande vivement tout était parfait : personnel accueillant et excellent service, surtout le directeur des relations clients — qu’Allah le récompense pour sa gentillesse et son aide. JazakAllahu khayran. 🤍 Petit-déjeuner très bon et varié, chambres et salles de bain propres. L’hôtel est également très bien situé et très proche du Haram. Les ascenseurs peuvent être parfois très chargés à certaines heures, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. Si vous voyagez avec des personnes âgées, prévoyez éventuellement une petite chaise avec vous.

الصور غير عن الواقع طلب تنظيف الغرفه ولم يتم تنظيفها وطلب سرير اضافي وقالي موظف الاستقبال حاضر ما جاني ولا شي وانا حاجز ليلتين الفندق ما يتكرر ابدا والي اغرب من جذي غسيل وكوي للدشداشه بمبلغ يتعدا 100 ريال شي يضحك

Rooms were too noisy. You could hear the others rooms talking. 3 nights our neighbors were fighting so wee did not get sleep do to loud shouts. The rooms need to be more noise canceling.

There was always an issue with the waiting for lifts and the confusion on what lift to take or lifts closing quickly when you are still briskly walking or running to the lifts and the long waiting times

The hotel's location in Clock Tower is very close to haraam. Breakfast is very good and hase many varieties of food. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Location was excellent thats why i booked it, it is over crowded and staff response was pathetic. Breakfast was good but not extra-ordinary as compare to the price paid.Lifts system need to be improved.

Location is great its in front of Haram of makkah and was very easy to reach kaba on time for prayers.

Overall good experience. Everything was good.

I booked with 2 adults and 2 kids with the age 7 years and 4 years. I had mentioned that before making a booking and the room was suggested. Price was good and i booked it. At the time of check in i found out that there is no seperate bed or sofa bed for kids. They offered only 2 single beds. And asked me to pay around 200 riyals for a single bed per night. Very very expensive and very disappointed. Since i didnt have any other option. I had to pay for an additional bed.

Great location

Too expensive when you request some thing and they do not deliver. I requested extra bed as my parents arrived and they did not provided even after 4 hours. I end up complaining to line manager and then the provided one. Clearly lack of communication between staff and most of the staff, especially male, always on phone while talking to you.

Everything was perfect, specially the stuff. Specially thanks to Ziad he was very support full with us and to organise the rooms

The rooms were rather a bit small compared to that of Madina. Then also work on the lifts outside. There is too much pressure on the clock tower lofts. That of Pullman are ok, neat, effective and efficient.

Pleased with the reception and professional service at arrival, credit goes to KHALID AS SALAMI. Rooms were clean with good housekeeping. Staff were proactive in and calling to make sure that our stay is pleasant. Thanks to all the team.

Appreciating the great service and nice staff dealing with the huge number of guests at the breakfast restaurants but the menu need to improve in order to reflect the image and name of Pullman.

Maalesef yemek kokusu Kahvaltı yapılan yerler kalabalık tenha olan salonda kahvaltı yapmak istedik izin vermediler. Resepsiyon Daki kişi az idi çok bekledik kayıt anahtar almak için. Odaların içinde havalandırma ve pencere yok yemek kokusu sinmiş asansör ve ara koridorlarda yemek kokuyor

An exceptional hotel experience! The staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Farouk, whose exceptional kindness made my family and me feel truly valued and cared for. The location is very strategic, the comfort is excellent, and the overall service is outstanding. I highly recommend Zamzam Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Makkah. We will definitely be back!
