Nous avons passé une nuit au Berk Guest house. Personnel très sympathique et accommodant. Accueil très chaleureux, merci. Hotel très bien placé tout proche de plusieurs points touristiques. Bon petit déjeuner sur une belle terrasse. Nous avions choisi la chambre proche de la réception donc plus bruyante mais cela était très bien indiqué sur l’annonce donc aucune surprise et honnêtement la nuit a été très calme.

Great location close to main attractions, really friendly family running it (they even invited me to the beach one day, it was so nice), I felt very safe as a female solo traveller and the room was great value for money. Would highly recommend staying here.

Самый центр Стамбула, что уже здорово. Старое здание с историей. Очень колоритно. Номер действительно поразил размерами, очень просторный. Ознакомиться с завтраком не пришлось, рано уехали. Заселение прошло быстро без вопросов. Рекомендуем.

Душевное гостеприимство хозяев, расположение в самом центре города, все в шаговой доступности.Великолепная обстановка на завтраках, как в гостях у родителей. Сделают турецкое кофе для вас! Вечером модно посидеть и полюбоваться на крыше. В номере чисто, все необходимое есть.

The location is amazing, we also loved the terrace upstairs it offers a beautiful view, the property is very clean and the owners are extremely lovely and welcoming.

Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, posizione perfetta per girare la città, colazione buona, piccolo terrazzo con bellissima vista. C era tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, ovviamente è una guest house quindi camere semplici ma pulite e con tutto il necessario.

В принципе всё отлично.Надо понимать что комнаты будут небольшие, но все удобства имеются.Пытались ночью поспать с открытым окном, но народ гуляет и может быть шумно, так как район туристический и масса заведений

The room was extremely clean and cozy. I felt almost like home. The bed and the pillows were amazing. There was A/C in the room, and I didn’t expect it to be there, so it was a nice surprise:) There was even a fridge and a freezer in the room. Even though my room was located next to the reception desk on the ground floor, I had a great sleep and home-like comfort. The staff was very nice and welcome. For this price they offered a free breakfast, which was enough for me to be full until lunch!

The shower wasn’t working properly (not enough hot water in the evening, and sometimes not enough pressure). But I really cannot complain about this since I stayed only one night, and I didn’t mention it to the staff because I just had one shower:) But I’m sure if you’d stay more than one night, they would help you to sort this out! Also, I would replace shower curtain with something solid, because shower is small and the soft curtain was sticking to my body.

Berk Guest house is situated near everything you might want to see in Istanbul, perfect location! Host's were fabulous, sharing with us tips on places to go and best way getting there. Very helpful and genuinely lovely couple! Breakfast was pretty good, plenty to keep you going.

ゲストハウスを経営しているご家族はとても暖かく迎え入れてくれました。色々と親切に教えてくれたり、気さくに話しかけてくれたりしてとてもリラックスして楽しく過ごすことができました。紹介してもらったレストランもとても美味しかったです。ロケーションは最高で、旧市街のメインの観光地は徒歩で回れます。部屋も広々としていて、冷蔵庫も大きく、快適でした。プライベートエレベーターで移動も楽々でした。何より屋上のテラスからの眺めが最高でした。，ブルーモスクやアヤソフィア、ボスフォラス海峡をいつでも見渡すことができます。朝日や夕陽に染まるモスクや対岸のアジアサイドや夜景を見に何度も足を運んでイスタンブールの風景を満喫できました。また朝食は野菜やハム卵ヨーグルトなどの種類が豊富で美味しく、ギリシャ風の内装の涼しいオープンルームで、気持ち良い朝を迎えることができました。トルココーヒーもとても美味しかったです。次イスタンブールに行く時も必ず泊まりたい宿です！

The location is super central, staff is very nice, the terrace view is amazing. Overall, the room was large enough and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom needed a serious rework. Some other things in the room could be renovated as well. You can hear quite some noise coming from the street.

La atención de los dueños es EXCELENTE, nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. La ubicación inmejorable. Sí vuelvo a Estambul seguro que repito alojamiento. Recomendable 100%

Los trabajadores son muy majos, siempre te preguntan y te dan los buenos días con mucha alegría. El último día de nuestra estancia nos regalaron un imán para la nevera de Estambul. El desayuno estaba muy bien y muy completo. La ubicación era muy buena a 2 minutos de santa Sofía. Muy recomendable.

La ducha era un poco pequeña, pero te puedes duchar sin problema.

Ein liebevoll geführtes Gästehaus! Wir haben uns hier außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Die Inhaber und Mitarbeitenden sind allesamt super freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Das Berk Guest House war seinerzeit das 5. Gästehaus Istanbuls und existiert noch immer - allein das spricht für sich. Die Lage und die Dachterrasse sind das absolute i-Tüpfelchen. Auch das Frühstück bietet alles, was es braucht. Jeden morgen wurde mir zusätzlich ein frisch gebrühter türkischer Kaffee angeboten. Schade, dass die aktuelle Lage es den kleinen Betreibern so schwer macht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ❤️

We had a great stay, the hosts were really lovely and helped us out with advice and support. The breakfast was great, and situated in a lovely terrace. The room was comfortable, and overall the hotel was everything we needed!

Soggiornare in questa struttura fa sentire coccolati. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, ospitali senza essere invadenti. La struttura è situata a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza Taskim e dalla fermata del Tram T1. Dotato di terrazza panoramica e cortile interno, fresco, dove si fa colazione. Quest' ultima è soprattutto salata, con prodotti molto buoni. La nostra camera non era grandissima, ma comoda soprattutto il letto e Ve lo dice una che ha problemi alla schiena.

Se devo segnalare qualcosa, ma solo per chi ha necessità di ampi spazi, il nostro bagno era un po' piccino.

Das Zimmer sowie Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und die Lage ist sehr günstig um die Sehenswürdigkeiten per Fuß zu erkunden. Super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und gaben oft Ratschläge bezüglich Tagesausflügen.

Before we even arrived I had a feeling that this was going to be special. It had all the excitement of an Istanbul stay, blended with the feeling of being safe and welcome. The location is perfect for easy walking access to major attractions, and yet tucked away for restful quiet. Lovely restaurants nearby. And a great breakfast to start your day. The owners are so sensitive to their guests needs, and we were constantly surprised by their over and above real kindness. It was hard to leave them, but a treasured memory forever.

"Famiglia!" Questa è la parola che meglio rappresenta il Berk Guest House - Grandma's House. Posizione invidiabile a soli 5 minuti di orologio a piedi da Santa Sofia e la Moschea Blu, piccolo e accogliente, ascensore, camere confortevoli per metratura, i proprietari sono persone deliziose e premurose molto discrete e mai invadenti seppur sempre presenti e a disposizione del cliente; parlano perfettamente inglese, disponibili ad aiutare e dare informazioni di qualsiasi tipo. Colazione essenziale sia dolce che salata, prodotti freschi e buoni. Wifi in tutta la struttura con ottimo segnale L'arredamento è vintage, come le case di una volta, come la casa della nonna! Intimo e carinissimo il cortile della colazione che regala frescura anche nelle giornate più calde. Il bagno, è il punto debole della struttura per le dimensioni ridotte, non c'è bidet (difficile comunque da trovare all'estero) e il lavandino è in camera da letto ma per noi non è stato un problema. La struttura ha i suoi anni, determinati interventi radicali per ovvi motivi non sono nemmeno possibili da effettuare. Presso il BGH - Grandma's House, come già detto, si trascorrere un soggiorno in famiglia e non in uno sterile Hotel.

Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung,. Es gab nicht wirklich eine Dusche; WC wurde mit einer Duschfolie geteilt, damit man duschen konnte.

抜群のロケーション、隣はフォーシーズンズです。ホストは英語が上手で親切な方、必要なアドバイスをくれます。夜は静かになります。朝食はギリシャ風の中庭で食べられ、美味しいです。宿代も良心的です。

Il pagamento obbligatorio in cash che ci é costato 20€ in più per le commissioni del ritiro al bancomat. Zona centrale molto comoda ma anche un po’ rumorosa.

At first, it looks totally unreal: centre, a view to the main attractions, all the historical places in a 10 min walking distance. But the reality exceeds these expectations. The level of hospitality is fantastic, like you are visiting old friends. Personnel always to help, give some advice, support and cheer you up.

The building itself might be considered quite old. The Terrace has wonderful view but might be cold during late evening. However, those I such a minor thing that are definitely not worth to be considered for the decision to stay here.

It's no surprise this place has a 5-star rating—it truly deserves it! From the owner to the staff, everyone was amazing. I I traveled to many places in Europe, but I never met such kind and helpful hosts before. If anyone from the team read this, thank you again for your kindness and help. You can feel that they really care about their guests and want everyone to feel good here, and Yeşim is incredibly warm, caring, and has a motherly touch that makes you feel right at home. The hotel is clean (they clean every day), the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The area is also quiet for the center of Istanbul. We asked for a quiet room, and they listened 🙂 We also got a room with elevator access. The view from the top terrace is stunning— You can spot the Marmara sea and the Hagia Sophia from there. The location is perfect: Sultanahmet tram stop, and other important/famous places are only about 5 minutes away on foot. If we come to Istanbul again, we will definitely stay here again.

Central location, main sights are 5-10 minutes walk away. Staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and them offering a turkish coffee after breakfast was a really nice touch.

What wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation. So central and easy to walk to all main sites from there. The area is also great with restaurants and shops.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la Mosquée Bleue. Depuis l’aéroport, un bus permet d’arriver à environ 15 minutes à pied de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Les propriétaires ainsi que tout le personnel sont adorables, toujours disponibles pour aider ou donner de bons conseils. Leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leurs petites attentions rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était très propre et entretenue chaque jour avec soin. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était délicieux, varié et copieux.

Attention à la chambre du RDC à côté de la réception car il y peut y avoir du bruit. Mais cela était indiqué dans la description et ce n'etait pas un problème pour nous.

В этом гостевом доме мы останавливаемся третий год подряд и только потому, что нам нравится всё - очень удобное расположение - старый район Фатих, центр достопримечательностей - и очень тихое место, близко до трамвайной остановки Султанахмет. Необыкновенно радушные и гостеприимные хозяева - владельцы этого дома! малое количество номеров, отсутствие толпы и домашняя обстановка за завтраком! номера уютные, кровати удобные! обязательно вернусь сюда ещё раз!

Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, czysto i schludnie, właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni, doskonałe śniadania. A wisienką na torcie jest taras dla gości, z którego można podziwiać panoramę Bosforu. Gorąco polecam!

Simpatia de todos os funcionários. Receção calorosa e sempre prontos a facilitar a nossa estadia. O pequeno-almoço tradicional com comida fresca e confecionada no próprio dia era muito saboroso.

Reisezeit Ende April. Es handelt sich um ein kleines aber feines Haus, dem durch die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des familiengeführten Betriebes ein besonderer Charme verliehen wird. Die Lage ist perfekt. Von der hauseigenen kleinen Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Bosporus. Aus der ruhigen Seitenstraße kann man zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten die beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten inklusive Altstadt und Fährhafen (Must Do: Überfahrt nach Asien) erreichen. Die Gastgeber halfen uns mit wertvollen Tipps und waren stets um unser Wohl bemüht. Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.

Das Bad ist etwas klein aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend.

Das Grandmas house,hat ein super vibe. Sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das ist kein kommerzielles Hotel. Familiengeführtes und fine. Die Lage ist für die Leute, die entspannte Umgebung in Istanbul wollen, perfekt. Direkt hinter Hagia Sophia in einem Nebenstraße. Ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wie haben das kleinste Zimmer gebucht. Wenn ihr mehr Platz braucht,bucht großeres Zimmer. Frühstück sehr frisch und wirklich lecker. Wir hatten sehr schönes Gefühl dort. Vielen Dank Grandma und Grandpa.

Die Betten sind für die Personen größer als 180 cm klein.

C'est très bien situé, la vue de la chambre est magnifique. On nous a prêter une Istanbulcard et comme nous ne pouvions pas prendre le dernier petit déjeuner on nous a préparé des sandwichs.

La chambre est plutôt vétuste la salle de bain mériterait un gros rafraîchissement, la literie n' est pas top non plus. Enfin le petit déjeuner est fait de produits très low cost. Cependant tout est relatif, le prix comparé aux prix actuellement pratiqués a Istanbul est très serré. Istanbul n'est plus une destination interressante pour les européens Stockholm devient moins cher en comparaison !

Couldn’t say more great things about Berk guest house! The owners were amazing, super helpful and did everything to make sure we had a great stay! The location is super central and perfectly located to get around and see all the sites. Breakfast was delicious and overall a great stay.

Everything was excellent but be warned due to the proximity to the Blue Mosque, the call to prayer can be heard around 4AM on some nights :)

This accommodation in Istanbul was magical—it’s a shame we stayed only for one night. The room was very cozy, and the accommodation is located close to the city center, with easy access to all the main sightseeing spots. The breakfast was delicious, and the owners were very kind and welcoming.

Отличное расположение отеля, прямо рядом с голубой мечетью и Айя-София. Рядом есть трамвайная остановка. Хозяева замечательные люди, добрые, приветливые. Гостевой дом для неприхотливых, номер небольшой как и весь гостевой дом. Оставались три дня, проходили только переночевать. Завтрак сытный. Особое спасибо хозяйке Ишим- милая, гостеприимная, радушная женщина, предложила нам дополнительное одеяло, истамбулкард, объясняла как добраться из одного места в другое, подсказывала где дешевле пошопиться, даже просто поговорить с ней одно удовольствие. Было ощущение, что мы приехали к родственникам.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec un verre de vin et des cacahuètes. Services et conseils irréprochables Situation de l'hôtel excellente, à 5mn de la mosquée bleue et de restaurants. Nous conseillons vivement aussi celui situé juste à côté à droite. Chambre familiale spacieuse et à l'arrière au calme. Bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, avec du thé et du café. Roftop agréable avec vue sur le Bosphore ! Petit déjeuner suffisant, sans chichi.

La salle de bain très petite pour une chambre familiale de 3 personnes et qui aurait bien besoin d'être rénovée. Et un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait aussi le bien venu dans la chambre. Mais le tarif justifie largement le confort !

Отличный вид с террасы и из окон. Хороший устойчивый WiFi. Очень удобные кровати- высыпались и расслаблялись после длительных прогулок. Хозяева очень приветливые и внимательные к своим посетителям. В дождливую погоду предлагают зонты. Так же всегда предлагают вызвать такси в аэропорт, если требуется. Подсказывают как добраться в нужное место. Всем рекомендую этот отель. Приедем еще не раз.

Run by a friendly couple, relaxed, good breakfast, lovely night staff. I felt very at home. Close to the centre but peaceful. Lovely roof terrace with view of Asia.

Small bathroom but not a problem to me.

Настоящий семейный очаг для туристов. Исключительно положительные эмоции и впечатления. Весь персонал улыбчив и отзывчив, хозяйка всегда рядом ) Сразу ощущалась забота и участие. Приятный бонус в виде завтрака. Помощь с вызовом такси в аэропорт и вкусный кофе со сладостями на дорожку ) Расположение - лучше не придумать, в самом сердце лучших мест Стамбула.
