Everything was amazing! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Hat Yai with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here..

Breakfast has decent spread and my parents enjoyed so much because there is porridge and softer food for them. Location is excellent because once we walk to the entrance the night market is buzzling with music and nice street food.

The lift cannot go straight to our level.

I stay last day and buy ticket eat breafast.but the sup and porridge is cool.after let you guess know and just cool two hot porridge to us.

The hotel's location is its biggest advantage, with shopping malls, the night market and many popular local eateries all within easy walking distance. We appreciated the secure basement parking as we were on a road trip. Our room was spacious and offered a great panoramic city view. Breakfast had a good selection and was served in a pleasant dining area overlooking Hat Yai. The staff, especially those at the lift lobby and breakfast restaurant, were consistently polite and welcoming.

The room was quite basic with minimal furnishings. The lack of carpet or other soft furnishings made it feel less cosy, and the tiled floor became quite cold underfoot. WiFi reception in the room was weaker than in the lobby, so internet connectivity could be improved.

Please provide tea bag (example lipton tea) in the tea making facility. Now the hotel only provide instant coffee (nescafe) creamer and sugar. I have to buy a box of lipton tea from nearby 7-11 outlet for my stay.

You couldn't find a better location in Hat Yai. Just adjacent to the hotel is an excellent night market. You're surrounded by restaurants. Zero noise in the room and sweeping view of the city. Nice pool and workout area. And beautiful classic lobby. The staff projected friendliness. Liked it so much that we're going to spend the night here when we return from Lipe. I will mention that the hotel is a bit unusual in that the lobby is on the tenth floor, so you take an elevator to the lobby and a different elevator to the room. Not a downside at all, but just something to be aware of.

Parking lot abit difficult for long car

The hotel was centrally situated, close to the train station and in the centre of a night market with food and clothing stalls. It was very clean and welcoming.

Having to change lifts at the 10th floor was annoying. The gym equipment was very old and badly maintained.

Locatie perfect in het markt gedeelte van Had Yai. Kamer een beetje saai heeft wat schilderijen nodig om het op te leuken.

The bed was hard, Thai style. Most of the plants around the pool were dead. Lots of opportunity to make it look beautiful but they haven't spent the time and money to do that.

Feb 28, room 2804 網路連接非常差，幾乎沒有， 洗手刷牙的水有很強烈的消毒藥水味道。 Feb 22 住宿體驗非常不好,附近在開音樂會，很大聲，很吵一直到半夜超過12點，沒辦法睡覺，房間裡忘記放水，必須自己去找櫃檯拿。

We arrived pretty early (9AM); knowing that check in is at 3pm; but they were able to let us check in early - which allowed us more time go out and explore the city! I made a specific request for a birthday treat for my sister whom i was travelling with; i truly appreciate how quick they responded. They continued to communicate with me and coordinated the cake delivery the room, at a time which is convenient to us. The birthday surprise was delivered by 3 polite staff who also sang to the birthday girl! We had a blast! Thank You for making our holiday so much fun! To me, Lee Garden is the gold standard for Hatyai / Songkhla hospitality.

Really like to stay at Lee Gardens, very convenient, and the staff very friendly, although I arrived on morning around 9am,they allowed me to check in, so I can get the room early

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, bardzo miły personel, niesamowity widok z wyższych pięter hotelu, nieskazitelnie czysta, biała pościel i ręczniki. Przyjemny, przytulny, jasny pokój.

Śniadanie w jednym dniu było super, w drugim takie sobie (spędziłam w tym hotelu 2x 1 noc). Prysznic zamontowany na sztywno na ścianie (brak słuchawki prysznicowej).

The welcome and good bye was impressive. The staff manning the entrance and the lifts were great as was the housekeeping lady. The bed comfortable with quality bedding. Relatively quiet but little soundproofing. The room was huge. Location right in the middle of Hat Yai so 10/10

The room was stark with zero nice touches, this followed a great welcome so expectation did not live up to the room. Air Con very loud and blowy with limited control options. Breakfast was very poor indeed. I suspect as this large hotel has a few guests they have scaled back breakfast offer. This included allowing hot food to go cold before reheating. Whilst the hotel is so very quiet they may benefit changing to at table service for the time being. Very little visible management at breakfast saw many staff chatting whilst plates piling up. No streaming services.

The location is good. Close to shopping malls and food outlet. The staffs are very helpful.

There is lack of dustbin inside the hotel. Only 2 power sockets are universal type but both located too close to each other, therefore can't use both together. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided.

Location is at main heart of major attraction of city, breakfast was delicious and chef skills were excellent. Lots of varieties and tea was tasty. View of city at night was beautiful.

The room TV has channels only available in local language and not understandable for foreigners. The facility should have global language option too. There was no life guard available at swimming pool and no attendant at gym.

Room is clean and hotel location is great, with many eateries nearby and shopping. We were stranded in the hotel due to the heavy flood in Hatyai, hotel staff really took care of us. giving us free food and arranged big truck to send us to the airport. I will definitely go back to the hotel if I travel to Hatyai.

Location and cleanliness. Friendly staff. Liked that there is a driveway unlike other 3* hotels nearby.

Breakfast is pathetic. Chef didnt understand what is egg white only omeltte despite explaining multiple times and they replied ok from a translator. Minor issues like one box of tissue in the whole room for 3 days. Only changed 4th day. Some days no cotton buds. Pricey for a 3* hotel.
