Its location which is away from the busy area yet near and walkable to places like Kim Yong & Hatyai Market, Lee Garden area etc. Also quiet n peaceful area. Easy to get Tuk Tuk n there’s a money changer right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient. Friendly n helpful staffs

The location is walking distance to Lee Garden and Kim Yong market. Other night market and Central is 10mins car ride away. Nearby hotel have many food stall and massage.

Refill water is available at reception only. They will not give more water bottle if requested. No room slippers provided. No hand towel provided, only bath towel.

The room is quite spacious. The bathroom has a bath tub. There's a coffee maker (keetle) and fridge that provides except for the coffee sachet/tea bag/sugar/creamer not provided.

There is no iron/iron board provide not only in the room but in the Hotel as well. You might bring your own especially for those wearing tudung/hijab.

This hotel is a joke, where do I even begin? The bed is very dirty, noisy, the bathroom is filthy, the sheets are so dirty they're bruised and not even fresh anymore, there are ants, cobwebs, and mold on the walls. The air conditioner died a long time ago. It seems nobody checks this hotel. To cut a long story short, I paid 810 baht and checked out the next day to another hotel for half the price. There are much better hotels around here. I definitely do not recommend it

Supportive staff. We were a group of 7 who booked 2 double and 2 twin rooms. We arrived early and they tried best to first give us 2 rooms to rest from long train journey and then assigned the other two rooms on the same floor to keep us together.

Overall is good. The location is good because Lee Garden is just less 5min walk from the hotel. The most places can talk tut Tut and all just 10min. The front office staff is really helpful and assists the guest professionally.

The hotel area has many taxis making it easy to go anywhere. Halal restaurants are only next to the hotel. 7e has 2 near the hotel area.

The room lights are not bright enough because they use yellow lights. The pillows provided are only 2 for the king bed.

Room and especially bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathtub was not cleaned well and also the floor area.

Hotel facilities are fairly rundown, room deco dated and housekeeping could have been more thorough.

Good location , very friendly receptionist ( except one cleaning lady not friendly at all ) ..location near night market, 7E , shopping archade , foot massage ( infront of hotel ) , muslim restaurant just by the side and train station. I like the most is the water shower ....very powerful as if massaging ...good for relaxing.

One cleaning lady not happy with me after just check in as i couldnt find the shower soap.Actualy it is blocked by the toilet curtain ...after show me the soap ,she start nagging in Thai and showing not happy face....she is not friendly at all. Only 2 pillows ...king bed...normaly it should be 4 pillows per king or queens bed.... No tea or coffee sachet in room except at the balcony.

I am so happy and satisfied experience with the hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. We managed to check in early with connecting room available. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Our room was been clean after we back from shopping. Very easy to find halal food. We just walk to Lee Garden Night market and having a good massage nearby with hotel. Eventhough parking is limited but we managed to park our car all the time.

Location is near halal restaurants and shopping points.

When I was there, one of the lifts/elevators had an issue, it was not still resolved when I checked out.

I am a muslim . I love this hotel because of the location. This hotel is Next to 2 halal shop , ayuthaya and khaled. Across the road is 7 -11. Then there s another 7 -11 . Lee garden is just 2 block away. Mixue is next to khaled . Ayuthaya and khaled is always full. Just go to 7 11 and buy CP burgers . Ask 7 11 staff to reheat . I prefer lee garden nite market compared to asean nite market. This hotel area is prefect for famili. The road is not busy conpared to lee garden. Lee garden is in busy road and noisy

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently close to popular spots like Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and famous eateries such as Kaitod Meena, Kaitod Bangloh, and Kaitod Decha. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, and halal food is available just beside the hotel, which is a big plus. Since it’s a 3-star hotel, I didn’t have very high expectations. The interior is dated with old furnishings, but the hotel does provide useful amenities like a lift and a fridge in the room.

On the downside, the room’s lighting was not sufficient and felt quite gloomy. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell from the shower curtain, and I could feel the mattress springs, which affected comfort slightly.
