The property was located in a great position in the centre of Gueliz.

Good location, clean furniture and good 2 bedroom size for a family. Communication with Houda the host was great. She was helpful when we needed assistance and directions. When we travel anywhere in the world we always stay in either 4 or 5 star hotels, It was our first time to stay in a furnished apartment and it was great experience and I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a safe and comfortable stay for a family

J'ai apprécié la clarté des informations que j'ai reçu de Houda avant mon arrivée afin de nous faciliter l'entrée à son appartement qui était exceptionnel, nous avons eu un accueil VIP, un suivie quotidien, Houda était soucieuse de notre confort et de n'avoir aucun manquement pendant notre séjour Houda était disponible 200%100 à nos questions et nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses dans les alentours qui étaient d'ailleurs présente dans l'appartement C'était ma 1er expérience de location d''appartement d'où je ne vais plus prendre d'hôtel !

O apartamento é fabuloso.. Viajámos com duas crianças e não faltou nada. O apartamento está completamente equipado e as. Comodidades são excelentes. Na rua conseguimos encontrar dois minimercados, uma excelente hamburgueria e um restaurante de brunch fantástico. As atrações ficam a curtas caminhadas de 10 minutos e a medina a 25 minutos a pé. Totalmente seguro. Amámos Marraquexe e a sua gente. Principalmente a gentileza da anfitriã

Em Agosto às temperaturas ultrapassam os 46 graus. Mas disso ninguém tem culpa.

J'ai réservé rapidement sans regarder les détails de la piscine, il y en a 2, une au RDC et une autre sur le rooftop qui est pour les enfants.

Квартира была очень чистая, отличная планировка, оборудована всем необходимым, прекрасное постельное белье, отличного качества полотенца. Расположена на втором этаже, ночью было тихо. Будем рекомендовать её нашим друзьям! Хозяйка апартаментов была на связи, мы передвигались на личном авто, нам было представлено парковочное место в гараже, нашли локацию апартаментов легко.

Единственный момент, который временно доставил нам неудобства, был связан с тем, что в квартире было слышно пробегающих по лестнице отдыхающих людей. Но это было не долго, быстро вмешался консьерж и навёл порядок. В итоге мы отлично выспались!

Квартира в апарт-отеле (есть консьерж внизу), просторная, современная, чисто. Есть балкон. Отлично оборудованная кухня. В доме есть маленький бассейн закрытый и совсем крошечный на крыше. Местоположение отличное, современный район, но достаточно близко к медине. Очень понравилось, что у консьержа можно оставить вещи на хранение при отъезде, а также провести время в бассейне уже после check-out.

Когда мы были в крытом бассейне (где-то в 14-15.00), пришла уборщица и стала активно мыть помещение едкими химикатами, было сложно дышать. Желательно убирать помещение, когда там нет клиентов...

Fabulous apartment, great facilities. We loved the rooftop pool and sunbeds. We spent many hours enjoying the sun on the rooftop. The apartment is in a great location with some lovely restaurants and shops nearby. It was also a nice walk to the Medina. The host was very nice and answered my questions promptly. There was also a very nice man on the reception desk. We will definitely stay again on a return trip to Marrakesh.

Квартира просто шикарная! Идеальная чистота, комфорт и удобство! Такое впечатление, что совсем новая, некоторую технику на кухне никто еще не использовал. Встречающие очень душевные люди. Есть 2 бассейна, на крыше небольшой, но окунуться в жару отлично! Терраса с лежаками и беседками. Второй бассейн внизу, можно поплавать. Есть сауна, хаммам. Но хаммам не работал или мы не поняли, как включается. Есть несколько тренажеров. Расположение квартиры в отличном районе Гелиз

Spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, the furnished balcony

L’appartement est très très bien , propreté impeccable , il n’y manque rien . La petite salle d’eau est un bon atout en plus de la salle de bain avec grande douche .Les lits sont très confortables et la petite terrasse est appréciée pour des moments de détente après de longues journées en excursion . La pièce où il y a une laveuse avec séchoir pour le linge est vraiment pratique 👍. La climatisation fonctionnait super bien. À notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par Lamyaa notre hôte , elle a été super 👍, sympathique , patiente avec nos questions , a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et s’est portée disponible pour toutes autres questions durant notre séjour en nous laissant ses coordonnées.

La rue devant l’établissement avec beaucoup de détritus et les nombreux jeunes chats errants avec petits chatons , c’était triste à voir 😒 Nous aimons beaucoup les animaux et avons trouvé ça désolant . Ça été un choc à notre arrivée de voir cette rue … constructions autour , on ne s’attendait pas à ça .

L’emplacement est parfait dans un quartier vivant à proximité immédiate d’un centre commercial et de nombreux restaurants.Appartement très propre,moderne,avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.Deux chambres spacieuses avec une très bonne literie,une belle cuisine équipée,joli séjour/salon.Petit balcon bien aménagé .Et en plus,parking privé au sous sol .Deux piscines communes,une chauffée intérieure et une en extérieur avec une grande et belle terrasse aménagée au dernier étage.Pour finir,super Wifi et de très nombreuses chaînes de télévision.Il y a quasiment tout de disponible.L’accueil était parfait et les deux gardiens disponibles en permanence fort sympathiques.Difficile de trouver mieux.

Het appartement is nieuw en schoon. Keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en biedt je de mogelijkheid om daadwerkelijk te koken. Fijn dat er een wasmachine was om kleding te wassen.

Pour résumer tout est parfait ! Équipement cuisine, confort literie, espace salon, deux toilettes ! Sans oublier l’accueil et le service taxi qui nous accueille à l’aéroport et nous raccompagne. La propriétaire est à nos petits soins. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésiter

Appartement moderne très agréable ! Très propre, très bien agencé offrant de beaux espaces, et très bien situé ! Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois par Lamia, et la propriétaire adorable également à prendre de nos nouvelles régulièrement pour savoir si tout se passé bien pour nous ☺️ Parfaitement satisfaite de notre choix et de notre séjour dans ce bel appartement ☺️ Si vous êtes de passage à Marrakech, je vous recommande cet appartement !

The location is unbeatable, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just downstairs. There is a security guard on-site who is very helpful and assisted us with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. A special thanks to Lamyaa for being so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended!

The property uses a storage water heater. You just need to plan your showers a bit as it takes some time to reheat between uses, but it wasn't a big issue once I got used to the timing.

Les équipements mis à disposition dans l’appartement. La localisation. La propreté . Les échanges avec l’hôte .

Le bruit des travaux dans l’immeuble à toutes heures . La piscine intérieur ne reflète pas les photos ( peinture défraîchie, piscine non chauffée et pas propre ) .

We, especially the kids, really enjoyed the indoor pool and the ping pong table. Lamyaa was welcoming and very nice and reachable. The cleaning staff forgot to leave us some coffee capsules as a welcoming gift so Lamyaa delivered some for us the day after.

The bed were too firm almost hard and the pillows were too thick. Would have liked to have some shampoo and soap included.

The property was clean, and had good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a lovely area on the roof for relaxing and swimming. There is also an indoor pool, and sauna. It was about 20 mins walk to the medina, and a close walk to the modern shopping area. The station is also about 20mins easy walk. The host was very helpful, and always available if needed.

The neighbours were noisy on 1 of the nights. Construction in the area, which did not affect our holiday, but not ideal if you want to sleep in.

Le seul petit inconvénient est que le check-in a été légèrement retardé. Cependant, cela était tout à fait compréhensible, car la propriétaire était en train d’acheter un lave-vaisselle pour améliorer l’équipement de l’appartement, ce qui est un point positif pour les clients et m’a fait plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est moderne, très propre, au calme avec tout le confort nécessaire. Idéalement situé à proximité des restaurants et des Jardins de Majorelle. L'appartement est bien sécurisé, les gardiens toujours à l'écoute pour nous satisfaire. Un grand merci à Lamyaa pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, l'accueil était super.

Very friendly host, who helped me from very begining after my booking till end. Very comfortable beds, everythink clean. Vert quite flat but in neighborhood lot of resturants, shops. Good location close to airport and all nice places. Fully recomended :)

I’ll give 5 star to this place in terms of everything! Communication with the owner is easy and efficient; location is convenient - walking distance to Jardin Majorelle; apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed for family travel. Highly recommended!

Oooo My, how can i rate this apartment more than a 10, it was exceptional!!!! The room was absolutely neat, the kitchen was sparkling, the location was near everything. Loved loved loved it. A big shout out to Lamyaa she was amazing and made sure we got everything we needed. 100/10 recommend.

I had a really good stay in Marrakech. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and having a secure parking spot was a big advantage. Tout était très bien, super accueil et déco sympa pour un appartement tout confort

Les lits jumeaux dans la chambres sont un peu limites en terme de taille pour des adultes. Un petit plus seraiy de prévoir une 2e clé pour les groupes pour plus de confort mais rien de méchant il y avait un concierge à qui laisser la clé en cas de besoin.

L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre de Guéliz. Le parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus, et comme nous avions deux véhicules, deux places nous ont été réservées sans problème, ce qui nous a rassurés. Les équipements ainsi que les parties communes sont parfaitement conformes à la description sur Booking, ce qui est très appréciable. Un grand merci à l’adorable Lamyaa pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son écoute. Elle met tout de suite à l’aise. Je recommande vivement !
