Hôtel très bien situé, tout proche du temple. Très calme, malgré la proximité de la route. Toute l'équipe nous a accueilli chaleureusement, ils sont tous d'une grande gentillesse et leur générosité nous a touché. Les chambres sont très propres, joliment décorées. La cuisine du restaurant est excellente, nous nous sommes régalés pour un prix attractif. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, avec une variété de produits fait maison. Les billets du temple et du son et lumière, sont disponibles a l'hôtel au même tarif qu'au temple. Merci a toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Si nous revenons a Abou Simbel, c'est ici que nous choisirons notre hôtel.

四个人省钱订的三人间，老板给免费升级成了两间河景房，我们大家在餐厅吃了泡面，还提供了餐具和热水，并且小哥还帮忙在泡面条，整体服务都很热情，第二天实在纳塞河上吃的日出早餐，看着第一缕阳光照在阿布辛贝神庙上，真的非常浪漫。

Es una lástima que la mayoría de viajeros no pernoctan en Abu Simbel, porque dormir tan cerca de los templos te permite acceder a primera hora, sin demasiado calor y sin apenas turistas, y acceder al espectáculo de luz y sonido al atardecer: en el alojamiento nos ayudaron muy amablemente con las entradas y los traslados. El desayuno incluido es muy completo, y muy rico, el personal súper amable, y las habitaciones súper bonitas, con todo lo necesario (jabón, neverita, fruta y agua de cortesía…) un buen tamaño y una decoración cuidada, mezclando la modernidad y lo tradicional. La cama es grande y además muy cómoda. Nos quedamos a cenar y también quedamos muy satisfechos. Repetiríamos sin duda!

El hotel es muy bello, especialmente por la noche. Esta muy bien cuidado y el personal ha sido muy amable. Se han ocupado de nuestros traslados con precios justos. La habitacion limpia y linda, con vista al lago Nasser, cama comoda, baño pequeño aunque suficiente para una ducha refrescante. El almuerzo y la cena resultaron exquisito, un aplauso al chef. El desayuno abundante y variado. Recomendamos descansar en este sitio antes de emprender la vuelta!!!

The hotel is the best value clean friendly hotel you will find in Abu Simbel. We made sure we stayed somewhere that was close to the temple so we do sunset cruise, the sound and light show and then experience sunrise in the temple. We think if you want to see Abu Simbel you should stay a night with the delightful hotel. You won’t go away hungry either 😘. Comfy bed, great shower and lovely staff.

A beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. The host is so accommodating and will give you a ride to wherever you want to visit. Very comfortable room, and good shower with hot water.

We felt the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress topper. But this is likely the case at all hotels in the town.

We also loved the fun tuk-tuk transport for airport and temple runs. ​A major highlight was the sunrise/sunset boat trip on Lake Nasser, which was offered at a very reasonable cost. While we didn't attend the Temple Light Show ourselves, the staff was ready and willing to arrange the tickets and transport for us. They make all the local logistics feel effortless. If you want to feel genuinely looked after, stay here!

オーナーさんは日本語が少し話せます。日本人の利用もおそらく多く、アブシンベルにおける安心できる滞在先のホテルだと思います。 個人的には、何よりもスタッフの皆さんの心遣いが最高でした。 実は滞在中に靴が壊れてしまって、ダメもとでスタッフの方々に相談してみたところ、接着剤などを用意してくれて応急処置をしてくれました。しかもチップは不要とのことで…感謝でいっぱいであります。本当にありがとうございました。

神殿からは若干距離はありますが、その代わりバス乗り場に比較的近いので、ケースバイケースということで… 他は特には落ち度は感じていません。

Le personnel est vraiment toujours prêt à rendre service, que ce soit pour les transferts aéroport, le véhicule pour aller/retour aux temples, pour les repas, pour faire une promenade en bateau l'après-midi (habituellement cette activité se fait au lever du soleil). Ici le service aux clients est vraiment à un haut niveau. La chambre était confortable, la climatisation efficace et indispensable. La salle de bain était un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle. Mesdames prévoyez une charlotte (bonnet de bain) pour la douche qui est en pluie depuis le plafond. Les petits déjeuner et les diners pris à l'hôtel étaient bons, le service s'adapte à vos horaires. Si vous souhaitez assister au son/lumière demandez les billets à l'hôtel, ils ne sont pas vendus sur place. (Avis personnel: Nous avons été déçus par ce son/lumière que nous avons trouvé peu lumineux avec des commentaires vieillots).

強いて言うと、レストランなどの付帯料金は周囲より少し高めです。それを安心のためのチップととらえるかどうかは、それぞれの価値観だと思います。

Cet hôtel est incroyable. Nous avons été accuillis comme de la famille. Le personnel est adorable et hyper accueillant, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées et la nourriture est fraiche et délicieuse. On s’est sentis en sécurité comme dans un cocon. Mohamed, Ali et Hamo ont été d’une aide précieuse pour l'organisation de notre séjour. Transferts depuis Assouan puis vers Louxor, Tuktuk jusqu’au temple, réservation des billets pour le spectacle son et lumière, balade en bateau au coucher du soleil... des moments qui resteront gravés dans nos mémoires ! We had a fantastic stay at New Abu Simbel Hotel. The property is beautiful, with charming Nubian-style décor that creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. Our stay was both pleasant and comfortable from start to finish. Ali gave us a friendly welcome and was attentive throughout our visit, always making sure we were enjoying our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a great variety and quality. Ali was also very accommodating, even offering to arrange a sunset boat trip and transportation to the night show. Although we declined due to our young kids being too tired, we really appreciated the thoughtful service. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to stay in Abu Simbel.

Que ce soit l'accueil par le directeur, le service restauration, les chambres, les propositions de sortie (lever du soleil sur le lac Nasser et les temples), petites attentions avec mention spéciale à Mustafa, qui après la sortie sur le lac, nous a fait découvrir un café nubien délicieux où nous avons pu parler un peu avec les habitants d'Abu Simbel. If you come to Abu Simbel you must stay at this hotel! It is exceptional - beautifully decorated, extremely clean, comfortable rooms and bed (we had the best nights sleep here) What makes it perfect is Ali and his team are amazing and make your whole experience wonderful and seamless. They organised the light show and tuk tuk there and back. Also the boat ride in the morning was incredible, all organised by Ali. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious and filling. The fruit juices are so fresh and yummy!

This hotel is THE place to stay in Abu Simbel. Not only does it give excellent value for money, but the onsite restaurant serves excellent meals, the staff are super friendly. You don't get any hassle from the staff, they are just very polite and look after your every need. The rooms are very good, with great aircon and a good bathroom. The showers provided hot water every time. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There isn't an elevator so be prepared to walk up a few flights off stairs, but that is only a very minor thing in my opinion.

So many people take a day trip to Abu Simbel from Aswan - DON'T DO THIS (it's a long 3-4 hours through the desert in each direction and you'll only have 1-2 hours at the temples at a time when they're overrun with hundreds of other doing the same thing). Instead, STAY AT LEAST A NIGHT in Abu Simbel (we stayed for two, which was perfect, although we would've enjoyed a third in all honesty!) Then you'll have time for a sunset boat trip on Lake Nasser and you can go to the temples when they're quiet - we went twice and for our second visit, not long before closing time, we had the place almost to ourselves and even had a chance to lock Ramses II's entrance door! A third night would've meant we could've visited a Nubian village too. And when you stay in Abu Simbel, STAY HERE - at the New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel. More than anything else we loved the welcome from the Nubian people here, they are lovely, warm and naturally friendly people, always looking to help, never pushy with no hard sell. The facilities were also nice and comfortable, and the food was tasty and extremely good value. The sunset boat trip on Lake Nasser was another highlight for us, the hotel organised it as a private tour (on a boat that could fit 20+ people!), well worth the 1000 EGP each. Big thanks to everyone at New Abu Simbel, including Staffi, Hamo and the boss-man Mohammed 😀 and everyone else, including the ladies who worked hard to make up the rooms. Het hotel ligt niet ver van Abu Simbel. Wij gingen de tempel bezoeken en liepen te voet terug naar het hotel in 20 minuutjes. De eigenaar is zeer hartelijk en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Wij kregen een upgrade van de kamer. De kamers zijn zeer netjes. De badkamer is klein. De airco in de kamers werkt goed. Je kan eten in het hotel. Het is niet slecht maar ook niet het beste dat we al gegeten hebben. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel als je een nacht in Aswan wil verblijven

De matrassen zijn aan de harde kant en de badkamer is mooi maar niet zo praktisch maar voor 1 nacht is dit niet zo erg.

We were badly let down by the Amon Guest House (see separate review) and hastily booked a room at the New Abu Simbel Hotel just a couple of hours before we were due to arrive. Within a few minutes, we received a very welcoming WhatsApp message from Hamo on the hotel reception. After a traumatic morning we felt a sense of relief that we would be in for a good stay! And so it proved. On arrival, Mohammed, the owner, was there to greet us and welcome us to "our new home in Abu Simbel." We quickly went to see the temples and had the place almost to ourselves - all the day trippers have left by midday - which was an amazing experience. The following morning, Mohammed and Hamo were both up and ready at 5.45am to take us to the boat for a trip to see the sunrise bathe the temples in an amazing glow. Hamo even came with us on the boat. Staying overnight at Abu Simbel is definitely recommended. Mohammed and his team have created a special place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant is excellent - fresh fish from the lake in the evening and a lovely substantial breakfast after the morning boat trip. However the one thing that really sets it apart is the Nubian friendliness of every single member of staff. We stayed there one night, less than 24 hours, but we left as if we were saying goodbye to old friends. Don't hesitate, stay at the New Abu Simbel Hotel.

Vlakbij de prachtige tempels van Abu Simbel ligt dit hotel. De eigenaar en ook de rest van het personeel zijn heel betrokken en klantvriendelijk. Kamers zijn keurig en schoon en eten is lekker, het ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Voor mijn vrouw’s verjaardag hadden ze speciaal een taart gebakken en er werd gezongen en gedanst.

The bathroom was tiny but very usable, just the shower drainage was insufficient, so even after a very quick shower the bathroom floor was soaked.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Ali & Hamo and the rest of the staff. I immediately felt at home in the Nubian culture. We only had one night there as we were visiting the temple but had lunch, dinner and breakfast - all of which were ample and enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and I can say I had my best night’s sleep there of my 13 nights in Egypt. The hotel was very good value for money but the outstanding aspect of our stay here is how much they make you feel welcomed. It’s not an act - they mean it from the heart. I am grateful to Ali and everyone for my stay and unreservedly recommend this hotel.

This Is a fantastic Place to stop in your Abu Simbel tour. Ali and the staff will take care of your transportation, meals, and everything there is to do in the area. Plus, they offer a very relaxing tour of Lake Nasser with an unmissable view of the temple at sunset! Highly recommended.

チェックイン時に、予約してるトリプルルーム（ベット3台）とは別に、景色の良いダブルルーム（ベット2台）を勧められました。2人で旅行していたのでどちらも良かったのですが、「２つの部屋を見てから決めて良いよ」と言われ、部屋まで連れて行ってくれ、結果湖を一望できるダブルルームに変更しました。（料金は一緒で） アブシンベル神殿までのトゥクトゥク片道1ドル、ホテル併設のレストランはメニューに料金記載、アブシンベル神殿の夜のショーのチケットを正規価格で用意、朝ごはんは本当は7時からのところ5時半への変更（無料）、6時からのバス停までの送迎（無料）、などなど至れり尽くせりで色々やってくれました！！ また、一番良かったし驚いたのは、追加料金やチップを一切求められなかったことです！ 正直カイロでのぼったくりタクシーやお土産屋の経験でエジプト人を疑ってましたが、このホテルの人たちは、こちらがチップを渡したくなるような人たちでした！！ 日本語を話せるスタッフさんも多い、かつ日本人は英語があまり上手くないことも分かってくれているので、日本人にはぴったりのホテルだと思います！

All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The shower has a curtain so no spills and floods in the bathroom! オーナーの方や他数名のスタッフが日本語を勉強されています。英語に自身がない方も少し安心かと。常に気にかけてくださり、クルージングやナイトショーなどの提案をしてくださります。強要はされません。アスワン空港からは100ドルでホテルまで送迎してくださりました。移動にも水やスナックを準備してくださりとてもありがたかったです。冷暖房完備でかなりすごしやすいと思います。

シャワーが流れるのに少し時間がかかるのですがもしかしたら私の部屋だけかもしれません。完全に詰まっているわけではなく、温かい水もでるのでそんなに大したことではないです。

We had a wonderful time in the new Abu Simbel tourist hotel. This family hotel is taking care of the host, just like their own family. The hotel is brand new and rooms are very cosy and clean, in a lovely Nubian style. The staff is extremely professional : they can help you for everything : coming from Aswan, going to Abu Simbel temple, have lunch or dinner : you just have to ask and the will help you with a nice smile. The restaurant is excellent : fresh fish from the lake, mix grill, and other typical Egyptian food. We really recommend this place.

Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine and the food in the restaurant was great. They were helpful in arranging transport to the temples.

素晴らしいホスピタリティとおもてなしの精神のホテルでした。 まず、予定ではカイロから飛行機でアスワン経由してアブシンバルへ入る予定でしたが、飛行機が遅延した為アスワンで足止め。困っていところすぐに連絡を下さり、アスワンからアブシンバルまでの車を迅速に手配して頂きました。 おかげ様で当日夜に無事アブシンバルのホテルに到着。夕食はナセル湖の新鮮な魚を用いたフライや焼き魚料理。ご自慢のマンゴージュースも絶品で疲れをいやす事が出来ました。 部屋もリニューアルされたばかりで新しく、快適に休む事が出来ました。 翌日早朝のアブシンバル神殿をナセル湖から見るボートツアーでも、ガイドのＡＬＩさんがトゥクトゥクで楽しく送迎して下さり、写真も沢山撮って頂きました。 次の目的地のルクソールまでも、５００kmという長距離にも関わらずドライバーさんと車を手配して下さり、安全快適に着く事が出来ました。 とにかくホテルの皆様のお心遣いとやさしさに感動した時間でした。 いつかまた、セカンドハウスであるアブシンバルへ訪れたいと思います。 本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

The staffs are always ready to help. Special mention goes to the receptionist, Mr Hamo who are always checking on us if everything is good and if we are in need of anything. The hotel is rustic and clean and they provide transport anytime and anywhere when needed.

My stay at the New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible area near the temples. First of all, the kindness of the staff truly stands out. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thanks goes to Hamo, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel installations are new, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms and common areas feel fresh and properly organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere for travelers. Another highlight was the food, which was absolutely delicious. The meals were well prepared, tasty, and offered a great way to enjoy local flavors after a long day of sightseeing. Finally, the hotel provides excellent support for guests with organization and logistics. The staff helped with arranging tickets, transportation, and planning visits, making everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, this hotel combines great service, comfortable facilities, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay again when visiting Abu Simbel Temples. Highly recommended!

1. The Staff is the most kindest of heart human beings. Specially Mustafa, he helped us, since we arrived at the hotel, told us stories about the city and the culture, made sure we had an amazing Food, Cultural and accomodation experience. 2. The hotel owner came to welcome us personally and offered us welcome drinks and fruit plate from the regional farms and gave us souvenirs. Very kind and amazing person. 3. The room was clean and filled with Roses and had a view seeing the Lake and the Parking place so we can make sure our car is safe. 4. The hotel is super easy to reach directly on the main road. 5. The food is super nice and delicious and the fresh juices are a dream. 6. We had free Parking place for our Car. 7. 24/7 Reception service and the hotel was also willing to give us our rooms as an early Check IN if we arrived before the Check in time. 8. The prices of the rooms were very reasonable.
