Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Behaviour of Owner is extremely bad & he is racist. Unnecessary shouting & refuses to take bill with credit card. Staff are also rude & they are behaving like gangsters. No room service & not welcoming at all. They are so arrogant specially the owner he is like a monster at some point I threatened about my safety. Please don’t promote this hotel & I never encourage anyone to stay at that disgusting hotel.

Bedsheets and towels are looks old, but they are clean and changed whenever we ask. Staff is polite and very responsive.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2024The area is very central at Gachibowli. The area is quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and overall was worth it for the price paid. The host was very helpful and very accommodative to requests. The room was a bit dusty, but when informed was made spotless. We travelled using Uber to everywhere else, which was equally cheap, so the location was excellent really.
Nothing really. You cannot really complain for the price.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2024Very good. Clean rooms and environment, friendly staff, flexibility of check in - out time, and room size is bigger than other hotel or apartment room, recommended place for a long stay. We are still staying here but can't wait unilt we check out to write a review !
A very minimum facilities, better to have a mini fridge and safe box, more cloth hanger.

Reviewed May 8, 2024Breakfast was not in-house. Breakfast hasn't started yet at the property. Request the fellow travellers to not select the option of breakfast included at the time of booking because there is none. Upon asking, they only give you breakfast from outside which is simple dosa/idli with no sambhar as well. Fab hotels customer support is very unfriendly and unsupportive in that situation. Booking.com reviews about the property confuses the end customer. Highly dissatisfied.
Everything. It was a Oyo turned property. Early check in demanded extra 500rs from me. Unfriendly rules.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2024First of all the stay was shifted to some dirty apartment used by bachelor boys without my permission after collecting full payment by me . I felt really cheated to see the dirty, unhygeinic,narrow room like a store room with dirty blankets, bathroom etc and pathetic place like some refugee camp. I booked the room in Limestone residency but FAB hotel changed it to Plot no.2-62/2/1 <rajiv Gandhi nagar, Gachibowli which is basically a cheap dirty place accommodating jobless wanderers . After collecting full payment they informed me they dont have lime stone residency in their list anymore and providing this alternate accomodation. Will never rely on FAB hotels anymore and highly recommend Booking.com to take necessary action against them and compensate me.

Location is good, but the entrance could be better identified with a marking from the road. Cleanliness is appreciated. Employees are well-behaved.
Tea cups, must be replaced. More hangers should be there in the closet.
