1) Misleading information regarding hotel listed in the portal such as Executive Lounge facility which is not actually available. 2) Complimentary breakfast had no provision for juice. 3) Restaurant menu had limited option for dishes.

I liked all the facilities at the hotel. The best part was that we lost a gold ring after checking out and only realised it was missing in the evening. We called the hotel immediately, and they found the ring and kept it safely for us to collect later.

Good Location, Courteous and Very helpful staff at the front desk (Richa), Housekeeping (Montu-da), Restaurant staff and Aman (Operations Manager). Value for Money Breakfast options, Washing Machine and Dryer Other essential items (e.g. toiletries, iron etc.) were available at short notice/call

Breakfast option was predictable. Suggest the following options 1. Eggs to Order (v/s only boiled eggs everyday) 2. Fruit juice/Chaas/Lassi 3. Cut fruits can have more option (instead of watermelon and limited/hard papaya)

The hotel was very comforting and everyone was very helpful to us. I would suggest travellers, family etc. to book this hotel for a wonderful stay. Further the food was very homely and delicious.

Its not up to the mark. The hotel corridor was stinking. Rooms were very small n breakfast was very average with no focus on hygiene

The room size is gud and the facility is new.The South Indian breakfast was just sufficient.

1.The water pressure in bathrooms was very less. 2. The hotel uses RO water in plastic bottles. These bottles were quite old. 3. The surroundings of the hotel are not proper. There is no proper approach road. The building is just standing on a patch surrounded by unpaved and water filled roads . 4. The breakfast timings are from 8 AM which is late for some guests going fr morning flight.

Nothing much. Rooms are ok. Not bad. Costing was fine. No complaints on that.

1. Room was small 2. Room was not as is being shown in the pics. 3. Window opened to a dead wall in front of me. 4. Bathroom was small. With no shower curtain or even a proper shower area. 5. Shower did not have a reasonable flow. You have to depend on the bucket to take a proper bath. 6. There was no hand Napkin / towel or a bathroom floormat. When asked he gave me bath towels and said that thats what they provide. 7. There were no toiletries (i am ok without it but then please don't call it a BUSINESS SUITE) 8. BREAKFAST WAS PATHETIC. I BELIEVE ALL REVIEWS ON YOUR SITE ARE FAKE AS THERE WAS NO SPREAD AT ALL. JUST A very BADLY MADE DOSA, IDLY, BREAD, Boiled Egg and one other item. They didn't even have Omlette and are not ready to make it. Never seen such a bad breakfast in a decent hotel ever. 9. Housekeeping doesnt clean the room even when you stay for more than 1 night. Probably they expect you to call them to your room and get it cleaned the way it is done in lodges. I was quite shocked when i returrned from office after saw that my bed was not made, my bathroom not cleaned, bath towels lying as it is. It was a shocker for me to know such lodges are called as SUITES and certified by BOOKING.COM. 10. Entrance to the hotel is also too depressive. Every Ola Uber guy ended up coming at the back side of the hotel - which is an under construction area.

It's a decent hotel in a good location in Gachibowli. You will get everything nearby , walking distance from the main road , lots of restaurant nearby and near to AMB mall . The breakfast spread was good .

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Location was nice as it was not far from the center of the city and also surrounding environment is good. Staff members are nice & humble. Food is good with affordable prices. I liked the most was their laundry service. It was quick delivery just the next day. Room was well equipped with necessary amenities.

Everything was as expected when we booked the SWANOTEL from the US. We would highly recommend to book the SWANOTEL especially if you are from the Untied States and have children! The staff are really amazing and will take care of everything from start to finish! BTW, the breakfast is really good!

The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Every request was quickly done. Although there was a construction ongoing right in front of the hotel, you couldn't hear a single noise. The bed was big and very comfortable and the shower was very hot and nice.

The staff lady at the front desk was very rude and not being helpful I had booked for a superior king room and I booked by looking at the pictures they had uploaded on the site. So the day of the booking I went there and the lady said my booking was cancelled due to payment not received and I showed her the screenshot confirmation about 50% advance amount was paid already. Then she said oh yes let me give you the key. I had to wait too long for even room to be ready and when I went inside the room it was totally different from the pictures I saw on the site So I went to reception and stated the room is small and different from what I booked and I showed her the pictures I looked online and she said that was our executive room and it's more expensive so I had to argue with her that why have you uploaded pictures online stating this is superior king room and then the receptionist said you can cancel and find different hotel..It pissed me and then she said ok will give the room you looked online but it will be the next day so one day I had to spend on a small different room. I said okay and she said the next day you can move to a new room at 11am I went the next day at 2pm and the room wasn't ready I had to wait for more 20min to get the new room key. I was pissed. The management should consider taking seriously their stupid mistakes like this cuz the customer is already tired and frustrated and then when the customer comes to the hotel and has to deal with all this is not a good experience Sheets were not cleaned or changed. I had to call them to change it on the first day I got the key. The room wasn't cleaned. It has bugs and a bad smell.
