I arrived early to find the alleged 24 hour reception unmanned. I didn't actually realise that it was the reception at first and went to look on other floors. Everything I saw was incredibly dusty and this put me right off. I didn't see inside any of the rooms but the corridors and reception area were bad enough. I then went over reviews in more detail and decided this place wasn't for me. I cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere.

Which was neither clean not big according to the price value. Even it was not properly clean. Staffs were casual towards customer. I felt very unsafe there
I didn't like anything about the place. I stayed there hardly for 15 mins. After seeing the area the room and their service. Very bad accommodation. Not clean. Neither maintained properly not even safe to stay for single woman. They didn't return my money. As I not stayed there. Not even half of the money. They simply refused to pay me back. Very very bad place for those who are travelling alone specially girls

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The room's cleanliness was impeccable. Kind staff. Had every ask fulfilled. The bathroom was neat and clean, the room was a little tiny, but for two people, it was sufficient. They can keep a sofa chair, it'll work well.
Size of the room. The staff at the buffet didn't understand simple English. Also, the buffet had cold parathas and the chutneys had extra salt one day, which was not corrected. Upma was terrible.

The rooms were in horrible condition, there was dust everywhere. Zero maintenance, we saw cockroaches on the floor. The beds had old hairs in it and they had lots of stains and even rips. The pictures are definitely fake. In the morning we didn’t even get hot water, when we told the staff they just gave us an immersion heater. In one of the bathrooms in my children’s room the toilet and the shower were basically over each other as it was so small.

The issues we faced include: Rooms were in pathetic condition, very dusty, with mosquitoes everywhere No drinking water was provided Hotel staff appeared unprofessional and drunk There was no proper signboard indicating it was an OYO property Overall hygiene and service standards were far below expectations
