Great location if you have your own car. Nice apartment with two bedrooms and everything you need. Good value for money.

Parking on the fifth floor of the building took a long time to get to the designated parking location.

Nice cosy place on the 31st floor. The host was very responsive.

More bins should be provided in the rooms as the ones that were provided gets full very quickly if you are a larger group.

Le logement est spacieux et confortable. La vue sur l'océan est belle depuis les 2 chambres. Le lave-linge est un plus. La piscine est agréable. La climatisation et les ventilateurs sont utiles surtout l'après-midi quand le soleil chauffe sur les fenêtres.

Le filtre à eau donne de l'eau chaude mais pas froide. Il manque une poêle pour cuisiner, le wok n'est pas adapté à la plaque de cuisson.

Hi, I recently stayed at this homestay for 2 nights 3 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was impeccably clean and spacious, perfect for our group. The location was also fantastic, just a short drive to all the major attractions in melaka Town. The homestay was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen and comfortable beds. The alviv management YC n Ter staff was incredibly helpful n friendly, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Melaka!" thank you to Alviv always the best.

The management team is very responsive. Wassup communication. They quickly answered all my questions . The room is bright and super clean. Nice view to the city and the water from the living room and both bedrooms. Nice place to relax. Just be aware the parking has to drive up to the levels assign.

The room I picked didn't know that was on 31st floor. It didn't show in the booking time. We prefer the lower level. The unit is not for anyone afraid of height. There's no walking distance to shops or restaurants nearby.

A very clean place and quiet environment. Near to many restaurants and Encore. Apartment is well equipped with the necessity. It's just a short ride to jonker minus the jam

only setback is the shower screen..shld hv a door so the toilet wldnt be all wet after a shower. can consider installing a custom made shower door

The staff looking after the pool was too overprotective. Treated the guest like never been out for vacation. Shouting here and there to alert/warn the guests. Their acting makes me feel will not be coming again to this place. Melaka having a lot of this type of stay concept, so a lot of choices instead of coming back and stay here. Amber Cove might be my optional selection only. The act of the security that day make my unhappy vacastay...

the lift have some problem，quite shaky and unsafe. The management team should consider this problem to unsure residences safetly.

Elevators…. There are 6 elevators, but only 3 functioning. So be prepared to wait for quite some time for your turn

Location and apartment environment are nice

Lacking bed for 6 pax and can’t really enjoy the facilities like gym and snooker room.

Furniture's were all there. Quiet place. Facilities were ok.

1. Access card couldn't use in 1 of the maintenance lif 2. Carpark was difficult to find. 3. Apartment was smelly. 4. Netflix not working. 5. Bed was too hard.

The property is clean and complete with all facilities. The host response fast to my inquiry. Had 3 parking boxes, which is superb. Coming during some festival, got the best view of the fireworks. Nearby a lot of eateries.

the key to open the door is not easy for me. take to 1 minutes to open. that’s all. another part is very nice.

however, because there is only 1 parking ticket available, 2 cars are not allowed by guard to get in though there are 3 parking lots provided by owner.. really frustrated with that .. we just had our dinner n want to rest at the property then the guard make trouble with us ..
