Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home at Danga Bay

We happy and satisfied all about the house and host. Security guard are very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool are closed for maintenance since 6 July cannot be used and we only just get inform during check in.

It was okay. Check in instruction was clear.

The aircond is not cold enough for the room. We felt hot for the entire time. Plus, the fan got turn off by itself at 2am and cannot be on again, which makes it worse.

Clean and well equipped apartment. Great location.

quick response from the host. clean apartment

The room is clean

The ads is scamming customers. They not told the truth about the place. They let customer booking first and after booking confirm they said the swimming pool is under maintenance. They ask use swimming pool the beside apartment which is quite far to walk. I go to the other apartment, they said the pool under cleaning schedule. The customer service didn’t inform me about it. My kids crying want to swimming. Have to wait from until 1pm. I wait from morning until afternoon for pool to open. Such a bad experience. This place many foreigner too. Like singaporen and Bangladeshi.

Clean & nice

The surrounding is noisy & hectic.

Very elegantly decorated and clean home❤️

Very good

Appartamento bello, curato e rilassante. Bellissima vista.

We booked two apartments under the same booking, but were assigned units that are far apart from each other. We also have to cross the street to get from one apartment to the other, which is quite inconvenient. We were also charged an additional fee for parking a second car, but this information was not communicated to us in advance. The room had a very bad sewage smell, and the overall condition and cleanliness were only average. This was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

i like this place

guard and parking

- The location is nice, there is a small mall and a lot of eateries in the condo area. 10 mins drive to the city center. - The unit has all required amenities starting from cooking items, bathroom amenities, balcony seating and cleaning products. - Rooms and seating area is very nice and aesthetic with all required facilities. View was of the bay and swimming pool, overlooking Singapore. - The host was friendly and responsive, checking in and out process was made easy for us. - Overall a great place to stay with friends or family.

- There were bugs running around the house, the place needs pest control. - Drainage is not good, bathroom and kitchen sink gets clogged very often. - 1 free cleaning is not provided from the host, even for long stays. We stayed 7 nights, had to clean ourselves. - Pool was closed due to repairs

Semua tip top

Everything

Please put face mirror in the room. Other than that is perfect..

View nya ok. Admin komunikatif

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Waaahhh… one of the best homestays I’ve ever stayed in! ❤️ Everything was perfect—from the clean and beautiful house to the comfortable rooms. The place was cozy, peaceful, and felt just like home. The balcony was my favorite spot! 😍 The view was so beautiful and relaxing. Sitting there with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying the evening breeze was simply amazing. The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! 🏡✨

Ntng

There's a water filter in the room! Great to have free flow hot and warm filtered water (no cold water option)! Laundry detergent was provided. Handwash was provided, along with shower gel and shampoo Very nice comfortable sofa and big nice TV with YouTube The place was otherwise "clean" - see below - and neat. Check in was easy but the key box was behind/to the side of the cashier counter at a restaurant across from the building. The address on the website was not the location of the apartment/building but across the street from it. A bit confusing but not a biggie. But there were lot of issues with this place. The final straw: I told the host I will report my experience with them and asked that they they helped me with the carpark issue at checkout and the host said in reply "Are you threatening me?" OMG. The Nest team really needs some training with service standards. See below. I waited 2 weeks to write this review as I had hoped that the manager would get back to me to hear me out at least about my experience but since I did not get a reply I guess this is the only thing left for me to do and I will move on.

Sadly this place didn't meet my expectations for a few key reasons. 1. The place is crazy noisy at night so it was impossible for me to sleep without earplugs. It is situated beside the highway and there is a constant and fairly loud drone of traffic. When traffic starts at the major junction just downstairs, you can imagine all the motorcycles going brrrrooom throughout the night. In any case, earplugs solved this. 2. This is the OMG issue. There were ants biting me throughout my stay - in bed! These were tiny ants so they were not really bad but I had to kill ants in bed because they were biting me (not just crawling around). This was laughable so I cannot really recommend this place to anyone. 3. The final thing that really 'inspired' me to write this review is during checkout. I was asked by the carpark security to pay RM40 for my two nights parking. I messaged the host and asked if I needed to pay for parking and was told on WhatsApp "if visitor yes need". I then went ahead to pay (a line of cars were queuing up behind me at the exit) before the host then sent me another msg 4 minutes later "if you park at our lot, no need to pay". But guess what, I had already paid! So I asked the host to speak to the carpark security as I did not speak much Malay and he clearly did not speak much English. The host then told me that I should not have asked for parking from the guard. ????? And said that it was not their fault and they could not do anything about it. ????? But why would I have asked for parking from the guard? The instructions for check in were sent via WhatsApp and had stated where to park. I followed exactly and did not speak to the guard on arrival (remember my Malay is very limited). But now the host took the side of the carpark security and said that I had asked them for parking so I had to pay. I said to the host you have to help me as your guest rather than believe the word of the carpark security.

The unit itself is great. Easy to check-in. Good view.

The facilities like swimming pool was closed, beach nearby is a little dirty.

Location

The toilets were in poor condition, with peeling wooden doors, grimy flooring and very small shower areas. Overall, the bathroom facilities were unpleasant and uncomfortable to use. I was also concerned about my children’s safety as the lock on the sliding balcony door was faulty. In addition, the artificial grass carpet on the balcony appeared unclean. There were several maintenance and usability issues throughout the apartment. The fan remotes were entirely in Chinese. The side table in the living room was missing a roller wheel causing it to be unstable and unsafe for use. Surprisingly, there were also no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, which was inconvenient for a family staying for several days. Due to these issues, we chose to spend most of our time outdoors and only returned to the apartment to sleep each night. Unfortunately overall, it did not provide the comfort we had expected for a family vacation.

Everything perfect

Place n environment all very good

The view , the staff , the hospitality, the bed

3 toilets in this units always leaking n flooded every inch of the bathroom, minus 3 , overall bestla , also the pool its a bit dirty

the unit is looks new, have netflix

1.the parking lot is terible, when night have no light, whole few level of parking is dark when night, like ghost movie, and super dusty 2.whole unit is dusty, not friendly to sensitive nose 3.fake advertisement, the unit balcony view is totaly different with website photo 4.pillow is too high and hard, sleeping the pillow like hanging our neck at 21th floor 5.staff dosnt allow us to add pillow.. that is pretty unfortunate 6.pillow and sofa at dining room sofa is super smelly, like 100sweat man sit there before

Location

The accommodation lacked basic amenities. No drinking water, next to nill utensils and most importantly uncomfortable beds. We especially booked for extra large beds which cost additional charges.. but got queen sized beds. When complained to the owner, there was no response at all. Definitely not going to book again!!

Clean and comfort

Too difficult to open main door.

The location was decent and the view was amazing. Full sea view. Customer service by Nest has been awesome again. Replying promptly via WS.

Ants, bugs, small cockroaches at night but not too worrying. Staff send insecticide the next day.

Best sangat tempat selesa . Rumah bersih dan cantik teratur

Nope

Excellent accommodation with stunning views of Danga Bay. The unit was modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Prompt response, the aircon, ceiling fans and lights are functioning well. The location is also not bad. Appreciated the swimming pool as well. Smooth check in and checkout also. The iguide is also super detailed with pictures.

The pump for the soap dispenser (in common toilet) is cracked, so we are unable to use it. The lights for the kirchen are dim. Would appreciate if the kitchen had more lights to be bright.

Everything okay

I get not at seaview

Best view & facility

Maybe door for shower required modifications. Not close enough..but its okayy..dat just minor

It was very clean

Nothing

NOTHING !!

EVERYTHING !!

The view only.

Provide iron which is can not used. Got insects enter the house.

Unblocked sea view. Clean. Good size bedroom.

We checked in late. Almost mid night. One of the common bedroom air-con leaked. My daughter stepped onto a pool of of leaked air con water on the floor and had a fall when she woke up in the morning. I requested for Mr Joseph to give me a call but there were no courtesy call from him. Informed the team but instead the staff named Nini said that I am threatening her. Was told to consult a doctor, we did. Thank god no internal injury. Requested for a refund but was told not applicable as we have stayed for the night. We have videos, Whatsapp chat and voice record as prove. Poor Management! Kinnie Isaac

The place was walking distance to main attractions

The noise from the upstairs neighbours was bad. Ungodly hours making a ruckus dragging furniture and stomping around. Next door / opposite neighbour kept knocking on doors loudly during 1st & 2nd night. Could do with a little revamping but otherwise it's decent and comfortable to stay in.

Beautiful view

Basic items for drinks such as sugar, creamer, tea and coffee are not provided. The air conditioner in the living room is not available for use.

C’est propre

Le bruit du dehors empêche de dormir car ya pas de double vitrage

Like the room, the view and the cleanliness. Tyvm with the hospitality

Nothing to say..

Playground kids and biggest main room with view sea and town

Water in toilet to slow but not critical.

The view and the convenience of many shops and mall nearby

The common toilet handle door broke and there was a little stain below the sofa

3 bathrooms and no waiting.

The bathrooms water pressure is a little bit low.

ID is nicer than other units in the compound

The floor was sticky, the toilet door outside was not in good condition, toilet had a foul smell despite it was clean, suspect it’s from the drainage or the air circulation required better ventilation

Easy check in process. Great number of food options just below the apartment. 5 minute walk from the apartment to the beach. Apartment is on the top floor so you get a good view of the city and the ocean.

Building was a little old but not really a deal breaker.

I enjoy staying here because the sea view is amazing, and it’s very convenient. I can easily get what I need, like groceries right next to the building.

Parking is very hard to find at night if you want it near your entrance. It’s first come, first served

Toilets for every room. Bidets available. Rocking chair is cool.

Parking is hard to locate.

The entire experience made us want to return to this unit for future holidays in Johor Bharu, infact we love it so much, we fantasize of owning this unit. So clean, so comfortable and convenient.

The water heater wasn't really functioning and a microwave oven to reheat would be good.

Spacious . Pool table. Comfy

Too exoensive for a 4 bedrooms

Great location

Carpetted floor

Very beautiful place.. items are all available for us to use such as cooking.etc..

Maybe Netflix.. poor warmer

Instructions very straightforward. Great apartment. Lifts perfect. Views over to Singapore spectacular. Brilliant for three of us in a small family group.

The obsession with QR codes that do not always work. The apartment was spacious & nice but as the owners would acknowledge that there are frayed edges.

It’s very comfyy and feels like home

Is not enough mirror it only at the toilet

Many eateries and paces is convenient although there alil hiccup during check in as due to high level of check ins the cleaning is delay by 10-15min but overall exceptional

Should include in microwave for easy heat up food
