Poloha ubytovania je výborná, veľmi pohodlná na objavovanie mesta. Personál je veľmi priateľský, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť, čo robí pobyt ešte príjemnejším. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt, určite by som odporučil ďalej.

I used to have a very good impression, and every time I came to Hanoi I stayed here. But this time, everything turned out to be terrible, from the service to the quality of the room

Dishonest business. I thought the room charge had been paid through my bank card, so when I checked out I told them that if it wasn’t paid, they could let me know and I would make a transfer. After I returned from my trip to Japan, I received a message from the hotel, and I transferred the payment to them. But now they are trying to charge me one more time.

There was nothing to our likings, The experience was not good at all. There was far better rooms below this price range.

The room experience was not a good one 1. The receptionist dont understand english and its a night mare communicating 2. The room was not cleaned. The bathroom was stinking. Towels were on floor. The wash was still having food leftovers 3. There were no iron box provided, though ammenities mentioned it. Even after requesting for the same we couldnt get one 4. There was no washing machine as advertised. 5. The entrance of the room was filled with cleaning mops and waste towles. It continued to be so even after checkout 6. The host was very rude on asking questions. there is no communication between them whats so ever. 7. The host and the receptionist works seperately.

入住的时候写的是院景房，实际入住的房间根本就没有院子，只有一个阴暗天井 洗衣机也是坏的 洗不了衣服 店员给推荐的摩托车收费又贵还是个坏的摩托，基本没有售后用了半天还要收全天的费用 整体评价图片与房间不一致，货不对板

The place is huge with all the amenities you’ll need.

A bit dirty, the ceiling water marks, dust on the kitchen that you can draw with your fingers and the bathroom needs a massive clean up. I had to ask the cleaning lady to put up proper beddings for my bed as they just put a blanket in my bed underneath the mattress protector and the sofa needs a bit of cleaning, has tons of water marks too.

Nhân viên lễ tân không chuyên nghiệp, mình đặt qua booking và thanh toán qua thẻ mà nhân viên cứ phải đòi mình trả tiền mặt trong khi mình đặt đến 12/09 mới trả phòng nhưng chiều tối 11/09 mình đã trả phòng. Phòng không có chăn, liên hệ thì nhân viên bảo không có chăn. Thuê xe thì đưa mình xe Yamaha Nouvo minh đổ xăng xong đêm về nói mình đưa lại xe sáng mai đưa xe khác tương tự, sáng đưa mình xe Yamaha nhỏ hơn cũ hơn nhưng cũng cùng giá tiền và không đổ xăng lại cho mình. Quá thất vọng

Location is good

We realised that one of the shirt was missing after washing service at the hotel. The aircond was really bad, its like 80% blocked so need hours to cool the room. The sink was blocked too. These all happened late night so it was very frustrating. The room is cheap, but did not expect so many blockage. I do not recommend this place

Плюсов не много. Отель расположен не очень далеко от центра. Заезжала ночью, ресепшен работал. Девушка администратор разрешила оплатить проживание на следующий день, т.к. ночью негде было обменять деньги, хотя в услугах отеля указан обмен валюты.

Номер очень темный - окно выходит в темный колодец и освещение в самом номере слабое, как в подвале, вообще не соответствует фотографиям. Пол грязный, особенно в ванной, как будто истоптанный мокрой грязной обувью. В ванне валялись черные волосы. Переключатель душа не крутился, попросила парня администратора помочь, так он зашел в ванную прямо в уличной обуви. Нет шторки на ванне, поэтому вода из душа разбрызгивается на пол. В номере очень влажно, через пару минут после заезда обложка паспорта скрутилась от влажности. Есть кондиционер и вентилятор. Но кондиционер дул на кровать в ноги, в остальных местах номера было жарко, ходила вся мокрая. А вентилятор страшно было включать, он гудел и раскачивался так, что казалось, отвалится на кровать. Слабая звукоизоляция - слышно шум из коридора, как люди ходят, разговаривают, хлопают дверями. Утром в 8 час. уборщица долго дергала дверную ручку, потом тыкала ключом в замок, видимо у них не принято стучаться. На 1-ом этаже отеля стояла новогодняя елка (в июне!). Попросила девушку администратора помочь забронировать билет на автобус до Там кока, т.к. банковские карты РФ не работают. Она вся скривилась и ответила «купите билет в автобусе». Я сказала, что не будет свободных мест, она ответила «тогда купите билет на автовокзале». В итоге помог продавец из магазина, позвонил в автобусную компанию и попросили меня забрать, и я у него ничего не покупала. Не вернусь в этот отель и никому не советую!

The location was good. It had everything it promised in terms of kitchen accessories, washing machine, wifi etc, except almost everything was filthy except the bedsheets thankfully.

Almost everything was dirty, including the kitchen cutlery, the couch was badly stained, around the sink, inside the microwave, inside the oven. The pots and pans were packed away but still dirty with used oil and food on them. There were empty plastic water bottles in the cupboard. There was mold on the ceiling and walls. 🤮 Inside the bathroom there was a big hole above the shower. The shower head was broken and using it was like being sprayed with a pressure hose. The air vent in the bathroom was hanging loose from the ceiling. The weird little window/balcony area door was lodged open and you couldn’t lock it, which meant anyone who climbed up the ladder could come in. It was a very strange setup… Overall it was definitely not the light bright immaculate pictures they show on the website. The staff were kind. In retrospect we should’ve complained and demanded a room change. Regardless the room should never have been available to book.

The room was dirty, the air conditioner did not cool, and the fan was very noisy. When the hotel staff changed me to another room, there was no phone signal, no Wi-Fi connection, and the bathtub was very dirty. I am very disappointed.

The accommodation was unfortunately not very clean. It seemed as though the cleaning had been left unfinished, as there were items under the sofa, food and hair in the sink, and the bed sheets were dirty. Upon arrival, I received very little explanation about the facilities or the stay. The location is fine, but overall the experience left much to be desired.

Everything! The food in the sink trap , the overflowing rubbish bin of baby nappies, the bee hive on the patio, with cracked pavers, the air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom, so we had to drag the mattress into the lounge to keep cool. The cracked toilet cistern which was leaking water and everything felt dirty! Would I recommend…. Definitely not! 1,130,000 for one night! There are plenty of other hotels close by that offer more for less… we spent the day at the Mango Hotel next to the train station for only 800k and that would have included breakfast… it was clean and the staff friendly!

Lokasi bagus dekat stasiun kereta bisa jalan kaki dari stasiun ke hotel hanya 5 menit. Staffnya ramah sangat membantu Lan and Huy. Saya merekomendasikan hotel tinggal di Hanoi.

Location is great, walking distance to the train station, stayed here 1 day and grabbed a taxi to the airport easily. Room is large and has balcony. Staff is great and helpful, once room is ready they invited us even though it was earlier than check in time.

On the 6th floor, balcony door of the apartment doesn’t close properly, and the hot air from outside/ac gets inside. Hanoi is hot and we could not cool the room with ac. It was boiling the whole time. I think ac was bad as well. Impossible to sleep in that hot. :(((

Friendly, proactive and professional service, a spacious apartment with good natural light and air flow, and a comfortable bed. The building is well positioned in the middle of a relatively quiet street, which has an excellent range of eateries, and is within walking distance of two lakes.

The toilet is within the shower block, which is awkward, and a bit frustrating in an otherwise spacious apartment.

Been told that this property doesnt serve breakfast even though it was included in the booking/registered as such on the website?

The staff were receptive. Lan and Huy tried to help with every request and were accommodating. The rooms is very large and good value for money given the price / location. Could use some refurbishment but still given the price it is great value for money

Die Lage war klasse, nah an Downtown und doch angenehm. Alles nötige in nächster Entfernung. Insbesondere das Personal war sehr freundlich, Huy und auch seine Kollegen waren 24/7 an der Rezeption und waren immer hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war angenehm und groß und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Huy was very helpful and they provided a laundry service. Reception is upon 24/7 which was great as we arrived late at night. The hotel is well located a short walk from everywhere we needed to go.

Lan was super nice and helpful always! Location is perfect close enough to walk but in a calmer spot

The bathroom gets all wet when you shower, they could put a curtain to fix it

Great location and very nice and helpful staff. Huy was very friendly and fun, and speaks English very well. The room was quite small, but the cabinets are large enough to store your backpack. It has all you need if you're "out of the house" for most of the day.

Someone should have a look at the lock, as the door is difficult to open and close. The window cannot really open, and the bathroom could have been a bit more clean (there is some molt on the roof).

Huy and Lan are really friendly and speak very good English. They helped us with a lot of bookings. Very helpful staff!

The guy at the reception ‘Huy’ was really nice and funny. He gave us advice and even helped us on an early check-in because we were very tired from the bus trip!

Unterkunft war sehr gut! Das Personal immer Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Huy hat mir sehr geholfen als ich 1 Tag Krank war und nicht abreisen konnte. Habe problemlos eine Nacht in einem anderem Zimmer verlängern können!

Vers well situated in a small narrow street with coffees, restaurants, etc. Close to everything and it was easy to walk to every place of interest. We arrived early morning after a long flight and although it was too early for check-in, we got our room 1h30 after our arrival, which was great !. The staff at Reception, in particular Huy, was very friendly and helpful.
