Good location and excellent room size.

NOthing bad to report

The decor in the hotel was really unique & cool & was immaculately clean. The room was very spacious with a little kitchenette. The location was out of the main area but it was only a short tram ride to get there & the tram stop was right out the front of the hotel. The hotel itself was right next to coffee shops, retail stores, a supermarket & cinemas. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I loved our stay there & would highly recommend it.

Fijn hotel op een goede locatie. Gezellige lounge/bar en kamers ook heel gezellig. Makkelijk parkeren onder het hotel. Kost wel 35 frank per dag.

Het keukenblokje op de kamer had geen spoelbak. Die zat naast de wasbak van de badkamer. Niet heel praktisch.

Room was exceptional and clean. Hotel location is amazing with direct access to the Sihlcity mall and the Kalanderplatz which has numerous cafes and restaurants.

None. Price though was expensive.

la posizione a due passi dalla fermata del tram e in un quartiere molto bello, l'atmosfera, la pulizia, la spa e la palestra. tutto arredato benissimo e curato. finalmente un posto con un carattere. non ho provato la colazione quindi non posso giudicare m ail ristorante e il bar mi sono sembrati molto interessanti.

Décoration sophistiquée, ambiance feutrée. Chambre très confortable. Brunch varié et complet. Très bien situé dans l’allée/arcade qui mène au centre commercial où se trouve le fitness. Arrêts des bus/tram au pied de l’hôtel.

Ambiance froide dûe au personnel peu chaleureux, très impersonnel. Et carte chère pour avoir le plaisir de prendre un verre au salon pour profiter du cadre pourtant magnifique.

Um excelente hotel de luxury lifestyle, com uma atmosfera muito bem conseguida e uma localização numa zona residencial agradável, com fácil acesso ao centro. O staff foi muito simpático, o pequeno-almoço é muito bom e o bar tem uma excelente vibe. A música e os DJs ajudam bastante a criar uma atmosfera descontraída e sofisticada. O acesso ao ginásio é um grande plus — enorme e muito bem equipado. O quarto também é confortável, com camas boas e robes de excelente qualidade.

Alguns detalhes, no entanto, precisam de atenção: a coluna Marshall não funcionava, o chuveiro tinha problemas com a cabeça e os doseadores estavam colados à parede, sendo que um deles acabou por cair durante a noite, causando um grande susto. Com alguns pequenos upgrades — por exemplo, permitir controlar as cortinas através de um comando — o hotel poderia ficar ainda mais incrível.

I would suggest, better directions to the hotel parking.

Location was ideal for us.

We tried to go to spa but we hit locked in the stairwell and then when we did get out and find entrance one wristband didn’t work and we couldn’t get through the intense security setup situation.

Das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl gegen die Autobahn orientiert. Das Fenster zu öffnen ist aber sinnlos, weil dann der ganze Lärm hereinkommt. Es war eigentlich alles vorhanden, ausser ein Bademantel und Hausschuhe.

Das Frühstück für 35 Franken ist zwar reichlich, aber nicht sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Es roch nach altem Öl. Auch frisches Gemüse gab es kaum, und die Käseauswahl ist für diese Preisklasse mickrig.

מלון מעוצב בצורה מדהימה , חדרים גדולים ומרווחים הכל נראה חדש. נמצא 2 תחנות בחשמלית לעיר העתיקה, או 5 דקות ברכב נמצא בתוך מתחם שצמוד אליו קניון , וגם מספר חנויות ברים. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת , בלובי בערב יש די גי , המיני בר כלול במחיר מלון עם חווית שהייה מדהימה ולמי שדתי בית חב״ד כ 200 מטר מהמלון ויש גם קהילה יהודית באזור.

No surprise if you see water leak above you in the room, it’s happened to me , also no surprise if the employee say don’t come many time ask when the room is ready

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا بجوار المول والمنطقة المجاورة جميلة جداً وبجوار عدد من المطاعم، ديكور الفندق هادي ومريح، وتعامل الموظفين جيد وبجوار محطة ترام توصلك الى منتصف المدينة، وتصميم الغرفة جميل.

يعيبه ان مواقف السيارات اسفل المول ولكن منفصلة عن المول وليست مجانية حيث ان اليوم الواحد بـ 35 فرنك، كذلك الفندق يخذ وديعة عن كل ليلة تقدر بـ 100 فرنك.

بعد إقامة 7 أيام، تقييمي دقيق وواضح: الفندق يعاني من سلبيات كثيرة ومزعجة جدًا. لا يوجد هاتف للتواصل مع الاستقبال، والواي فاي بطيء ويفصل باستمرار، والتكييف ضعيف جدًا ولا يبرد الغرفة بشكل مقبول. الحمام يفتقر تمامًا للخصوصية؛ الباب شبه شفاف والصوت مسموع، ويمكن لمن يمر أمامه رؤية هيئة الشخص بالداخل، وهذا أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا. كذلك رائحة الصابون والشامبو سيئة ومستفزة جدًا، ورائحة اللوبي والأواني زَفَرة ومقززة، بالإضافة إلى وجود بعض الحشرات. النادي الصحي كبير، لكنه حار جدًا بشكل مزعج وغير مريح. كذلك سعر الفندق غالٍ جدًا جدًا، ولا يتناسب إطلاقًا مع مستوى الخدمة والسلبيات الموجودة. أيضًا، وصول سيارات التاكسي وأوبر للفندق صعب جدًا، وتضطر للمشي مسافة طويلة مع الحقائب. باختصار: هذه العيوب أثرت بشكل كبير على الإقامة، وبعضها لا يليق إطلاقًا بمستوى فندق بهذا السعر After a 7-day stay, my review is accurate and clear: the hotel has many serious and extremely frustrating drawbacks. There is no phone to contact reception, the Wi-Fi is slow and constantly disconnects, and the air conditioning is extremely weak and does not cool the room properly. The bathroom completely lacks privacy; the door is semi-transparent, sounds can be clearly heard, and anyone passing by can see the outline of the person inside. This is completely unacceptable. Also, the soap and shampoo smell extremely unpleasant and irritating, and both the lobby and the tableware have a disgusting, foul odor, in addition to the presence of some insects. The wellness/fitness area is large, but it is extremely hot, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant. Also, the hotel is extremely, extremely expensive, and the price is completely unjustified considering the level of service and the issues mentioned. Furthermore, it is very difficult for taxis and Uber vehicles to reach the hotel, forcing guests to walk a considerable distance with their luggage. המיקום של המלון מעולה! נמצא במרכז מסחרי איכותי שיש בו הכל מהכל. המלון עצמו מעוצב ויש בו אוירה מדהימה. חדרים גדולים, מרווחים, מצוחצחים. הצוות מעולה, מקצועי, אדיב ונדיב. שהייה מעולה ומומלצת. חניה נוחה. פשוט מושלם.

Tolle saubere Unterkunft mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung

Leider gab es nur normalgrosse Handtücher und keine grösseren Badetücher für die Benützung der Sauna. Auch auf Nachfrage gab es keine grösseren

Çok şık ve temiz bir hoteldi, avm nin tam yanında idi, karşılama, hizmet güzeldi, kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi, odalar konforlu ve rahat her olanak vardı.

What not to like!? Perfect location with nearby coop and other small breakfast/snacks places as well as a big mall within walking distance. The bus stop is also just across the street. The bus system in Zurich was frequent and efficient.And it goes to the main train station. We used Zurich as a base and took trains to visit other nearby cities. The hotel itself was excellent. Staff were nice and welcoming .Rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable.There is a coffee machine with pods which I appreciated. And you get access to a REAL GYM! Unfortunately I didn't get to try the hotel's own restaurant so I can't comment . But overall, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay again if I had a chance.

Everything was great

Great sound isolation and quiet split system, very comfortable bed - we had a great sleep! DJ set on the weekends and stylish lobby bar creates great ambience for relaxing. Very nice restaurant on premises.

Parking spot cannot be guaranteed.

Perfekte Lage, um Zürich zu erkunden. Wir haben dazu die Zürich-Card genutzt. Bootsfahrt, viele Museenbesuche alles dabei. Verkehrsanschlüsse und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles vorm Haus. Also - Perfekt für Kurzreisen! Zimmer geräumig und klimatisiert. Kaffeezubereitung und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer - war in diesen warmen Tagen besonders angenehm.

The property was relatively new and very clean with well-appointed rooms. The room was incredibly quiet with no noise from outside or neighbouring rooms or the corridor causing any issue at all. The hotel is ideally situated next to a small shopping area with plenty of bars and restaurants and is also well served by the excellent Zurich public transport with tram and bus stops right outside. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

The room was very dark, even with all the lights on. Also, the tea and coffee were not replenished by room service when they attended the room.

3人で宿泊のためエキストラベッド1台お願いしましたが、何度か壊れてしまいました。 またコップなどは2人分しかありませんでした。 お部屋もテーブルや棚が汚れていました。

המלון מצויין!! יש חניה מסודרת, ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה!!! הצוות בקבלה היה מסביר פנים ואדיב עם סבלנות ומאור פנים. חדר הכושר מצויין+, החדר והמיטות נוחות והמצעים רכים ונעימים. אווירה עם המון סטייל ועיצוב יפהפה. שוכן ליד קניון וזה יתרון עצום!! יש גם רשת בתי קולנוע בצמוד. מושלם!! נחזור שוב. חשמלית ביציאה מהמלון נוחה מאד!

The hotel is far from the train station (my bad). I should’ve planned better. I picked a room with a king bed and they gave me a double bed. Needless to say, I slept in the middle like a starfish. The breakfast was lovely; I particularly enjoyed my custom omelette.

Way too far from old town and the train station. In the spa, all signs are exclusively in German. I walked in on old naked men and saw you know their you what.. Please put up some signs in English. Also, please give people the bed type they pay for.

The only real positive was the young gentleman who checked us in. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us on several occasions and was consistently friendly, professional and proactive. He is a real credit to the hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay and will not return. The most serious issue happened at breakfast. I am Muslim and do not eat pork. I clearly asked the chef to prepare my eggs with only salt and pepper. Despite these clear instructions, pork was added to my eggs, and I only realised after taking a bite. This was extremely upsetting. When I politely spoke to the chef, she admitted that pork had been added but did not apologise or show any concern. She simply carried on as though nothing had happened. I then reported the incident to reception. The receptionist did apologise, but the matter felt brushed aside rather than treated with the seriousness it deserved. Serving pork to a Muslim guest after they have specifically requested otherwise is a serious failure, and I did not feel the hotel demonstrated an appropriate understanding of guests’ religious dietary requirements. Based on my experience, I would not describe this as a hotel that is Muslim-friendly. There were several other issues during my stay. When I checked in, there were no tissues in the room, and I had to ask a member of staff on the floor to bring me some. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it has a gym. However, I later discovered that the gym doesn’t open until 9:00 am on weekends. This information should be clearly displayed on the hotel’s website and booking pages. Guests who specifically choose hotels with gym facilities deserve to know the opening hours before booking. The hotel also has no phones in the rooms and instead asks guests to communicate via a QR code. I found this frustrating and ineffective, and eventually gave up trying to use it. The gym procedures were also inconsistent. On my first visit, nobody mentioned any registration or wristband. On my second visit, I was told about a CHF 100 hold that would simply be noted on the system and that I needed a wristband.
