Not much like the pictures, would be okay for 1 night. We stayed 5 nights, we had a cockroach in our room and lots of other bugs in the bathroom throughout the stay. The bedding was stained and the table had a huge crack in it, lots of dust everywhere. Staff on whatsapp were helpful when issues raised.

I think the management needs to improve. Communication was poor. And was hard to get ahold of anyone. The sheets were not clean . If you are going to use white then keep them white. The first set of towels were smelling mouldy. Not sure how I ended up in a totally different location from the one I booked Thanks for correcting it after making a complaint. The apartment did not have utensils to use . Not sure what AirBNB means here

In and out of the security gate especially we are staying there for few days of the gate pass. They took our gate pass and when we reenter back we have to ask again.

The staff were arrogant, and unhelpful instead of assisting customers. The room also had stained bedsheets, lizard droppings in the toilet, damaged cooking utensils, and no towels were provided. And only one room have an aircond

Dirty, uncomfortable, no hot batter, stained bed sheets. The pictures shown are nothing like the room given, and it definitely can’t be called a suite. Luckily we only booked the room to be close to the airport after a late flight into KL and an early flight out. If we’d had to stay any longer I would have left and found somewhere else.

Avoid this place! The host is unprofessional and refused to take calls, only sending massive PDFs we couldn't open with slow travel WiFi. We were stuck at security with no instructions. When we finally reached the mailbox, the key was missing! The room was NOT what was in the photos-a total scam. The WiFi didn't work, so they eventually moved us, but it still looked nothing like the listing. Save your money!

The place was nice, but the facilities were very poor. The second room does not have air conditioning, and the fan is not functioning properly. The air conditioning in the hall also did not perform well. Will not repeat again.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Stay Date: 12 March 2026 (3:00 PM check-in) – 14 March 2026 (12:00 PM check-out) Unit: Block C-14-03 (B) The check-in process was smooth and convenient. Key collection through the mailbox was easy and on time, which made the arrival hassle-free. The WiFi connection was excellent and very stable throughout the stay. The unit also provided useful appliances such as a microwave and a mini refrigerator, which were convenient during the visit. The host was responsive and replied to messages even late at night, which I appreciate.
There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues during the stay. Small ants were present around the room, especially near the TV table cabinet and along the wall walkway. The sink had a water leakage problem, and the air conditioner was not cooling well. The bathroom also did not have a floor mat, which made the floor quite wet and messy after use. Some kitchen items such as plates and cups were provided, but they did not appear fully clean, and the dishwashing sponge was not in good condition. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided with no extra available. The swimming pool also did not seem properly maintained, as there were dry leaves inside the pool. There was also some confusion regarding the parking arrangement. I was initially informed to use parking lot 3-133 and parked there on the first day without issue. However, on the second day (13 March 2026) when I returned around 9:00 PM, another vehicle was already using that space. After contacting the host, I was informed that I could use the next parking lot (3-134). It would have been helpful if any changes had been communicated earlier to avoid confusion.

Something wrong with the bed. Two of its legs located in the middle are bent causing the centre part of the mattress to dip making it a little uncomfortable. Owner please fix the legs.

Suruh pi rumah lain. Tapi xdpt masuk. Kena tukar dua tiga kali. Very bad experience. Tapi bagi check out lewat 2 jam. Disebabkan apa yg terjadi
