Luchthaven is op loopafstand via een loopbrug, maar er reed ook een soort van golfkarretje. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en staat heel snel voor je klaar, tot het drukken op het liftknopje en inschenken van je glas water tijdens het eten aan toe. Ontbijt was prima, er was genoeg keus.

De prijs is voor 1 nacht wat aan de hoge kant.

Practically in the airport. Just a buggy ride of a few minutes.Comfortable bed and quiet room.

When you get to level 2 there is no clear signage to direct you to the intercom on a wall to call the buggy

Food menu s were misleading. Ordered the Tom Yum Goong (see photo with description). When it came it not only had prawns, but mussels, clams, winkles snd very few vegetables! For someone who may be allergic to other types of seafood it was wrong not to mention those ingredients! I wanted prawns and vegetables not the other seafood. Also the prawns were whole something else that should have been mentioned in description as not all people like to clean whole prawns especially in a soup!

Love the location - we use this hotel several times a per year on our way to and back from Europe or Asia. The new upgrades to the pool area are amazing

Have you considered installing fresh drinking water dispensers on each floor? Really would prefer to have a larger supply of fresh water. Look at Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok - they have installed fresh water dispensers in each room.

Very convenient to KLIA, excellent buggy transfer service between hotel and airport/ train. Meals reasonably priced.

Great location for a quick overnight stopover. Big room, very well appointed, very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Added bonus was free cocktails and ‘pre dinner’ buffet from 6-8pm for level 9 rooms. Included buffet breakfast was outstanding - many cuisines offered. Staff were very welcoming.

We have stayed at Sama Sama hotel several times as we really like it for comfort, convenience and staff. Great for staying over for an early flight. During our last stay we were fortunate to get an upgrade and enjoyed evening and breakfast hospitality on 9 th floor.

Close proximity to the airport. Found the golf cart/shuttle quite easily on the 2nd floor. We walked through the food court to the end and found the meeting point. Friendly staff. We received a room upgrade with club access. The food in the executive lounge was delicious and the staff were very attentive. No noise from the airport and blackout curtains. The bed was very comfortable.

It was close to the airport, it’s a huge hotel so even though it’s full it’s very quiet, there’s no noise heard at all from the airport or other guests

It’s quite a long walk from the airport and the signs weren’t very good, I didn’t see any signs of where to catch the buggy to the hotel

It had everything we were looking for in an overnight transit in KL. Staff were very helpful. The room was well laid out with a good bathroom and you can’t beat the location - 5 minute walk for the airport.

We have stayed several times before and this is the first time I have any negative comments but on this occasion( and in this room) the lamp on the headboard was loose and needed to be screwed back in place. The toilet didn’t flush properly as the button wasn’t working, there was an electrical panel above the minibar which wasn’t screwed into the wall properly and my husband accidentally pulled it out while opening the fridge exposing all the electrics, the room lamps were dusty. We had 1 teabag in total. We arrived late at night and were flying out on a long haul again a day later so I told the reception about these issues but I explained we didn’t want our day disrupted because of running repairs being done. We didn’t get as much as an apology! Breakfast foods we selected were lukewarm at best. Hash browns were stone cold. Eggs were freshly cooked but they were tasteless. For over $300 a night we really did expect something a bit better.hopefully our next stay is better.

It was very nice room (deluxe king) with big, comfortable bed. The international airport terminal is very close, and the buggy transporting btw the hotel and airport is great.

The check-in was a bit slow, however we had a booking and payment in advance. The bellboy promised to deliver our baggage to our room after check-in but it did not happen. We waited 30 minutes in the room and the room service could not help either where were our baggage so we had to go to the reception to find them.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au Sama Sama Hotel et avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour. Sa situation directement au sein de l’aéroport de Kuala Lumpur est un véritable atout. Cela nous a permis de nous reposer pleinement et surtout de dormir un peu plus longtemps avant de reprendre notre vol le lendemain, ce qui était très appréciable. L’hôtel est très élégant et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu notre nuit encore plus agréable. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et serviable. Nous avons d’ailleurs été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous leur avions demandé s’il était possible de leur déposer deux sacs supplémentaires afin d’éviter de payer un supplément de bagages pour notre vol vers les îles Perhentian. Ils ont très gentiment accepté de les garder gratuitement pour nous. Ce geste nous a beaucoup touchés et reflète vraiment le sens du service et l’attention portée aux clients. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons absolument pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Kuala Lumpur !

We loved the convenience of being in the airport and having a buggy that brings you to the hotel. All staff were helpful and friendly and that they gave us a a late check out time which is well appreciated. The restaurant staff were really lovely, one of them even asked us to choose some food from the buffet even if we ordered ala carte. The room is also clean and the bed is really comfy! We will surely stay here again if we have a long lay over.

We stayed here between flights and is was wonderful. We needed to buy a new carry-on bag since ours broke on the way to the airport and the staff helped us find a store walkable and reasonably priced. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was fantastic. Would have loved to stay longer, but we needed to catch our next flight.

This is an ideal hotel to get some rest if you have an early flight. What I particularly liked was the fact that you look at the airport from the room, but there is no noise.

The hotel is well located, only a couple of minutes walk from the airport if the buggy is not immediately available. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was super with all kind of cuisine !

My wife fell ill. The staff and management response was exceptional. Doctor was organised, stay extended, handled the airline rescheduling and then organised when we did depart for an escort through to our departure gate. Our thanks to the management and staff for their care and attention.

Bref c’était un magnifique séjour avant de reprendre l’avion, on regrette presque de ne pas être arrivé plus tôt pour profiter de la piscine et des autres prestations !

Our stay was less than 10 hours due to a 13-hour transit in Kuala Lumpur before our flight to Guangzhou, but it was an excellent experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a few minutes from KLIA. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed. The hotel was exceptionally clean with beautiful décor. The restaurant offered a wide variety of local, Japanese, and international dishes, and the food was delicious. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. We also appreciated the complimentary buggy shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, which made our transit smooth and stress-free.
