Small apartment (but I was aware) You have to pay for every little service (coffee, tea, washing machine that is inside the apartment) Spider web in the bathroom

Awesome location, there's a whole mall on the 1st floor. Nice pool (150 pesos to use it), nice equiped kitchen (you literally have everything you might need), free coffee and tea, really nice LED lighting too. Cute balcony, really nice mirror wall and equiped living room with board games and video games. Responsive host and very easy process to check in at the lobby.

Overall is really good! Just know the apartment is a little on the smaller side but still pretty much comfortable.

It was complete with a few extras like alexa, coffee machine and flavors, nuts, popcorn, drinks. There were facilities for cooking . We celebrated Christmas eve there and enjoyed it.

It looks so good for its price. The room had of extra stuff in it like party games, books, remote controlled lights and plenty of cabinets to put your stuff in. Will definitely choose this place again whenever I look for a place to stay in Manila.

Lovely view from 34 th floor Great location close to shops, public transport , accommodation above a small mall , good communication w the owner and cleaner . Good aircon , working tv , washing machine , and microwave .has good cutlery and dishes , has game boards provided , books though we didn’t use them , fast internet and nice wall decor also has a code to Get in the condo so no need to find keys .

This is a constructive feedback and this is an honest opinion of a well travelled Person and hope you take this onboard . Booked this based on previous feedbacks and advising the availability of 1 bed and 1 futton bed . Unsure if there has been a change of manager as the cleaner who came around the next day did not have any clues half of what we were talking about based on description of accommodation. 1. Had to send a message to property to Obtain access to door as opposed to being told that instructions will be sent before checking in. 2. Fridge was dirty . We had to remove decomposing food , we can’t wait for a cleaner as we had perishables so had to clean it ourselves 3. Never stayed in a place where a wardrobe was not provided . There was a wardrobe and drawers but were filled with owners stuff we didn’t have anywhere to place our clothes . We had to contact owner for a cleaner to come to clean up and move things . This was very annoying and disruptive to our schedule . These should’ve been done beforehand . 4. They have a karaoke and game player but would be helpful if there were instructions on how to connect and use them . The cleaner who was sent to sort things out didn’t even know how to operate . 5.Cold water dispenser may have dirty or unchanged filter . The water tasted slimy and fishy. 6.no hanging rail for washing . Had to spin the clothes a few times which was a waste of power . We were told by the cleaner The only place to dry our clothes was a small hanging towel rail in the small Bathroom which would’ve never dried the clothes due to moisture . 7.No clear instructions on how to operate the shower. There were 2 shower heads and had to play around to turn on hot water . Not straightforward if you want hot water straight away . 8. No clean washing sponges were provided we had to ask for it . The one we were given was a very worn out dish sponge . This is unhygienic. Dirty rags were placed in the laundry basket . 9.

Very nice studio, clean, all facilities you need, for good accommodation & cooking if wish. Full kitchen, with coffee station!!! Modern bathroom, hot pressure water on shower. Very good swimming pool, with 150p fee per day. Good surroundings with coffee, restaurants, supermarket. Not far from MTR station. Nice SM Mall, at 10 minutes walk. Recomand !!!

As simply put as possible. All expectations were exceeded. Obviously thought through from A to Z highest compliments on the team. Thankyou. Miguel always friendly helpful gave great advice. The price is more than fair.

Lovely apartament, comfy bed, very clean, smell very good inside. The kitchen has everything you need, also the coffee station with free coffee. Bathroom with hot water and wasching machine. Nice view from the balcony 👌 Carpets on the floors. Free family games inside ( monopoly, chess, jenga, playing card, so) Dimlight with remote control in the bedroom....romantic... Supermarket on the ground floor mall.

....maybe more space for the clothes would be nice.

The vibes! I love how comfortable it feels! My nordic fiancé told me that the kitchen drawer looks so Nordic. Games to play, love the lights, great bathroom, love the cold, near to a place with different food, and will definitely return:))

Well, there was a bit of inconveniences before going up but no worries! It was solved immediately and still had a great and comfy stay and owner acknowledged with what happened and how to resolve it for me :))

The co-host and host were very accommodating. This is one of those places you can truly call *SULIT*—it was relaxing, clean, and conveniently located near the airport. The Wi-Fi was reliable, especially for those traveling with work.

The bathroom smells, and constantly wet, could be just pipes of the building. and alittle dust. No one is perfect though

I very love the unit it feels like home 🤍 we have great stay at NORDIC PLACE, try this one you will not regret it, the room was spacious and clean, top notch amenities comfy beds, nice bathroom esp the mirror, we love the balcony with stunning views, very near and walking distance to grocery, malls, MRT it's very convenient. The owner and co-host are attentive, thank you for a great accommodation ✨
