Elegant Apartments with Private Beach Access at Scandic Resort

كانت هناك بركة سباحة صغيرة للأطفال استمتعوا بها كثيراً، بالإضافة إلى بركة أكبر، حيث يضم المكان إجمالاً ثلاث بركات سباحة. لكن الشاطئ لم يكن جميلاً ولم يعجبني، لذا كنت أذهب إلى شاطئ آخر." The staff were friendly. Nice beach. Nice swimming pools.

Kitchen was filthy, the microwave is rusty, the sink is disgusting.

-Gute Lage -schönes Zimmer mit Klima -der Strand, war auch nicht so überfüllt -hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Besitzer -in der Unterkunft hat man alles, was man benötigt

-Internet hat nicht immer funktioniert -die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten ein paar Flecken, aber nichts gravierendes -Der Verkehr von der Straße war in der Nacht etwas laut

Neat and cool

Bookimg was very straightforward, with email instructions sent to us, and all was as described and expected. Our host was very responsive, welcoming and helpful. Checking was very quick and easy. The room itself was very clean, with very comfortable beds and basic cooking equipment which was sufficient for our stay. WiFi was also working well. The resort as whole was also good, we found the staff helpful. Being mixed couple we felt safe and comfortable there with no bad looks from anyone. The pool area was being kept well. Mattrases and umbrellas for sunbeds were provided. There toilets and showers on site of each pool, so you dont have to go anywhere far if in urgent need.There are also facilities to wash your feet when coming from the beach. Right outside the residence there are some cafes, and some shops, which is very convenient (however my husband found them a bit expensive) so I opted for online grocery delivery.

Room: personally I would add few more basic kitchen utensils such as better knife, peeler and perhaps a grater, but it was not a big issue. We only had to get our own knife which my husband took home with him later. Building: Please not the property is under construction, so there will be some noise from workers during the day. But we didn't find it too bad. It took us few days to figure out our way around the buildimg so a map or better wall signing would be perhaps good, but we realise this is out of the apartment owners hands. Note if you get delivery you need to get to the main entrance downstairs, as the delivery people are not allowed in.

Dieses Zimmer ist perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Paare. Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders gut hat mir der Strand der Anlage gefallen – einfach wunderschön! Ramy war sehr zuvorkommend und konnte jedes Problem sofort lösen. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit – ich komme gerne wieder!

L'emplacement, le personnel, la propreté.

L'appartement est très propre, conforme aux photos. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a de quoi cuisiner facilement. L'immeuble est bien entretenu, gardiens 24h/24, accès à la piscine, à la plage et à la salle de sport de l'hôtel. Les hôtes, Rami et Lucia, sont très accueillants et disponibles très rapidement.

L'appartement est situé côté rue, ce qui fait qu'il est assez bruyant, surtout le soir. Une paire de bouchons d'oreille est indispensable pour bien dormir.

En plein centre de hurghada bcp de commerces et restaurants à proximité près de la marina fish market et la mosquée . L’appart hôtel était top plage privée avec transat et parasol à disposition gratuitement + 3 bassins de piscine pour farnienter c’était le top ! Les propriétaires Ramy et sa femme sont d’une gentillesse et disponible tout le temps ils répondent vite à vos questions et attentes ils sont tjrs là pour vous aider à la moindre question et c’est très appréciable quand on est en voyage dans un pays étranger merci à tous les 2! 😁

La pression de la douche était faible

Voy a describir todo en lo que yo me fijo a la hora de reservar: La verdad que tiene un 9 ganado. Para comenzar quedaba cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación de buses a la cual llegamos desde Luxor. El alojamiento estaba limpio y bien presentado. El wifi una maravilla!!! Me gustó que tenga lavarropas porque era el final de nuestro viaje y teníamos todo sucio. En la cocina tienen todos los elementos necesarios e incluso te dejan sal, aceite, detergente, etc. un detalle no menor! La ducha del baño estuvo bien, buena presión y tuvimos agua caliente o fría según el gusto de cada uno. Tiene aire acondicionado que anda muy bien! La verdad recomiendo este alojamiento.

Por decir algo que no me gustó tanto.. fue la incomprensión de las personas que nos recibieron. Tanto en recepción como los propietarios. No tenía datos móviles para escribirles luego de hacer la reserva (ya que salía el bus hacia el lugar y sino me daba prisa lo perdía…) cuando llegamos allí se enojaron por no escribirles antes. Y me acusaron de que podría ser falsa mi reserva habiendo pagado el total. Pero se solucionó rápido cuando llegó Ramy. Aún así, esto no es un problema si tú haces la reserva y luego les hablas inmediatamente para estar en contacto como ellos quieren. Sobre el alojamiento en si, no tengo nada negativo para decir.

Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, wifi śmiga idealnie, kuchnia ma wszystko, nawet płyn do naczyń, w łazience ręczniki, mydło, suszarka, sprzęt do sprzątania. Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra, spacerkiem do mariny jest 10 minut, taxi może 2 minuty. W bloku kawiarnia, sklepik, apteka. W nagłej sytuacji szpital 50m od Scandic, no mogłabym wymieniać i wymieniać. A plaża, to też dzięki niej wszystko jest doskonałe! Na osiedlu cisza, nie ma animacji, można się totalnie odprężyć i zresetować. Zejście do morza bardzo płaskie z 400m w głąb jest dosłownie woda do kolan! Bardzo długi pomost, z którego jest zejście do wody. Oceniam na 5+!

The keys weren't held at reception at the resort, you have to contact the owners, difficult if you don't have local mobile phone access.

The location is amazing, everything is around, the beach is good, clean, and has corals, the Marina is amazing during the day and night, the room itself was amazing, clean and well maintained, with all essentials.

Rare in Egypt and especially in Hurghada, the listing on booking.com is accurate. The photos are accurate, the property details are true. This owner offers peace of mind, is trustworthy. I shouldn’t have to mention “clean” as a good thing, everywhere should be clean, but it isn’t the case in Egypt or Hurghada. But this property was clean. Very nice! The decoration is nice, modern, to occidental taste. The plants, the finishes, the chest of drawer with the mirror are little touches that makes feel cozy. Not being treated like tourist meat. The bathroom is comfortable. Not perfect on everything, but for the price and in comparison with other scams in the same estate (not every Scandic flat is the same, far from it!!), this particular flat and owner are a perfect combo for us. The flat is big enough for fit comfortably a family of 4, with potential for 5.

Some minor aspects that didn’t bother us too much, she shower head tilting a bit. Minor. The sheets are silky but start to show tear (bubbles of fabric), so not as comfy as new silky sheets, but good enough. Bothered my wife but not me. Minor thing. Not enough to lower my rating of 9. The quality/price still deserves a 9.

La clim qui fuit.

The apartment is comfortable and was super clean. It has everything one might need. The resort is nice with 3 pools and a beach and a gym. The location is perfect and the hosts were very responsive and very cooperative.

Nice pools and private dock.

Some construction work in the building across the unit. Unit is a 1 bedroom not 2 as posted. Not important for us this trip but might be for others expecting two separate bedrooms. The other bed is in the shared living area where a couch would normally go.

Excellent location with a private soft sandy beach. Private clean well maintained swimming pool. Good WiFi speed, some eating places nearby.

Coral reef wasn’t in the near distance, but that was Okay. Water was crystal clear

The location and building where the apartment is located.

We didn't like that a bed was right next to the door at the entrance to the apartment. This door doesn't reach the floor, the wind blows under it and there is noise. When we entered the kitchen there was a strong smell of food. The hood needs careful cleaning. The kitchen is not equipped with what is necessary for preparing a meal. The room has damp walls, with dampness and peeling paint, with the plaster ready to fall off.

Apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Host very friendly and responsive. Snorkeling off the pier was good.

Resort itself is not finished and there was lots of building work going on. We saw more workers than other tourists. It meant the corridors and lifts were not that clean.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Ramy was a good host and answered queries quickly. Comfortable bed and plenty of units for clothes etc. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It has 3 swimming pools, a gym and is right on a private beach with a long jetty to a small coral reef. The kitchen needs more crockery for 4 people but I've informed Ramy of this.

The noise and water issues due to building works were inconvenient. Some days the water was so brown I could not shower. The water pressure in the shower is very low. This is not the owner's fault and hopefully this will improve when the building works are completed.

The property have very good location, it is near to Marina ( about 3-4 km ) and it is not too far away from Airport ( around 20min driving). In small radius You have many groceries and local restourant, which is very good. Also private Beach is really nice and very close to appartments. Ramy and Lucia are very nice, and they answered in 1-2 hours if You need something. They are really nice, flexibilw and helpfull. Appartment was clean.

The building is not done jet, and some work is still ongoing ( like building, drilling, and material transportation with elevator. What I didn't like about Appartment ist old furniture, and old bedding, pillows and blankets. But still clean! I think the price is appropriate for the furniture and contents of the apartment.

The place is clean & comfortable. Comes equipped with a washing machine, which was a bonus. The hosts are rapid to respond also. For the price, it's definitely value for money.

Ramy was a nice helpful host. Locality and the beach were nice and clean. Close to the shops and restaurants. Not far from Marina. There is also a nice coral reef located and the end of the pier.

For four people, we only got 2 big and 2 small towels, no toilet paper, no soup, no shampoo, we needed to buy everything. The bathroom was not so clean.

Property is of a good size with a lovely private beach and three pools plus a fabulous marina to walk along. In front of the hotel you have everything you require from great shops and places to eat and drink aswell as friendly locals who will always assist you in finding anything you need. Defo worth a stay and visit.

Currently the complex still has construction of part of the hotel apartments ongoing but this does not effect the beauty within the area or the outside space. When I say construction I mean the rooms and building is complete it’s just as each one is having final finishes added as acquired.

The apartment was very clean and everything there like the apartment equipments such as kitchen, linens and washroom equipments .Location is perfect and all what you need around the resort. Price is responsible. We arrived very early and the apartment owner allow us to check in early free of charge and he keep calling us to make sure all is well.he is really friendly and gentle man.
