Great place, very nice Appartement

Very minor thing- we were told we would be met there, I had to ring and then being one way street, we couldn’t stop and wait. We were not sure where we were allowed to park, so had to drive around and come back. A number on front of the property would have been handy so we could be sure we were in the right place. The lady we did meet was lovely and explained everything to us. We loved the property and close proximity to main town area.

Location was perfect. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful visit to Kinsale. Our bus to Kinsale was late arriving, and Ruth was very kind to meet and help us get us settled after a frazzled travel experience.

It wasn't a problem for our group, but access to the apartment requires climbing up the stoney steps which consists of 107 steps, or an alternative route with a steep hill.

The property was clean, comfortable and in an outstanding and central location. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.

The linens need a little refreshz The towels were really quite terrible. Stained and rough and clearly very old. The mattresses in the small room are also not super comfy.

Location, parking, cleanliness and comfort was excellent.

The hot water was not 24/7 and that was an issue.

So clean and nice. The location was great (there are stairs that could be a deciding factor). For us it was great our kids loved the fact that we took the “Stoney steps” up. Ruth was great and very accommodating.

The bedrooms need ceiling fans to move some air. Windows only open a crack.

Located perfectly - very well kitted out with cleaning products and washing up products. Very comfortable and lovely decor.

Parking is a challenge but we emptied the car and then moved it to a car park. A product of a quaint village with narrow roads so not a big issue!

Fabulous place that’s very well appointed. Location is perfect in this beautiful town.

The location was good, the downstairs living room and kitchen were nice. The sunroom and outdoor gravel patio were very nice. We had excellent weather.

Parking was a little tight. The steep stairs to both bedrooms were a little difficult. The bedroom with two twins was small. In order to reach shops and restaurants the walk down the “Stoney Steps” was long and steep, as well as the walk back up. We drove and purchased groceries from the Valie grocery…walking upstairs with bags would have been difficult.

Lovely bright and clean property. Freshly decorated. Very well stocked and lovely bright space with garden room overlooking Kinsale town. Excellent central location and quiet area. We had a really nice stay and would highly recommend.

Very small minor points: 1. Could do with a coat hanger/hooks 2. Pillows a bit hard 3. Being asked to take off bed clothes and bring same downstairs to washing area along with towels was a strange ask for a serviced accommodation. 4. Recycling was not clear.

The location and facilities were great. Ruth was very responsive to our needs and accommodating. Very kind! She had great recommendations for local pubs and shops. This property contributed to Kinsale being one of our favorite stops on our vacation

Ruth was not made aware of our reservation by the owner so she was not expecting us. Even so, she met us and got us in quickly and made our stay enjoyable. Communication with actual owners through Booking.com was disappointing. I received an email response to a question from them over a week after our stay was complete.

Incredibly cute house very near city centre

Location was in the very centre of Kinsale. Walked everywhere, parking was easy to find as well.

Nice big villa style apartment, very comfortable for 4 adults, location was good.

Very narrow street, difficult parking up on a hill. Steep stairs to village.

We loved the house, decor and location. It was very clean too.

Pillows were too firm for me as I am used to feather pillows. The single beds were not the most comfortable but acceptable. We would have liked some board games, a large mirror, no spatula in the kitchen. Would have been nice to have a little welcome pack such a pint of milk and biscuits etc. Overall we were very happy

The location was perfect and the house was on a surprisingly quiet street.

Only noise was trash pickup just outside our bedroom window in the early morning, but no fault of the home and we were only there for 2 nights and it happened just once.

Fab location up the famous stoney steps and literally 1min from the centre of town, cosy sparkling clean, modern appliances, comfy beds, modern clean bathrooms, really lovely place - highly recommend this.

Grubby drawers and cupboards. On the surface, everything was lovely. If you opened a drawer or cupboard it was dirty.

The location was perfect - we spent very little time at the property, primarily a place to sleep.

Took a bit of playing around with appliances. All new but instruction manuals we found. Being from overseas we couldn't work out the bins? Recycling v. Landfill not sure which bin was which.

Great location, lovely property, comfortable & quiet. Very nicely fitted out. Two bedrooms & two separate bathrooms upstairs. Lovely sunroom with views down over Kinsale.

The parking, allocated to the property, was too small for us. There is a very small public carpark further along the road.

There was a Nespresso coffee machine but no Nespresso pods. I would've been nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. Also, most likely user error, but we couldn't get the stove to work to cook breakfast. The stove instruction manual was in a drawer and I followed the steps, but there was no heat. I'm pretty good at using instructions but this one stumped me. Not sure if there's an issue with the stove or me...

The house was very homely, gorgeous decor, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The sun room was a fabulous bonus. So close to the town and so convenient. We had a perfect weekend there. Ruth (manager) was really helpful and so nice to talk to.

The only negative comment and why we didnt give a rating of 10 is that we had to remove bedsheets, towels and leave them downstairs and also remove bins before leaving the property.

Townhouse #4. Great little place within walking distance everything you'll need in Kinsale! Master Bedroom is good size and is ensuite. 2 Single beds only in 2nd bedroom. But both can be converted into bunk-beds. Living area is beautiful - fantastic veranda and outdoor 'garden' - lovely view of Kinsale. Kitchen has a full oven, toaster, coffee machine, and big fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, stove top. All plates, cookware, cleaning supplies. Heating is fab and heats fast. You will need a mobile phone to call someone and you'll be met at the apartment at an arranged time. All in all, lovely place....we decided we will be staying again - especially if the price is right ✨

From a safety perspective - only complaint is that the stairs have no functional handrail. It's more like a flat bit of wood vs a raised circular rail, for example. I would be VERY cautious going up and especially down - and extra so if children or elderly guests were in the apartment.

I think the best thing about the place was its location. Truly could not have found a better place. Overall, the cleanliness was good.

What we found missing was a booklet, explaining the uses of the unit. Like how to use the washer & dryer properly, check in & check out times, protocol for leaving the stay, list of restaurant & menus...things of that nature which (as we are experienced travelers), would normally find. Also, there were no paper towels, napkins or tissues on site so that was a bit inconvenient, as guests. The air in Kinsale was a bit stagnant so we would have loved to have had portable fans made available. However, we did not ask for them as we did not want to bother the kind lady who represented the property owner for this.

The location was ideal, a walk down a few steps to middle of Kinsale Village. The house itself was very clean, warm & brand new. very comfortable visit, I highly recommend. We have 4 kids & it was perfect. lots of living space & lovely comfortable outdoor area also, all light up at night with town lights. very beautiful location.
