The hotel is conveniently located in a quieter street. There's a pharmacy on the ground floor and another one opposite the hotel. The hotel's location is very conveniently located; most amenities are within walking distance. You're only minutes away from the beach. The hotel staff here are quite friendly, and the housekeepers do an amazing job cleaning the rooms. There's a convenience store run by a nice Vietnamese family on the same street. There's Quick Laundry opposite the hotel that does a great job with your laundry, they charge VND$20K/kg. If you drop your clothes off early in the morning, you can pick up later in the day. I recommend you try Umm (Banh Mi & Cafe), Mia Food & Drink, Pallet Hot Pot - BBQ - Phan Ton and Haian hotel's restaurant located on Level 3. They're all within walking distance of the hotel, have great service and are reasonably priced, check them out on Google Map.

I had a wonderful nights sleep here, the price of the room was very reasonable. The bathroom was a little shabby but the comfy bed made up for that. I was very happy in the morning!

The location is fabulous. Very close to the beach. And good restaurants in all directions. The bed....very comfortable. Spacious apartment for moving around, doing some exercise. The air con worked perfectly and quietly.

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. I had to search the breakfast room for a fork. I bought a larger pot. Only one burner on the stove as working. It was not repaired although the staff saw that it not working on the first day.

Great location. Close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, convience stores and several bars. All rooms have kitchenette facilities including a washing machine. Friendly helpful staff especially the housekeeping personnel.

Kitchenette sink drains into the bathroom shower and my room had a tendency to flood due to poor drainage.

The property was in a great location. The staff were great and went above and beyond for us. The bed was soft and the little kitchenette was great.

The only issue I had was the bed was only accessible via one side or by crawling up from the bottom as it was against the wall.

The hotel is pretty close to a fantastic beach, although the area is now sadly almost fully devoted to tourism, with little authentic feel to it left there.

Here on Booking.com the description of our apartment type included a seating area and a desk, and I booked it specifically for that purpose as I was planning to work online during my stay there. Upon my arrival I only found a tiny make-up desk in the room, but when I complained about it to the staff the only thing they were able to offer us was "So sorry" – no room change, no partial refund.

Overall, we had a decent stay and found the price reasonable, especially considering the convenience of having a washing machine. That said, the room felt quite dark due to the absence of a proper window, and we did notice a few cockroaches, which was a bit unpleasant

Good apartment style hotel in Da Nang. Loved having the little kitchen so that I could cook. Bed was comfy and shower worked well. Great location - quiet street (as far as Da Nang goes) but very central. Would definitely book again.

Despite the stove/hot plate in the kitchen, I had to ask for a pot which seemed a little silly. Bathroom had a drain smell but that's very common in Vietnam.

A great room with a comfortable bed and a washing machine which was very useful. Simple but nice rooftop area. Staff friendly and helpful - had my camera stolen from checked-in baggage at the airport, reception tried their best to help the situation.

Great place to stay in Da Nang

I regret that I only stayed two weeks here. Shortly after arriving, I inquired about extending my stay, but it would have been a move to a room to a suite instead of the apartment and I didn't want to do that. The two other times I've looked into booking so that I could come back, it was all full up. So let this be a lesson to you... if you think you might want to stay here for longer, don't wait on the booking. The location is great, easily accessing the wealth of restaurants and nightlife around My An. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen facilities sufficient to prepare breakfast. The bathroom was decently equipped. On the whole, the booking was really good value. The unrelated cafe right next door (Hom Nay) is a great place to get some work done, with good food, super fast wifi, and a great vibe.

The couch in the apartment wasn't what I'd call comfortable. I could sit there for a bit, but it wasn't worth staying to read a book or something.

The hotel is very well located nearby the many restaurants and bars located in An Thoung. Everything is close at hand and convenient. The rooms have limited kitchen and cooking facilities and feature a washing machine as a bonus. It is quiet and clean and represent good value for money.

The ladies at reception are very lovely. Rooms big. Bed comfy. But: rooms dark— not as nice as photos . Construction noise all day. “Sauna” is tiny box for 1. Gym is … less than basic. But ok value for sleeping and the location good.

Door didn't completely lock. Safe didn't work. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Water from shower flowed to the toilet area regularly.

I stayed 1-2 months here in different rooms and the experience is highly dependent on the type and location of the room assigned. - Front building rooms are bigger, nicer (suite/triple rooms), with large windows, views and blockout curtains, - Back rooms (Deluxe/Superior) are okay, but sometimes noisy due to a mexican bar on that side that stays open every night till 2am. - Side rooms (Deluxe/Superior) was my least favourite. They are small with two windows above the bed with a thin shade so light shines down from 6am. Room is also next to the lift shaft, so you can hear it running. - Overall, the beds are comfortable, clean sheets and towels, toiletries provided, tv, kettle, microwave, cooktop, washing machine in each room. - Hotel is situated in great location in centre of My An in a relatively quiet area and no construction next door. - Internet works and speed is around 80mbps (unlike many other hotels) - Free coffee, toast and jam every morning. Free drinking water available.

Kitchen has only an induction cooktop with some bowls, plates and cutlery. No cookware, kitchen knives, board or utensils are provided. You can ask the staff for more, however I was only given one pot. - Desk is not good for working. It is very thin in width, no chair provided, only a small stool. - Noise. Soundproofing is poor and you can hear a lot of noise from the people moving around upstairs. Many digital nomads stay here that stay up all night if they need to work on other time zones, so I got woken up a lot some nights. As previously mentioned if at the back near the bar, it might be noisy. - Small ant problem can be found in most rooms - The side room I stayed in was awful and covered with small flies, mould and a bad sewer smell every time I turned the tap on. Staff didn't seem to see any problem when I asked them to clean it and look into the issues. They just suggested spraying the room with insect spray. I ended up leaving a few days later, as they did not want to resolve it.

There was no window in the room, but it was written in the booking conditions.

The location is great for the beach, lots of cafe's and convenience stores nearby too. The bed and bedding were nice and clean. Good air con. Washing machine but no detergent. I didn't use the gym (which was more just a room with equiptment), sauna or breakfast.

The bathroom had one light that was out, so it was a bit dark in there. There was an open panel in the ceiling above the shower which made me a little nervous. Some things were a little old and work but overall ok. The room itself was an ok size but a little dark, the window just faced another building. The sound of the plumbing and building noises were very loud and distrubing however.

The room I stayed in has a strong smell which I can’t really stand and I was able to change to a different room as they are fully booked. For the same amount of money I would choose a different place as the free sauna and gym are not really sauna and gym just a small space that can be used.

The hotel is convenient as a location - everything is nearby - supermarkets, places to eat, money exchange. We rented motorbikes from them as well. The girls at the reception were very kind and helpful. There is a washing machine in the room and clothes rack for drying clothes - for us this was useful

I was staying in room 402 for 3 nights Every night I couldn’t sleep until late because the workers from Korea bbq restaurant were playing loud music and cleaning pots and making too much noise. In the morning there is loud conversations noise. The window is facing the wall so it’s very dark. I didn’t get hot water as well. I made a big mistake leaving the window open for fresh air and got 5 mosquitoes biting me all night.

Room comfortable, got everything including a washer and a stovetop. Nice to have a gym and sauna even though they are basic. Location is good. On-site spa which seems among the most legitimate on the street Would stay again.

The hotel is very well located in the An Thoung area of Da Nang. It is on a quiet side street very close to the beach. There are many good Vietnamese and Western restaurants around the hotel easily within walking distance. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the housekeeping staff do a very good job of cleaning the rooms. Having a hotplate, microwave,and washing machine is a bonus.

Everything was as advertised and nothing to dislike.

I stayed in two different rooms in this hotel. The first one was very large and the second one was quite small. Make sure to pay attention to the pictures of the particular room you're staying in before you go. Other than that it's a very nice place and a very good value and a good location.

Apartments are a Great value in a good location

The bathroom flooded every shower, the windows are against another building in the apartment that I was in.

The staff was very friendly and the room was much larger than I was expecting. The location is perfect and on a quiet street with everything you need close by. Unlike other reviews, I had very hot water with great pressure. And the AC worked perfectly. The balcony was large, and with a pair of chairs and table, nice to sit out and watch the street life. The bed was very comfy, the sheets and pillows were very nice, clean and smelled great.

While the unit was very clean, there was some mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, common in Vietnam. It didn't bother me, but if your sensitive, you should be aware.

The shower had a good water pressure and heater. Gym and sauna were decent. It’s clean and has a lift. Close to the beach, laundromat, salon, and cafes.

The location is ideal with beach, cafes and resturants on a walking distance. The place is equipped with all necessary amenities so your stay is all sorted in terms of laundry, meal heatup etc. They have free coffee, tea of 1st floor and in the mornings they put up bread and jam if you want to grab a bite before heading out anywhere

The place does offer washing machine option but they have locked the tumble dry/steamer option which is a hassle if you need your clothes dried up quickly. The washrooms could be made a little more cleaner. they do have a very small gym and suana more like a roof tupe setup. They offer bike rentals if you have an international driving license however, it would have been good if they also provided with bicycle rentals, would have been lovely to bike aroynd the beach.

The room is pretty much like pictures, large apartment with everything you need. Location is superb, right next to the beach and hundreds of restaurants etc. A lot of natural light in the room. Bed is comfy.

Wifi is not the best, but manageable. Rooftop terrace would need some work done and also the whole building has had its best days - but everything works.

The location was great - walkable to everything. The room matched the pictures. The room was very clean.

The only negative was that the staff wouldn’t assist me with sending out postcards. Usually, hotels will help guests checking out with this especially since there were already stamped. They also wouldn’t give me any more information except that the post office was closed which I already knew (which is why I asked for help). Luckily, I decided to walk to a post office to see if they had an external drop box, and to my joy, they did.

The location was great, central and near lots of coffee shops, special mention to Homnay coffee shop. Laundry and spas all on your doorstep too. We stayed in the apartment on the fourth floor and it was quiet enough. Great washing machine in our apartment too. Has an elevator, place to park our bike outside, spacious.Plenty of hot water too, you need to switch on, which the lovely reception staff show you.

Nothing much on TV - now cable channels . The bathroom floor doesn't drain nor dry well and so was rather icky after a shower. Because of this, one night stay is enough .It is rather noisy being near the streets with seemingly on-going construction nearby . The breakfast was miserable with dry bread . No coffee in the room - more like a hostel accommodation with some residents.

The room had everything we needed - a kitchenette with stove, a comfortable bed, the shower was separated in the bathroom. The hotel was clean and in a quiet location. The facilities with the free coffee, tea and bread in the morning was super. We also used the sauna and the gym, which is small, but all right.

We didn't have hot water for 3-4 days - the receptionist let me have a hot shower in the massage rooms, but next day the water was cold there also. Hope they fix it for next guests.

I enjoyed staying in this large studio apartment, complete with a spacious kitchen area and nice bathroom. Comfortable bed, sufficient storage space, and there were some nice little touches (like the control of lighting levels in the apartment) that were better than many other places I have been. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very central - my gym was one block away and shops and restaurants were everywhere. For the price I would have to say this was an excellent place to stay.

The kitchen wasn't particularly well-equipped, but that is normal for Da Nang short-stay apartments. There was some noise from outside in the mornings, but earplugs took care of that.

Great location by the beach, also really good coffee either side of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and made things super easy

Everything great - I stayed here for A Month in a few different rooms - there are a few rooms at the side with only a view of next building but otherwise lovely

A few of the bathrooms have strange positioning for water outlet on the floor in the bathroom so the bathroom can flood is you take a long shower - make sure to take the grate off of the hole as this minimises the issuer

The location is amazing. The Beds Are So Soft there is a kitchen to cook food and the kitchen is clean. The rooms are super clean. There's a washing machine in the room. You can wash your clothes and the washroom is very clean.

This is the best place to stay in Da Nang imo! I’ve tried so many places but Mamas wins every time, it’s a total haven. Beds and rooms are so comfortable, spacious bathrooms, great AC, some movie channels, kitchen, etc. 10/10

Water had an odor, kitchen sink leaked, had problem with hot water valves. The staff was very helpful in dealing with the problems.

I had comfortable stays at this Hotel. Friendly and helpfully staff. Nice location and very close to the beach. The room has complete facilities too. And love the little sauna. The Wifi didn't work in my room but they have a guest lounge that I can use for working. Will stay again in this hotel if I'm back in Da Nang!
