Magnifique, super propre, le personnels est aux petits soins et tres accueillant et tres gentils.

Some minor maintenance required in bathrooms, nothing that ruined the stay. The air conditioner in one bedroom started to drip water internally throughout the night which caused a plug to melt, and the smell of burnt plastic stayed for a few days. Staff fixed it promptly and did their best to help out. Pool was also cleaned midday during a 3-night stay, due to adding chlorine we couldn't use the pool for several hours in the day. Totally understand the need to clean the pool, but suggest aligning the chemical treatment for times between guests where possible.

The water filter wasn't working which meant we had no fresh water and this also doubled up as the kettle so that was unavailable as well.

The villa was beautiful, exactly what we wanted to end our trip. It was a great private getaway, with a beautiful pool, huge bed and great facilities.

Great position, nice & quiet. We arrived late at night, staff were there to greet us & help get settled in. Villas are lovely. Very spacious. We had 2 side by side. Close to Sanur beach walk. We had a relaxing 5 night stay. We’d definitely stay again.

Our villa needed a bit of TLC. We noticed some mould & a leak on the ceiling in the bedroom which needs attention & the timber in the shower as well. Hopefully they will get onto maintenance of these areas.

We found the property to be very clean. Whilst it was a little further away from the main centre, the free bikes provided made it very easy for us as a couple to get around and we really like the location. The pool was great as well. The staff at the property were also really helpful and friendly at all times. The warung up the road was good, and it was only a short walk to great venues along the beachfront.

We didn't understand the layout of the 1br villa - the sunken lounge and seating wasn't really usable, and it lacked an outdoor undercover area for relaxed seating. Also, we had Villa 5 and there was a window and construction from next door that impeded our privacy. Other than that, we had an excellent stay and would stay here again. It was great value for money.

Staff was brilliant and always friendly especially to my children , bikes provided, comfy beds, great pool, very clean.

Friendly staff, really nice facilities. Felt private and safe and super close to everything which was really convenient. Staff were super accomodating in letting us keep our luggage at the premises after check out due to a later flight which was really appreciated!

Beautiful layout pool, beds were enormous and do large! Best accommodation of the trip and the hosts and staff were delightful

Location is close to Main Street Sanur but only if on scooter. Reasonably long walk otherwise. Hist very friendly and responsive.

Breakfast not included. They forgot to do room service in the morning and change towels and make bed etc. bed is uncomfortable. Kitchen is rundown and needs maintenance. Pool water not filtered. Bathroom shower is green mouldy timber. Garden needs pruning as overgrown the paths so you can’t use them.

The property is lovely but there’s not much within walking distance so we took Grab cars almost everywhere.

Loved being down the far end of Sanur, great restaurant and warrungs not far away, great pool and facilities.

The open kitchen area was a bit odd and may need some extra pillows throughout the villa for a bit more comfort.

The layout was great, easy to get into town, and the pool was nice.

The property didn’t feel clean. The towels were of poor quality and needing an upgrade, the sun beds were dirty and constantly wet, the lounge had stains all over it, and mould on the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Staff weren’t super friendly like everywhere else in Sanur.

Everything, felt very private, layout was great, pool was clean. Amazing location and not too far away from everything.

Clean and very comfy beds with good block out curtains! Nice kitchen and lounge area. Pool was clean and stayed warm all day. Aircon was brilliant.

Only one set of keys offered for two couples. No tea towels. Bathroom got very hot during the day. It was a bit further from the centre of Sanur than we thought but nothing that a $3 GoJek ride couldnt fix. Wooden boards around pool area were a bit loose and a trip hazard.

The villas advertised was not the one we got, the which is advertised in photos is different probabaly Villa 1 and I was given Villla 2 which is totally different. Smaller and no iron, no laundry, overall not the best value for Money at all.

The property was clean and in a good location. The pool was great and loved the outside bathroom

Pool tiles had mould everywhere. Mould on bedroom ceiling. Bathroom vanity stained and bath also stained and dirty. Kitchen bench dirty and stained. Bedroom curtains needed washing.

Everything was perfect. Pool was clean, lovely design and functional kitchen. They even surprised us with a birthday wish on our bed! Bed was so comfortable and the aircond worked well for a cosy night’s sleep.

The location was far to get around but Gojek and Grab made it easy. They could improve a bit on the cleaning and the living room couch might need a bit of upkeep. Kitchen could do with a maintenance of cookware and no salt and pepper were provided.

Due tue a lack of communication between the manager and the employees, our room was not ready by the time of check in. The employees were very helpful and tried their best to manage the situation. The stay was under our expectations, but in genereal it was good.

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it. After coming back unfortunately it’s lost its touch, the villa is quite rundown and cleaning needs improvement. Staff was lovely and accommodating

Nothing was perfect

The villa is large and spacious, close to the beach and the start of the Sanur boulevard, easy walking distances to the bars and restaurants.

Needed a few more kitchen supplies as they didn’t cater for breakfast lunch or dinner. For example glassware which we bought and left in the villa.

The location was great, the set up of the villa, large pool, bedroom air-conditioning, water cooler.. indra is .lovely and anything we asked was quickly responded too.

Although on the surface, the villa seemed clean, we couldn't help but feel it possibly could of done with a thorough clean. On day one we found cigarette buts in the pool and we just felt it seemed like a place that people come ans stay at treat with little respect. The towels and sheets have holes and marks and seem thin. The bathroom is so hot, we did not open the blind.

Comfortable & relaxing in a lovely tropical setting with total privacy. The villa is spacious & very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. J4 is nicely located way from the congestion & chaos, surrounded by high end private villas in a quiet location. Short walk to the beach. Despite not having an onsite restaurant, there is a lovely restaurant about 100m away open all day, serving excellent meals in a lovely quiet relaxing Balinese setting. We arrived at J4 late in the evening & staff were on hand to welcome us. We would definitely be happy for a return stay!

No wine glasses, but the staff tried their best & found 2. Towels could perhaps do with a little bit of of freshening up. Sad to leave!

Lovely place with a private swimming pool, outdoor chilling area (tv with Netflix!), spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. The staff is super helpful and friendly, communicated well via booking.com chat or later via whatsapp once we checked in. Extra bed for a child was set up on request (at extra cost). Daily cleaning was also provided. The place was amazing, we stayed for 5 days and I wish we could stay longer.

It's a good 10-15 minute walk from cafes and shops (there are a couple of food spots closer, but generally you'll have to walk for more options) and the beach. Especially if you're travelling with children - keep this in mind. It's just outside of lively areas of Sanur, but it also makes it very quiet and relaxing. Taxis (Grab/Bluebird) are easy to order and it makes it very easy to get around.

Staff was nice, but property was really dirty. Sheets had stains, pillow had holes and overall seemed not very clean. Would recommend to spend some more money and book a proper hotel along the coast.

It’s in a quiet and convenient location close to the beach. The street outside is nice and wide.

I guess I was a little bit disappointed that there was only four pieces of cutlery in the kitchen, no teabags and not even a kettle. There is no art on the walls and overall it’s really showing its age given that it’s only two years old.
