Закуската беше добра. Хареса ми разположението на хотела и отношението на Медина - отзивчива, усмихната и компетентна. Хотелът трябва да се гордее с такъв персонал.

Не ни хареса това, че край хотела имаше много магазини, заведения и пазари и похарчихме доста пари.

I expected a higher quality breakfast

Yeri konumu, müşterilerine gösterilen ilgiden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Leman hanım ve Osman beye güler yüzleri ve yardımları için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Odaların temizliğinden ve güzel kokusundan da çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmıştı

Il staff è stato molto gentile quando li abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra camera. Perché l'albergo ha due lati uno con ascensore e uno senza. Ce l'hanno cambiato subito e ci hanno dato anche una camera più grande. Il bagno era la cosa migliore nel albergo. l'albergo è praticamente nel centro storico ,vicino a tutti mezzi pubblici .

La colazione aveva tanta scelta ,però secondo me dovevano mettere più prodotti locali. Cosi la colazione era dozzinali . I letti erano troppo morbidi ai lati e dura in centro.

L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima e strategica per visitare Bursa, soprattutto è a due passi dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici principali. Struttura e camere curate in ogni dettaglio, con particolare attenzione alla pulizia. Personale cortese e disponibile, mi sono trovata benissimo e lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Wir waren Gott sei Dank nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Diese war insgesamt sehr laut. Da sich die Lobby direkt unter bzw. neben den Zimmern befand und die Fenster der Lobby offenbar nicht ausreichend gedämmt waren, war die Geräuschkulisse deutlich in den Zimmern zu hören. Auch die Zimmer selbst waren schlecht schallisoliert. Bis spät in die Nacht hielten sich regelmäßig Personen in der Lobby auf, die sich lautstark unterhielten. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken. Auch der bauliche Zustand der Unterkunft war enttäuschend. Der Fußboden war teilweise marode, eine Tür war beschädigt und das Badezimmer war stark von Schimmel befallen. Die WC-Spülung war zudem defekt. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Als wir zum Frühstück kamen, war beispielsweise überhaupt kein Brot vorhanden. Für die Anzahl der Gäste war das Frühstücksangebot insgesamt nicht ausreichend. Bereits kurz nach Beginn des Frühstücks, gegen 9 Uhr, waren auch keine Tomaten, Gurken und andere typische Beilagen mehr vorhanden. Wir haben diesen Zustand angesprochen und uns darüber beschwert. Daraufhin wurde lediglich Brot nachgelegt. Weder Tomaten noch Gurken oder andere beliebte Frühstücksbeilagen wurden jedoch ergänzt. Für die Anzahl der Gäste war das Frühstück somit eindeutig nicht ausreichend. Auch die Hygiene beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir nahmen einen Teller mit Besteck und stellten fest, dass es noch deutlich nass und feucht war, offenbar direkt aus der Spülmaschine. Auf unseren Hinweis wurde lediglich gesagt, dass es frisch aus der Spülmaschine komme und nicht abgetrocknet werde. Bereits vor Beginn der Frühstückszeit, als noch keine Gäste anwesend waren, unterhielten sich drei junge Mitarbeiter lautstark in der Lobby über einen privaten Autokauf. Die Geräuschkulisse war dadurch schon zu diesem Zeitpunkt deutlich wahrnehmbar.

We spent three nights in room A102. It was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful especially the 2 girls . They helped us a lot since their english was good . Always welcoming people with a smile. The hotel is in the centre of all touristic places . Thank you very much for being kind. Greetings

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi was decent but sometimes spotty. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was the same every day and they put parsley and dill on most of the vegetables.

The location is unbeatable. Thats about it.

1.Limited breakfast. 2. Rooms were not together as requested. 3. Very poor air con. Spent all 3 nights uncomfortable during hot August nights. 4. Staff: pleasant but not knowledgeable and did not offer solutions to problems eg lack of cleaning, lack of decent air con. Funnily enough the reception air con where the staff mainly sat was lovely and cool… go figure! They said all the rooms have an “error” message in the air con’s 🤨. It seems like the settings were “fixed” from the hotel management side to reduce costs. The remote didn’t work for the aircon. 5. Old and outdated decor. Entire hotel was dingy and needs a revamp. Poor handiwork , gaps in grout/ fittings/ loose skirting boards 6. You had to request for the room to be cleaned (didn’t know this and wasn’t told until I chased it up on day2) 7. In our room we had to move the bed to try to get some aircon blowing out way, limited sockets. You could either use the kettle or fridge at any one time…. Sorry guys You need to do much better. The location is your only saving grace.

Great central location in Bursa. Excellent Turkish breakfast buffet included. Great service by hotel staff. Highly recommend to stay here for families. Very cool lobby with lots of sofas and seating. Interesting feature of the lobby is they have a wall full of antique electronics and gadgets for guests to view that would be at home in a museum. I really wish we had spent more time looking at them since younger people would never have seen these items before. We had the 5 person family room which had 2 double beds and 1 single bed. AC worked great in the room but it took a few minutes to cool the room down initially but then it worked great throughout our stay. We stayed here for 5 days and we were impressed with their hospitality and service. Good wifi speed. Included TV has local Turkish satellite channels. Drinking Water in sealed disposable cups was provided daily in room. Room was clean but curtains did seem a little dusty. Bathroom was very clean and had a working bidet toilet. Excellent shower. Room was spacious for 5 people with all our luggage. Definitely did not feel cramped for space. Walking distance to major Bursa tourist sites like the Bursa Grand bazaar, Bursa Cami mosque, Gazi Orhan park, Gazi Orhan bey Cami mosque, Koza Han silk bazaar, and much more. Excellent selection of restaurants around here but some were quite pricey so you may want to shop around if you are on a budget. 2 grocery stores within walking distance also for any snacks and drinks. Excellent Turkish breakfast buffet included. Turkish breakfast was hearty and delicious. They had many items including eggs, sujuk, fries, onion rings, cheeses, pasta, hot soups, breads, watermelon, fruits, lots of sides, juices, milk, teas, cereals, and jams. There is a huge selection and something for everyone here so even the pickiest eater won't go hungry. This hotel is one of my top picks and we would definitely stay here again.

One negative point is that the family rooms were in the older front of the hotel which did not have any elevator/lift access which was only for the newer back half of the hotel. We had to carry our luggage up when we came in and checked into the hotel, but when we were departing the staff helped bring our luggage down to the taxi.

Struttura non moderna; camera piccola e deficitaria di comfort essenziali quali coperte e comodini vicino al letto. Il phon non funzionava bene. In generale, andrebbe modernizzato l’intero arredo perché molti mobili erano trasandati. La colazione era abbondante ma mancava di varietà: quasi nessun alimento dolce, niente frutta, caffè solo solubile, ecc.

Maximal ein Doppelzimmer, keinesfalls Dreibett, man konnte nicht mal mehr den Koffer öffnen so eng war es Man hat das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter arbeiten unter Zwang, sowas von unfreundlich

La proximité Emplacement idéal, en plein centre ville, proche des monuments cultes et des restaurants, bazars à pied. Taxi disponible à proximité et prix raisonnable (parfait pour visiter la ville et les quartiers étroits).

La ubicación. Tienen parking por 6€ al día. Nevera en la habitación y como detalle te dejan unas botellitas de agua que se agradece mucho. El personal es muy amable.

The hotel is located next to the mosque and bazaar - we couldn’t dream of any better location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very tasty and generous.

Everything was alright

Great location, close to Ulu Camii and shops, and only a slight slope to walk up/down. Friendly staff at the hotel - Yusuf and Texser were very helpful, speak good english and Yusuf answered many questions regarding travel around Bursa. Others were great too (Eyup, Osman, Umut and staff at breakfast).

Old part of hotel has no lift, only new part has lifts - worth checking room location beforehand if lifts are required. Breakfast hot foods were mostly cold when we went after 8am, so needs better heating equipment.

Punto forte della struttura è il prezzo, ottimo e con colazione a buffet compresa. L’hotel è all’inizio del centro storico (macchina messa in parcheggio a pagamento), quindi comodo per girare a piedi.

La nostra camera (davvero piccolina) era al secondo piano senza ascensore. La colazione era abbastanza varia ma con prodotti un pò dozzinali. Personale “poco sul pezzo”.

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere I posti più iconici, praticamente di fronte alla grande Moschea Ulu Ca mi e ai Bazar. Colazione molto ricca e varia.

Tutto perfetto, niente di negativo.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Ziemlich im Zentrum und in der Nähe von der Ulucami und Tophane.

Frühstück war nicht der hit. Wir haben darauf verzichtet. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich. Diese müssen unbedingt gewechselt werden. Das Bad war ok aber auch hier müsste etwas modernisiert werden oder wenigstens die wichtigsten Sachen wie Silikonfugen und Klobrille usw.

The location was perfect, and the room was great. The building is old but very charming and cute, which gives the place a lovely atmosphere. Having a parking place was also a big plus and made our stay much more convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only negative was the breakfast. It was generally good, but unfortunately, the hot dishes were served quite cold.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass die Innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Positiv ist auch die Zusammenarbeit mit einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Dieses ist zwar kostenpflichtig, die Parkgebühren sind jedoch fair und absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings eher im klassischen bzw. etwas altmodischen Stil eingerichtet. Uns hat das persönlich nicht gestört, wer moderne Zimmer erwartet, sollte dies jedoch wissen. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass sich unser Zimmer in der zweiten Etage befand und kein Aufzug vorhanden war. Mit Gepäck ist das etwas mühsam, für uns war es aber kein großes Problem. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt. Wir haben uns das Buffet angesehen, aber es war sehr voll und die Auswahl hat unseren Geschmack nicht wirklich getroffen, weshalb wir letztendlich außerhalb gefrühstückt haben. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund seiner hervorragenden Lage, der Sauberkeit und der guten Parkmöglichkeit dennoch eine gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Bursa.

Hotel centrale, di fronte alla moschea, in una strada stretta per cui al volo abbiamo lasciato le valigie (accompagnate da clacson di auto che hanno dovuto aspettare credo 30 secondi), parcheggio convenzionato per la notte a 300 LT vicino all'hotel ( non è quello a 50 m prima dell'ingresso dell'hotel)

SENZA ASCENSORE x cui due rampe di scale a piedi con valige e trolley. Camera famigliare abbastanza ristretta , non siamo riusciti ad aprire la finestra e si moriva dal caldo perché ci batteva il sole. L'aria condizionata ci ha messo un po' per arrivare a temperatura ma muri e finestre erano bollenti. Colazione alla turca, poco o nulla di dolce

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ulu Cami entfernt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants waren schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Das Zimmer war für fünf Personen viel zu klein. Besonders störend war der starke Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, wodurch wir kaum schlafen konnten. Auch die sehr weichen Matratzen und das wenig frische Frühstück haben uns enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns leider nicht gestimmt.

Un Bel hôtel au centre de Borsa à proximité de tout: ulu mosquée à deux pas, restaurant, marché, boutiques et monuments. Les gens de Borsa sont très gentils et accueillants. Notre chambre.dhotel était confortable et propre et le personnel était gentil.

Petite chambre pour nous 5 et le petit déjeuner n'était pas si bon.

Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen. Verder zijn we heel goed geholpen door Eyüp, Osman, Kevser en Yusuf. We hoefden maar iets te vragen en het werd geregeld; handdoeken, kapperafspraken, adviezen..

Ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığından çok daha fazlasını aldığımızı düşünüyoruz. Otelin konumu da harika. Ulu Cami, Kapalı Çarşı, türbeler ve birçok tarihi yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bursa'yı gezmek isteyen aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar Bursa'ya gelirsek hiç düşünmeden aynı oteli tercih ederiz. Wir haben für unser Geld deutlich mehr Service und Qualität bekommen, als wir erwartet hatten. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Ulu Camii, die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Gräber (Türben) und der Große Basar sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Familien und alle, die Bursa erkunden möchten, ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder nach Bursa kommen, werden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall erneut buchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse! Adorable! Merci a eux. Pour le prix, dans le cadre d'un court séjour celui ci est correct.

Le manque d'insonorisation de la chambre. Nous entendions le staff faire la mise en place pour le petit déjeuner ( très tot) nous n'avons quasi pas dormi le premier soir. Pas de fenêtre côté rue donc absence de lumière naturelle.

Het ontbijt is supermager. Kamer schoonmaken doen ze enkel als je het benoemt, begreep ik achteraf. Ik heb het nergens teruggelezen. Het gebruik van bepaalde producten is beperkt. Men vult enkel aan als het echt nodig is.

Points d'amélioration sur la propreté de la chambre tel que sous les lits, les fenêtres assez poussiéreuses. Le petit déjeuner quelques fruits en plus c'est bien.

The location was right near the ulu cami and main road. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel also has a lift which is a bonus. I would recommend this hotel.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt im Zentrum von Bursa. Wenn man mit dem Auto reist, kann man in der Nähe für wenig Geld parken.

Leider gab es zu unserem Zimmer kein Aufzug, da wir mit Kleinkind und Kinderwagen unterwegs waren, hätten wir es sehr begrüßt. Das Frühstück hat noch Potential nach oben. Wir hätten uns mindestens frisches Brot gewünscht und nichts vom Vortag. Das schlimmste waren leider die Bettwanzen in unserem Zimmer. Auch wenn die Lage Top ist, kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
