le faltaba un poco de limpieza y en la ducha el agua se salía por todos sitios

kahvaltı klasik peynir domates birkaç tane de salata çeşidi ile vardı. insanlar güley yüzlü. otelde kalan kitle abuk subuk değil gayet nezih insanlar. gürültü yok. sessiz sakin bir otel.

asansörde çok sıra bekliyorsun. kahvaltı saati özellikle çok sıkıntılı. banyoya girişte kocaman bir basamak var 2 kere takıldım düşüyordum neredeyse. yataklar frencped değil iki tekli yatağı birleştiriyorlar bunu da beğenmedim.

Бяхме си поръчали четворна стая, спалня и две единични легла, но след като платихме резервацията ни бе обяснено, че имало проблем със стаята и ни дават две стаи със спалня и единично легло. Аз ако исках две стаи, щях да резервирам две стаи, резервацията ми е направена 5 месеца предварително, можеше да се свържат с мен предварително, за да мога да си резервирам желаната стая от мен в друг хотел!

Hotel je u neposrednoj blizini Ulu dzamije i Koza hana.Sve poznatije atrakcije su na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Iz hotelskog restorana se pruza predivan pogled na grad.

Resepsiyonist and other staff are very kind,nice, helpful and with a good-humoured. Breakfast are nice and the view of the balcony pretty nice. Double bed comfort is good but I can't said the same thing for the single bed.

Building looks pretty old. It looks they restore some part and left it for another time.

It’s the worst place I stayed in all Turkey. Tiny room no bigger than a closet. Poor quality mattress, you sink into it. The mini bar is not working and hot and the manager doesn’t care about that ! This is not even worth the 65 Euros I paid for 2 nights! The breakfast is not good at all ! This hotel is not even worth one star! C’est l’endroit le pire où j’ai séjourné dans toute la Turquie. Une petite chambre pas plus grande qu’un placard. Matelas de mauvaise qualité, on s’y enfonce. Le mini-bar ne fonctionne pas et est chaud et le directeur ne s’en soucie pas ! Cela ne vaut même pas les 65 euros que j’ai payés pour 2 nuits ! Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas du tout bon ! Cet hôtel ne mérite même pas une étoile !

Fijn dat ze een parkeerplaats voor de deur in drukke straat hadden gereserveerd voor ons. Verder was het bed lekker. En wifi werkte. Ontbijt bovenin mooi uitzicht.

Het was wat vervallen. Het licht was wel heel fel wit. Beetje gehorig ook wel. Ontbijt niet naar onze smaak: heel Turks, weinig International (geen sapjes, geen sweets, geen yogurth, ect).

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid maar alleen de mensen die er verbleven waren niet echt vriendelijk ( cultuur verschil ) denk ik. Scheppen eten op voor een week! En vervolgens laten staan. Te weinig zitplaatsen daar er mensen blijven zitten en al klaar zijn met ontbijt. Dat betekend wel dat andere blijven staan met hun ontbijt. Klanten blijf respectvol en sta op voor de ander!!!!

Breakfast is served on the upper floors, offering a magnificent view of the city. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the room includes a kettle, tea, coffee, and water. Parking was also available. I recommend it :)

The bathrooms are small, but the price-to-quality ratio makes up for it.

Ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά μεγάλο πραγματικά δεν βόλευε καθόλου σε χώρους. Δεν μπορούσες να έχεις πρόσβαση στο ψυγείο. Πολύ παλαιό όλο το ξενοδοχείο και οι εγκαταστάσεις του. Σε κάθε περίπτωση πρέπει να ανέβεις σκάλες για να πας στο δωμάτιο σου.

optisch ist das Hotel in einem TOP Zustand das erledigt sich aber leider sobald man in seinem Zimmer eincheckt.

habe zwar ein eko Zimmer gebucht aber das war eine Schande für so ein Hotel, Fenster ging nicht zu, es gab ein Kinderbett wo ich kaum reinpasste eine Zumutung und mit meiner 180cm konnte ich mich gerade mal um die eigene Achse drehen. traurig war auch das im Frühstücks angeboten einige Sachen schon nicht mehr gab obwohl ich Zeitlich gekommen bin also ein Ekonomisches Zimmer würde ich nicht empfehlen es sei den man ist kleinwüchsig .

一切都很好！地理位置相当好，到景区步行就可以，非常方便！早餐也很不错，品种很丰富，而且每天早上都还有水果！ 房间也很干净

房间比较小，尤其是卫生间，但这些都不算什么 最需要改进的是网络，Wi-Fi信号相当的糟糕，我觉得这个通过路由器的设置改造应该是可以克服的

The location is very convenient for Bursa's main attractions and the price is relatively low in a business city.

Given family room though solo traveller so all space taken up with extra bed. Asked for quiet room - given one opening onto noisy street. Had to close window but air-con was so weak that had to sleep in the children's single bed rather than adult double with head at foot end to feel any cooling affect. Breakfast was indifferent and some items didn't look very fresh. Steps to (cramped) lift so no good for mobility-impaired.

l’évier a fuit, il y avait de l’humidité au plafond, quand je suis arrivé le ménage n’avait visiblement pas été fait car il y avait des traces de verres sur la petite table. Les canalisations refoulent ! Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à mon goût, je n’ai mangé que du pain avec du chocolat à tartiner et un œuf cuit dur. La chambre est fort lumineuse au matin (mais ce n’est qu’un détail)

The location was excellent as near to the grand bazaar and mosque Good buffet selection for breakfast and room was clean. We got upgraded to a room with view of Bursa city as well which was nice.

One of the days the housekeeping missed to clean our room and we tried to inform the staff however there was miscommunication and our room did not get cleaned.

Chambre 602 : la salle d'eau est pour un enfant de 8 ans. Elle trop petite,mal pensée et est à refaire en l'agrandissant . Aucune étagère dans la chambre. Les dalles de moquette au sol étaient enlevées. Pourquoi pas plutôt un parquet ou du carrelage au sol ? La robinetterie est à revoir.L'inverseur était cassé.

The floor in the bathroom was slippery. There was no place for parking the car. And the cost for parking at the nearest parking was £10. It's expensive.

Great treatment and attention from the staff, we arrived in the early morning and they gave us a better room than we had booked just to let us check in and rest, and did not make us wait until the afternoon, which was really really kind and we appreciated a lot The hotel is in a really good area, close to restaurants, markets, historical spots, mosques, etc. You can easily walk to most of the points of interest or take public transportation Highly recommended

The hotel was completely different from the photos. There was a strong smell of mold, mold on the mattress, peeling wallpaper, and dirt everywhere. During our 7-day stay as a group of five, the room was not cleaned even once — the cleaning staff randomly chose which rooms to clean. The key card holders were falling apart, and there was a hole in the wall. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful; when we reported the peeling wallpaper, we were told, ‘we don’t have super glue.

Dobre i roznorodne sniadanie w formie bufetu na ostatnim 8 pietrze budynku. Wyjatkowo piekny widok na miasto Bursa ı gory. To w zasadzie jedyny plus dla mnie.

W apartamencie o luksusowym niby standarcie plesn na suficie w lazience ı na obramowaniu podlogi, komoda tam z odrapanym lakierem Poniewaz przyjechalam wczesniej o pare godzin przed zaczeciem doby to kazano mi doplacic 40 euro ( 50 bylo na starcie) za podwyzszony standard, bo tylko taki pokoj mieli przygotowany, pomimo ze napisalam na Booking w zyczeniach specjalnych, ze prosze o wczesne udostepnienie pokoju, bo bede jechac w nocy. Napisalam tez dodatkowo maila o tej tresci, ale mnie niemile zaskoczono.
