Reviewed Jun 29, 2026It was nice, clean and even walking distance to the mall of asia and other restaurants. The host was very accommodating as we were checking in late and also wanted to check out late. She was very helpful and reacted fast to our messages. We had a lovely stay. I would recommend to others too!
Charging was a little difficult with european chargers. As we didn’t have any adapter with us.

The bed is a bit high and uncomfortable (edge lip doesn’t allow for simple on/off for pregnant partner).

On our last day, 10am is the check out time, however 8am the cleaner knocked and they stayed outside the unit waiting for us to leave. The P2,000 bond was returned few days after we check out.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025I loved the place! It’s super cozy and you’ll be greeted by a nice fragrance coming from their humidifier. Complete utensils, toiletries, and even a mini bar.
We just had a sudden issues with the internet. When we stayed, our network is oddly slow. But it was resolved when we reached out to the owner.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024It is a great accommodation near Mall of Asia but most importantly it's very close to NAIA airport. It's very cute, well-appointed, and very clean. Lots of restaurants are just outside and there is a supermarket where you can buy pretty much everything. The room is good for a solo traveler but can accommodate 2.

This is honest review,and i need to mention this,.please dont hate me ,I saw one baby Cucaracha😅 ( our first night in henan regency in boracay,we also encounter one tiny cucaracha in our room😂😂 + molds in walls and ceiling 🤦🏻♀️) and under sink garbage bin not collected. Bathroom shower need more cleaning before receiving new guests. Also please put plates,cups ,spoon fork and others stuff to close container to keep them from cuca😅if ever theres more under..

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024Located near mall of Asia (MOA) this little condo is the perfect stay for those passing through or comfortable with condo living. With 24h staffing of the foyer you have no issues with be comfortable and secure in your stay. Only 15mins Grab/Taxi to the airport it’s a wonderful stay by the most helpful and thoughtful host. Boasting a stocked bar, futon style couch, dining table for four and balcony, this is the perfect stay for small families or those travelling in small groups. The bedroom has a double bed, with a/c and a trundle single that slides out from underneath. The futon converts to a double bed with all the comfort you need conveniently stored under it for if you need it. The kitchenette has a large fridge (stocked and chargeable) with a great little cook top and crockery if needed. Food can be delivered but be sure to try the local restaurants that are conveniently close by, or grab something from the market strip literally a 10min walk or Grab. There is a pool available in the tower but see the staff at the lobby to understand which one to go to as we somehow ended up in the wrong one. Of course our host was wonderful and the most helpful. We will definitely be staying again on our next flight to Manila.
For a stop over it is perfect.

The alleyway outside the unit was a little smelly due to the garbage room that i think not properly maintained as well as since it is a little humid not well ventillated so it made the smell became stronger.

Only $4-6 AUD Grab taxi from and to the airport and 10 just minutes walk to the Mall of Asia. The accomodation itself was cute and comfortable, but best of all was that the host was amazing.
