Très difficile à trouver, pas de panneau indiquant le riad, au fond d’une impasse. On a dû demander de l’aide aux commerçants de la medina. Chambre sans fenêtre, pas de frigo dans la chambre et surtout pas de bouteilles d’eau à disposition.. obligée de porter des packs d’eau à la main jusqu’au riad. La journée le personnel de ménage éteignait la climatisation donc retour dans la chambre il faisait très chaud, surtout sans fenêtre à ouvrir pour faire circuler un peu d’air. Manque de luminosité, les lumières étaient allumés pour voir claire, même en journée Au départ nous avons payé l’équivalent de 10€ pour un tuc tuc pour retrouver la grande route me semble bien cher..

O Riad está localizado na Medina, a alguns metros de um dos souks. Chegamos de madrugada e os carros não vão até à porta do Riad, por ficar na Medina, contudo, o Abdo, funcionário do Riad foi nos buscar na zona que o táxi nos deixaria para não virmos sozinhos de noite ( apesar de ser seguro, apenas confuso para a primeira vez e de madrugada para chegarmos ). Perto de tudo. Pequeno almoço muito completo e bom. A piscina é maior que a da maiorira dos Riads e ainda dá para uns bons banhos. Funcionários excepcionais em simpatia, disponibilidade, limpeza, acolhimento e bem receber. Tenho de destacar o Abdo que foi inexcedível em tudo. Voltaremos e aconselho muito.

O caminho até ao Riad pode parecer confuso e um bocadinho assustador contudo, senti-me sempre segura e voltamos sempre depois do jantar para o mesmo. Mesmo assim, o Abdo esteve sempre disponível para nos tirar dúvidas e esperar que chegassemos ao riad. Volto a dizer, não me senti insegura e em todos os riad na medina, os caminhos são assim. Ou seja, não houve nada que não gostasse.

L’emplacement est parfait, central, pour la visite de Marrakech, et au bout d’une impasse, c’est calme et appréciable quand on revient d’une bonne journée. L.’ambiance y est conviviale, familiale. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !, la gentillesse et le soin des femmes de maison, la bienveillance et le grand coeur d’Abdo ! Sans eux, le Riad Princesse du désert ne serait pas ce qu’il est! Une rencontre que je n’oublierai pas, et j’espère pouvoir venir les revoir, car Marrakech a été pour moi un vrai coup de cœur.

The staffs are amazing and helpful. For us we travelled 13 together and the management arranged the breakfast around our timing. The property is well located, all the major attractions are near by.

La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era per 5 persone pur essendo in 3, quindi era enorme e pulitissima. La posizione ottima, pur essendo in una traversa di una delle strade principali, strada tranquilla e piena di altri Riad. Staff gentilissimo e la signora che gestisce cucina e pulizia è sempre a lavoro e tiene il Riad come una vetrina!!!

L’unica cosa che non ho apprezzato è che ho fissato il Riad perché dalle foto ho visto la piscina nella corte interna, ma Samira Group&Spa è un GRUPPO di Riad, quindi le foto nell’annuncio sono mescolate e quando fissi non sai quale ti toccherà. Il nostro infatti NON aveva la piscina ma una piccola jacuzzi sul tetto.

Need to padlock door as not alternative suitable lock. Advertised as having swimming pool in photos, but only a small jacuzzi on the roof. Very noisy late at night from next door rooms. Did not feel very safe as a solo female traveller. Inappropriate comments from Riad manager. Mattress very firm. Very poor night's sleep. Checked out 2 days early for alternative accommodation.

Très joli Riad, décoration typique et authentique. Personnel gentil et très serviable (petit déjeuner à emporter, réveil très matinal avec Charette pour les valises, réservation taxi, etc)

L’eau du jacuzzi pourrait être changée… insonorisation perfectible (mais intrinsèque à un Riad). Accès pas évident.

Super surprise pour ce Riad très bien tenu par Abdo qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable, serviable et très souriant. La literie était top nous avons bien dormi. Chambre climatisée très propre et fonctionnelle. Enfin avons eu un super petit dej. Je recommande ++++. Najat

Absolutely fantastic team – always incredibly friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. It truly feels like a warm family environment. A special thank you to Abdu for perfectly organising outings and restaurant visits, and for sharing such excellent advice throughout our stay. The location is wonderful as well – just far enough from the busy, crowded streets to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing – every meal was a real highlight! We will definitely be coming back on our next stay in Marrakesh!

El trato de Abdu fue MARAVILLOSO... Es cercano, amable y se desvive para que todo esté bien. Eramos un grupo de 13 amigas, y estuvo pendiente de todo, incluso cuando salimos de noche a cenar fuera de la medina vino a por nosotras para que no andaramos solas. El desayuno es genial.

Super friendly staff! Thx to Abdo and Abdel for the good service and the ladies for the lovely and yummy breakfast and the cleanups! You are an amazing team - always in a good mood and friendly! Well located in the center, but a few blocks away from the busy shopping street - enjoy the quietness on the rooftop with singing birds and treetops around. Maintenanced with love.

Rooms a bit dark (good for sleeping, not good for hanging out). Pictures in the promotion irritating, because the owner is mixing pictures of 4 different Riads. You won't get all what you see.

Superbe séjour dans ce Riad. Abdo nous a a super bien accueillies mon amie et moi. Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres sont très propres, le Riad est nickel. Nous avons également très bien mangé. Le riad est vraiment bien situé dans le centre de la médina mais tout en étant au calme. Une adresse que je recommande fortement.

Un peu plus de lumière dans la chamrbe et la salle de bains serait la bienvenue, ainsi que deux ou trois transats sur le rooftop pour se poser.

Nous avons adoré l'hospitalité du gérant. Une remarquable amabilité, le sens du service, toujours présent et aux petits soins et le sourire. Nous avons été revus avec le thé marocain et les petites pâtisseries. Le riad sentait bon. La chambre était jolie et préparée chaque jour avec soin et elle sentait délicieusement bon. La salle de bains était jolie également. Le riad était superbe et idéalement placé en plein coeur du souk. Un régal le petit déjeuner copieux et beau.tout fait maison. Allez dans ce riad les yeux fermés c'est vraiment le top du top. Merci encore

The location was very convenient. In the middle of Souks and so walking distance to all places. However luggage had to be carried by porters and we were charged additional for the service. The riad was kept Very clean and staff were very friendly

The porter service was charged on the way back. Despite us having a young child, we were given the top floor and so had to walk up and down. While Adbou was very nice and treated ad family, towards the last day he started communicating very formal :) but he helped us a lot

High professional and friendly staff

We were not be advised the the Riad is at least 5 minutes walking in a very narrow and very dirty small street, dark and withouat anyone. So not a pleasure for a family. Was not indicated at all in the description. Finally but even more important we had a very small family room at the entrance floor with just one bathroom for 5 people, very humid and in the morning you feel the cleaning lady washing the floor at the entrance. We have not been advised to be at ground floor, the room should have been cost half of the price..what is very good in this Riad that the staff take care abt you in a very high professional way, really appreciated. Finally I can tell you that if you are ready to walk these 5 minutes very bad you are immediately in the center of the Medina

Les membres du personnel sont au top. Une quallité de service exceptionnelle, toujours là si besoin et avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique. Les chambres sont très bien, propres. L'emplacement est parfait, au calme vers les arbres, en plein milieu de la médina. Spéciale dédicace à Abdo qui gère ce riad avec un grand professionnalisme.

Very small room with minimal facilities

The best part of this Riad is its location (which is in Medina, walking distance from both the road and the souk), breakfast, and the staff, including the manager Abdo, who was kind and accommodating.

First of all, there is nothing to like about the accommodation itself. The room we stayed in was ~$200/night and was very small and damp—the riad, though in Medina, is difficult to find and is in an isolated alley. I would only recommend it if you a) are paying < $50/night or b) wish to stay in Medina at the cost of the comfort of stay. Please avoid this place if these two do not apply to your plan.

Nada, porque cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no había habitación para mí y me tuve que buscar la vida para alojarme por la ciudad. Y eso que el mismo día de llegada nos reconfimaron DOS veces la hora de llegada por email.

Reserva pagada desde Marzo, al llegar al hotel nos dicen que no tenemos habitación, que hay un error en Booking y han venido más habitaciones de las que tenía el alojamiento. Nos proponen volver a pagar para ellos buscarnos donde dormir, argumentando que Booking tampoco le ha pagado. Finalmente hemos tenido que buscar otro alojamiento, después de estar más de tres horas en recepción sin darnos solución. Todavía no hemos recibido los más de 500 euros que pagamos.

The riad was in the perfect location for exploring Marrakesh! Breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop, and Abdo our host was helpful and attentive.

Wow what an amazing place! We loved the traditional Riad style, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the manager Abdo was the nicest person ever - nothing was too much trouble for him to do for us. We particularly loved breakfast on the terrace and moroccan tea whenever we wanted it.

Nothing. Everything was lovely. We had thought there would be a pool - there wasn’t in our riad but there was a lovely hottub, and all the facilities were amazing.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Abdo the manager was superb, nothing was too much trouble, he is a credit to the group. The staff were always smiling which is good to see and they seem to enjoy their work.

The room and toilet/shower was very small, nothing can be done about that and the bed was too hard .

Wonderful riad for a family of 5. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious, location was perfect to explore the souks, but what really shined was the staff. Abdo and the entire staff were extremely attentive and did everything to ensure our vacation was perfect. We already miss the mint tea (and the hammam)

La gentillesse et la serviabilité d’Abdo. Il était vraiment incroyable. Toujours un mot gentil, très arrangeant. Les repas que ce soit le soir ou le petit déjeuner, tout était royal!

Struttura molto bella, personale cortese e attento. La posizione è ottima all'interno della Medina, unico neo un po complicata da trovare all'interno del groviglio di viuzze della Medina, comnque dopo un paio di uscite ti muovi tranquillamente.¹

Staff sempre disponibile e meravigliosamente cordiale. Super colazione, stanze pulite rispettose della tradizione marocchina. Posizione eccellente, tranquilla a pochi minuti dalla Medina. Grazie ad Abdo e a tutti coloro che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Tuvimos una increíble experiencia en el Riad durante nuestra estancia en Marrakech. La atención que recibimos fue excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, Abdo nos hizo sentir como en casa. Su amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos fueron notables; siempre estaba pendiente de nosotras, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, nos brindó explicaciones detalladas sobre la cultura y las costumbres locales, lo que enriqueció aún más nuestra experiencia. Por otro lado, Aznan también merece una mención especial. Su calidez y atención al detalle hicieron que cada momento fuera especial. Ambos hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera memorable y cómoda. En resumen, el Riad no solo ofrece un hermoso alojamiento, sino que también cuenta con un equipo que se preocupa genuinamente por sus huéspedes. The owner and staff was very nice and helpful. The location is just in the center of the city, all POI are in walking distance. The rooftop of the hotel is nice and quite.

De locatie middenin de medina en de gastvrijheid van de gastheer en het personeel

De ruimte in de (bad)kamer, de kou in de badkamer en de plek ervan naast de toegangsdeur en het terras. Maar onze host dacht goed mee en heeft ons de 3e nacht een ruimere kamer op de 1e etage gegeven. Dat was comfortabeler.

Tuvimos una incidencia con el funcionamiento del baño, que intentaron resolver con buena voluntad, pero sin un resultado óptimo, no obstante, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad del cambio de habitación, por lo que se trata de una incidencia, no de una crítica, la atención ha sido muy buena.

Das Zimmer war super, das Frühstück ausgiebig und das Personal wirklich freundlich. Umgebung ruhig und die Dachterrasse einfach nur wunderbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Location is the best in this Riad. You are 100m from the main market area. but far away of the noise. Decoration and architecture was nice.

Rooms were small. Shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom floor got all wet and it smelled bad. The place is nice but not exactly the same as in the pictures. It seems like it used to be all 100% white and not they could have painted it with a slightly darker white. Place is nice, but in the pictures it looks pristine white and it's not the case.

Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux, fat sur place et servi avec un thé à la marocaine excellent. La suite était très spacieuse, propre et superbement décoré. Clim dans la chambre pour quand il fait froid. Ménage très bien fait. Hamza de l’accueil nous a raccompagné la première fois dans le labyrinthe des petites ruelles pour se rendre vers les souks ! Personnel à l’écoute et disponible même après le Check-out (nous avons oublié des choses dans le Riad qu’ils nous ont envoyé à notre nouvel emplacement).

Il y a eu un -overbooking- et nous avons dû rester dans un Riad filière à celui-ci ( Rêves d’orient et spa) qui était cependant du même standard et a su nous satisfaire pleinement.

The property manager, Abdul made the stay much better, helping us with recommendations and facilitating transport, room service etc. The location is good, central, although you have to walk through a dark pathway which is quite creepy. The hospitality of the people is really the best thing about the property.

The noise from the others staying in. The room is dark and small, and the shower pressure is low when others use it in the morning or evening. It is quite worn out although it was not cheap to book..

The owner of the hotel was lovely and very hospitable. The riad was very central. Room was large and clean and bathroom was huge. The breakfast on the roof was amazing, great selection and beautiful setting

The alley way to the hotel is quite long and dark at night so do be aware.

Those pictures must be from years ago! This place is rundown. The towels are thread bear and hard. The beds feel like you're sleeping on a hard cardboard box. Overall, this place definitely needs Rehab! We hated it so much that we left after the first night. We would've left sooner except we needed a place to go and we did not arrive until after dark, so it was too late to find a different accommodation. The rooms were dirty. The tile is stained. Even the old thread bear towels on the floor were stained. They did not supply towels in our room on our arrival. I got chewed out by the guy because I went into the office area and found towels on my own. He told me it is a private place and I should not go in there. I explained I could not find him and we needed towels for the room. Overall, one of the worst experiences we have ever had! I would definitely suggest avoiding this place. The owner needs to repaint and needs to buy new towels and bedding.
