The location is convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to get around, the reception staff were very friendly, and the security guard was incredibly helpful and patient with my luggage

A very good stay, the place us cozy just like it name

We booked last minute at 1am due to our previous hotel canceling on us. They welcomed us straight away and the room was great

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of HCMC. The hotel is easy to find and well signed too. The staff were friendly and very responsive to any questions we had.

Overall the rooms don't match the listing photos very well. Most of the rooms are very dark and don't have windows. Of the rooms that did have windows, they get VERY hot, and the airconditioners turn off once you take out your card. After a day out, we needed to wait about 45mins while the rooms got to a bearable temperature. The floors in some of the rooms were crunchy with little bits of plaster and construction dust.

Price, Cleanliness, Safety, Location puro ten 5 a key!! Staff were awesome place is convenient and has laundry next store and good local food spots happy as would stay again minus the kid and for good measure misses can stay home to haha. All in all cheers from the Kiwis Kia Ora

Little misleading when booking superior triple room photos shown aren't actually the room you get but you can check once you've booked hotel and click view room details and it gives you the photos of the room (lesson learnt) it is tiny 2 adults and a teenager could not i repeat not fit our suitcases 3x carry and one big one without opening them on the bed and playing tetris between front door and bathroom to walk around and also next to no walking room on top of that made it a challenging room it was a bomb shell due to being so confined but not bad for a 2-3 days short stay and price can't match it so on that note I'll be back no teenager and a bigger room haha

A little noise in the morning from next door renovation, but we were fine.

When we arrived, the door is open and as if someone used our bed. Unclean sheets and bathroom. The room smells like dog. The aircon is not cooling well. It is hard to transact with the security. The main entrance is too narrow. No housekeeping also to pull out trash.

there were a lot of ants. some of our food we had to throw away cause ants got into it. it did get less every time after cleaning but they kept coming back. the kitchen supplies are a bit limited. good for a very basic meal, but nothing more

There is a nightclub at the side of the hotel which plays very loud music at night and will limit your sleep. Kept me awake for 3 days in a row with really loud bass music. Although the facility is really good. The lack of sleep ruined it. No matter where in the hotel you were, you could hear the music

Infested with ants!! And a massive cockroach! Had to leave as I was so uncomfortable. Had to argue with the lady at reception to get my money back even though I didn’t even stay the night because of how gross it was!!

Booked as we saw reviews were good and was an affordable price for 2 days, but only noticed bad reviews after we had checked in. Luckily, we didn’t have to spend much time here. The room wasn’t very clean which was really disappointing as it had a lot of potential, floor was really dirty, so was the bathroom and the mat on the floor looked like it hadn’t been washed or changed. Towels and bed sheets were stained as well. Not sure if it just hadn’t been stayed in for a while but everything just seemed a bit off? Photos look a little outdated to be honest, but it’s a shame because it could be a really nice place to stay but just didn’t feel comfortable.

Rooms were very clean. We had last minute changes to the room but we were given advance notice. No issues with communication. We recommend 9spa which is close to the hotel.

Location was walking distance from all the locations we visited. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot water/shower was better then the other hotels we have stayed at.

The water pressure is low

The staff asked to change our room booking from 1 large room to 2 smaller rooms a few days before our stay and we agreed to it. However, we ended up having to pay for 5 people instead of 4 due to their lack of transparency about how many people could stay in one room. They were not willing to provide any assistance or help with our situation despite the fact that the change in rooms was due to their mismanagement and that they had lied to us about how many people we’d be paying for. They also asked us to cancel the booking on this site as they wanted to avoid the booking fees, and when we refused to do so since we were unhappy with their services, they became very verbally aggressive and shouted at us as we left.

The location is near markets and shops, but it isn’t walkable, so we need to take a taxi or Grab. Because it’s so close, it can be difficult to book a taxi or Grab during busy times, as drivers tend to prefer longer trips. The staff were very accommodating, especially the security personnel. Their assistance enhanced our stay.

The property did not meet our expectations regarding the location, surroundings, and cleanliness. It’s suitable for backpackers but not ideal for families seeking a leisurely stay. The room was completely different from the photos. A suggestion would be to provide new and clean slippers. While the hotel isn’t particularly cheap, I suppose we’re paying for the convenience of being close to various shops.

The room is totally worth the price! With the ammenities and strategic location, and the receptionist is amazingly helpful. They also have someone who will help you with your luggage! Totally recommended

Great location, far from the usual tourists but close enough to everything. Banks, great local food at their doorstep, markets, shopping streets are all close by. The staff was great and very accommodating

The entrance stairs are not at all senior and disability friendly. The ramp is too steep and the steps are too high.

Great hotel, great staff and walking distance to everything. Chris and team were very helpful and welcoming. Will come back again and stay longer. Highly recommend this copy hotel.

Staff were really nice and booked both our trips to Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Deta which were both amazing. Location is pretty good and room was pretty good for a budget hotel. We were backpacking so was fine for us.

The location is very close to district 1, very convenient to travel by motorbike. I love how there’s a market and restaurant right next to the hotel so every morning I could just walked out the hotel and get breakfast.

The second night we were staying, right in the middle of the night there was construction going on. It was right next to the hotel. It was so LOUD we couldn’t sleep at all.

Good location , nice view , cheeky little rooftop , very friendly staff and security 24/7. Laundromat next door , shops round the corner and everything quite close by. Beds were comfy and fridge was big . Free toothbrushes and combs too and shower gel and shampoo provided. And free water provided.

Great location, smart tv, spacious room with kettle and hairdryer. Lots of wardrobe space and mini dining and cooking area.

Floor in room was extremely dirty, housekeeping was only done twice out of 5 days!

The rooms were not as advertised. It was dirty and there were loud noises coming from a construction site at 6am. No hot water, hard bed, AC was near the door and it did not cool the room at all. The fan was connected with a fan wire and we were scared to touch it for fear of electrocution. We booked for 4 nights, paid for 4 nights and left after one night. Did not even want to ask for a refund, we wanted to leave the place as a soon as possible.

The staff let us check in early because my partner was feeling unwell!! The room was so much bigger than we expected, was very clean and offered great facilities would definitely stay again! Also had a fan and aircon in the room!

The room was nothing like the images shown. The bathroom had broken toilet seat cover, smell from the wash basin, dampness damage on the ceiling. It's like they photoshopped the room images and put it up online. There was also a constant hammering sound from outside starting at 6am. We booked the room for 3 nights and we left the very next day. They did not offer a refund for the other two nights or even one night. It was not a good experience.
