Everything. Staff, rooftop, clean rooms and bathroooms, quiet location. Coffee, fridge and kitchen facilities for all. Staff cleaning floors etc several times a day shows they care and have high standards. I have paid more to stay at many other places with mold.

The mattress was good, not great. But still absolutely fine and comfortable. It’s a tiny factor, negligible.

Sehr nettes Personal mit dem wir auch eine Tour gebucht haben. Als ich krank wurde, habe ich auch hier Unterstützung bekommen. Unterkunft ist komfortabel und verfügt auch über eine Küche für schnelle Mahlzeiten.

Das gute ist, dass sie sich in ihrem Land gut auskennen und ein System aufgebaut haben mit Fahrern/Unterkünften und hilfreich ist es auch zu wissen wie man dann von A nach B kommt. Sie haben auch generelle viele Tipps was ihr in Bandung machen könnt oder essen.

Es ist ein Guesthouse dh. die Personen denen das Haus gehört wohnen mit drin. Im zweiten Stock sind insgesamt 8 Zimmer. Es war nicht gut besucht. Mit uns waren noch 3 Personen da. Dass Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, ist schlicht und nichts außergewöhnliches. Eine Moschee ist in der Nähe, die man jeden Tag ziemlich laut hört, da über Sprechanlagen gepredigt wird. Die erste Predigt geht um 4 Uhr morgens los. Die Familie die da wohnt ist auch ziemlich laut und man kann nicht wirklich schlafen. Zwei kleine Hunde sind auch da, die gerne bellen. Außerdem sind im Zimmer überall Fenster und es kommt immer Licht rein. Wenn man was ruhiges sucht ist diese Unterkunft nicht das richtige. Diese Unterkunft bietet auch Touren an zB in den Süden für 850000 IRP ca. 45€. Was im Preis inklusive ist wird einem nicht ganz klar, es wird auch nicht ausreichend informiert und eine klare Kommunikation gibt es auch nicht wirklich. Ich würde von der Tour abraten, denn sie fahren einem zum weißen Krater, dann zu einer Erdbeerfarm wo man am Ende selbst die Erdbeeren bezahlen muss (wurde uns nicht gesagt), dann geht man in ein Areal wo man so GoKart fahren kann, über eine Hängebrücke läuft, ein Sessellift fährt und am Ende in den schwefelhaltigen Quellen baden kann. Aktivitäten sind nicht verpflichtend, aber der Preis bleibt der gleiche. Von all dem haben sich nur die Quellen gelohnt. Ich würde versuchen eigenständig in diese Region zu fahren, anstatt die Tour mit ihnen zu machen. Wenn sie euch anbieten für euch essen zu bestellen lasst es lieber. Es wird über eine App bestellt und von ihnen übernommen und dabei wird einem leider nicht ganz klar wie teuer es am Ende wird. Da fehlt einwenig die Transparenz.

- Very clean common spaces - Drinking water and soup available - Walking distance to city center - Grocery shops, restaurants and bakery close by

- No hot water in shower - Bright because of light in front of window to the hallway - Loud not because of cars but other guests doing their dishes in front of my window at 5am, kids screaming, dogs barking and people snoring in other rooms. The walls are thin and some windows can't be closed (above the door eg) - Bed sheets don't get changed after every guest (I guess that's normal in Indonesia?) so I'd use a thin sleeping bag

Personeel zijn erg aardig, mooi dakterras waar je lekker kan zitten. Huiselijk. Het is een leuke en gezellige plek voor backpackers.

Kamers is niet ruim, net genoeg en er is geen lift voor oudere gasten.

Great place, good facilities and a fantastic rooftop to have a relaxing drink. The room is good with aircon working well. The staff are great people, extremely friendly and helpful, I can't speak highly enough of them.

It's not a huge issue but the street is closed off at 10pm, it's not the guest houses fault but be aware of this. I got back around 10.30pm and the staff opened the street gate for with a smile.

Een leuke homestay op een prima plek in Bandung. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij en haar familie ook zeer vriendelijk. Ze hielpen ons met tips over vervoer, restaurants, etc. De kamer en badkamer zijn basic. Wel echt een heel fijn dakterras. We hebben de excursie naar de witte krater ook via de homestay geregeld en die was heel goed.

Super clean. A/C was great. Staff was nice. Well located. Comfy beds.

No hot water. Some stains on the sheets. A lot of light on the room because there is no curtains on some windows.

Excellent séjour au G10 guest house ! Inge et sa famille sont super sympa, très accueillants, et toujours prêts à aider pour l’organisation des excursions, les lessives, les recommandations de restaurants, etc. Je recommande !

Inge is een superlieve host die voor je klaar staat met tips en advies. Ze weet veel van Indonesië en kan er uren over vertellen. De bedden zijn lekker lang. Ook kan je bij hun tours boeken, ze geeft er informatie over en het maakt haar niet uit of je de tour bij hun boekt of bij iemand anders.

Het ligt wat dichterbij een moskee die af en toe te horen is snachts. Ook zijn de kamers niet helemaal donker te krijgen.

Excellent spot for a very afordable price; they will offer tour options but were not so insistant, so it was ok. Then helpfull to find a sccoter or places to visit in town, plus nice view from the rooftop, Fransisca and her family are very friendly and welcoming.

I had the room next to the stairs, so a little bit noisy at night when people in the guest living room or upstairs were having a coffee and chating late at night. But nothing to serious.

Wir hatten 5 Fenster in den Gang welche keine Vorhänge hatten. Also war es konstant sehr hell im Zimmer und leider auch sehr lärmig.. bzw. gar keine Schallisolierung.

De mensen waren zo lief, onthouden je naam en maken graag een praatje met je. Ze bieden ook een leuke tour aan!

Het enige was soms een beetje het geluid van buiten af (honden, katten).

Inge liegt das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen und hat super Vorschläge für Aktivitäten und Essen in Bandung und gibt auch gerne Empfehlungen für andere Städte. Die Tour zum White Crater sollte man aufjedenfall machen. Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch, ob des Preises und wie sehr Inge für die Tour geworben hat, aber die Tour wäre noch mehr wert gewesen. Man bekommt unfassbar schöne Eindrücke von der Landschaft und wird auf Wegen geführt, die nicht von Touristen überlaufen sind. Dom ist ein erstklassiger Tour Guide und macht wunderschöne Fotos zur Erinnerung. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Dom und Inge werden mir fehlen.

The staff is kind and helpful. The location is not too far to Braga and Cibadak. If you use to walk for 2-3 km then it's good to have walk to those area. We bring car and they provide parking lot for us. We have a pleasant stay in here.

I’ve never felt as good as I did in this guesthouse. First of all, the bed is super comfortable and the room is great, but what truly makes this place special is the owner. I’ve never met a woman so sincere and kind-hearted. EVERY single recommendation she gave us — and I mean every single one — was a 10/10. She introduced us to Sundanese culture in the best possible way. I highly recommend coming to Bandung and staying at this guesthouse. You won’t regret it. Thank you for everything. This is honestly the best guesthouse I have stayed at. The people here are really amazing and so incredibly sweet and friendly. They help you with everything you want, from places to eat, steps for your next place to visit to offering you two really great tours. They even wanted to eat with me. I was really sad to leave because it felt like family. I really recommend this place to everyone, great people and a great stay. Thanks for everything Inge, Dom and all the Rey's :)

AMAZING! Everything about it. In a world of Instagram and isolation and phones in faces, it still embodies what traveling has always been about- a sense of community, networking, sharing culture, and the feeling of 'home'. I'm a seasoned ex-backpacker who used to own a hostel back in my heyday, so I do have some experience about what it takes to keep that spark alive. That environment doesn't happen on accident, but is cultivated and maintained, in this case, by the wonderful family that runs it. Inge and her crew are the best part of what makes this place magic. The fact that the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it's in a great centralized location- that's just a bonus. Our trip was organized last minute, and my boyfriend and I stumbled into Bandung without a plan or a clue, and we couldn't have lucked out any more than we did finding this place. Oh, and if you're fortunate enough to stay here, don't miss out on the tour recommendations and activity arrangements from these guys- significantly better value than the ones you'll see advertised on ticket websites, and a way more personalized experience. We were supposed to spend a couple nights here, but we just kept extending more and more days :D Shower is hot, aircon is cool, bed is comfortable and cozy, a common area with coffee/tea and shared fridge/kitchen if you have any leftovers, and good internet (I work online, its important for me). We want to come back to Bandung JUST to spend more time here with these guys ^.^

NOTHING! Everything was great

The Guesthouse is located in a quiet street, 20 min walk from the city. Room is spacious, nice common area. But what makes the place great, is Inge and her family and staff. There all super nice, friendly and funny and of couse of really good advise. I spent two days doing activities with them and I highly recommend it. It's really the perfect place to enjoy Bandung and surroundings.

We had the best time here! The rooms were clean, and there’s a big chill area on the top floor with a rooftop terrace and a kitchen with free coffee and tea. Inge and her husband were the best hosts — she helped us with everything, brought our laundry to the laundromat, and organized the South of Bandung tour for us, which was perfectly planned and just amazing. She also gave us great advice for the rest of our trip through Java. The service was outstanding, and she and her husband are just lovely. I would recommend this homestay to everyone and would come back anytime!

My room was very bright at night as you could not cover most windows. Sleeping mask is a must for light sleepers.

Nice staff, available to help and organize trips (we organized a driver for a day ourselves, as it was cheaper). You can use the kitchen. Nice open terrace on top, which we couldn't use due to rain or sun. The highlight of Bandung for us was a train ride to and from the city - don't miss it.

We booked a "deluxe" triple room, but the third bed was an extra matress on the floor, which didn't leave much space in the room. If you want to walk to town (alun alun, Braga street) it's a bit far, but you can take an inexpensive grab.

The location is in a residential area and access requires two turns in little lanes, leaving even taxis at a loss for finding the property

The owner Inge and her staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I really felt at home during my stay and got detailed recommendations for travel destinations and routes in Java. Also the tours they organise are well planned and executed. My room was comfortable and clean. WiFi is fast and reliable. The common areas are well equipped and especially the rooftop terrace is very nice. The location is quite convenient and quiet. Downtown is 15min walk away and there are many good restaurants close by. Overall this is one of the best guesthouses I've stayed at in the region.

Quite a lot of noise carries into the rooms from the common areas. Also the nearby mosque can be loud at night.

Great hosts, Rifky and Fahmi are so kind, smiling, helpful and have such a good energy. Inge, the owner, is also very kind, welcoming and helpful. She gave me many great suggestions for my trip ! They were all very heartwarming, felt like home... Otherwise, the room was super clean, amazing tour in the south! I hope to come back and I recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and provided a list of places to eat and things to do in the area which was very helpful and appreciated! The room and common spaces were also very clean and well-maintained.

This is a real gem. In a back street a stone’s throw from local places to dine, supermarkets etc.. Only about a mile from central Bandung. Engle the lady owner is so engaged with her guests and is a mine of information. Rooms are great. The roof terrace a real bonus. For me it would be hard to beat in terms of value and welcome.

Friendly hosts! They have helpful suggestions for things to do and where to eat around Bandung. Furthermore, we could borrow umbrellas when it was rainy, which was very kind. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a very nice rooftop terrace.

If this was a diamond ring, I would say the diamond setting was exquisite. This property is perfect for the old village feel with the sites and attractions within walking distance. The staff and management are engaging yet not overbearing. I left my earbuds in the room and with 5 min to spare before I boarded the train, they were returned to me. (this saved my marriage:) ). Thank you and I wish I had found you earlier as I spent 3 days in Bandung. The view crowning facility is the rooftop garden. Thank you

G10 Guest House is a welcoming hotel. From the later than usual check-in to a beautiful rooftop with a 180º view of the city. Staff is always nice and inviting. The room size was fine, but I wish I would have taken the offer for a larger room. The kitchen area is great for limited cooking. The roof top area is huge, half open air and the other half covered, both with many cozy places to sit.

It's hard to find anything to complain about. Business signs are there, just look up higher then you might think.

This Guest House really was a positive experience throughout. The rooms are very clean, the house makes you feel at home immediately and the roof top is an extra :) The owner Inge is a great host and also Ivan gave me great recommendations. I booked a tour also through the guest house and is was so great. Thank you!

G10 Guesthouse is a place, where everybody is welcome. Inge, knows everything and everyone and she and her family want to make sure you have the best time possible in Bandung. The rooftterrace is a nice common area which is always crowded with people.

Eventhough they cant do anything about it, there is a mosque speaker right across the street. They plan on doing some renovations to make the sound less in your face, and they provide earplugs! Don't let this stop you from booking, as i think Inge will provide you the best possible stay in Bandung.

The location of the accomodation is very good. It is clean and comfy and the roof terrace is amazing. The owner Inge is very helpful and organizes trips for you.

Although it was meant well, we were overwhelmed in the end with the organized tours by Inge and her husband. We needed a taxi to our next destination "Batu Karas". Communication was difficult because we just wanted a taxi ride and not a guide, accommodation or entrance tickets. If we had simply used Grab here, the stay would have been a 10 out of 10 for us.

I had the deluxe double room, very comfortable. Airco works good, shower with warm water and good pressure, good bed even for me with my 2m length. Owner is very accommodating as well as her staff. Good stay for 2 nights thank you.

No curtains, not a problem for me because I have eye mask. I understood this is to battle mold, which I like because I am sensitive for this.

I think this depends on the room you book. But we had a room with windows to the hall, where the lights would be on till late at night, without curtains. The bed was below the window, so you would have a spotlight in your face. It felt like midday in the night. The airco did not work and the water was cold. I feel like you can get better accommodations in Bandung for the same price.

Inge the owner is one of the kindest person we have ever met. Her husband drove us to e telcome so we can buy a simcard. She call the airline to ask where my baggage is. (Unfortunatelly the airline still doedn't knoe, where my luggage is). She recommended us really good restaurants. The terrace is beautiful and you have s nice view all over bandung.

Wow! Great rooms, hot shower and good location, nice and quiet. But that doesn’t top the kind and generous nature of Inge and her husband. Super helpful caring and kind family. They even took me on holiday with them ! Inge English is amazing so easy to communicate what you want to do and where to go, she will help with anything you need. Make sure you agreed on the price for the tour. The owner tried to charge us more, as well as the dinner we thought it was offered (we planned to have dinner outside).
