Das Zimmer hat schlechte Gerücht, obwohl wir andere Zimmer bekommen. Die Badetücher sind gelb und gab es nur große Badetuch. Der Badezimmer ist einbischen verschimmelt. Einfache Wort: das Zimmer ist alt

De kamers stinken erg naar rook en er lagen veel haren op bed.

De vriendelijke ontvangsten bij het inchecken. De behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel bij het zwembad. (Kregen ook de tip om naar Braga street te gaan en informatie over andere activiteiten die we zouden kunnen doen in Bandung)

Menu of breakfast is really good👍.On my last night stay I ordered a set of Churrous.It was nice.

Bed is not comfy,give me dizziness because of smelly from the pillow and bed.Bedding need to change a new one it turned to dark then white.Toilet brick wall need to clean and sink was blocked along our stay.The staff knew that when they did the cleaning everyday.The iron board and iron was very old need to change to steam iron.It took time to iron my clothes and still my clothes look crumpy .

Friendly, courteous & helpful staff. The best in my opinion. Me & my wife feel so much at home with all the staff. From the receptions when we first check in to the bell boy, maintenance, kitchen, restaurant & facilities. Always smiling without hesitation. Love them and thank you so much for treating us like kings.

Location wise. It was located quite a distance if we want to stroll around looking for grocery shops and reasonable modern cafe. The traffic outside the hotel is consistently busy and noisy. The interior somehow rather is quite dated & i think need redecorating to render it modern & trendy..

Location and the staff are very nice, attentive and professional

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. Upon check-in, we found that the bed duvet and sheets were dirty and had visible stains. We contacted housekeeping, and they responded promptly and replaced the bedding, which we appreciated. However, we noticed that the replacement duvet also had stains. Additionally, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, which was very disappointing and raised further concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards. While the staff were responsive and courteous, the overall level of cleanliness fell well below our expectations and needs significant improvement.

We loved the staff. They were very friendly, especially the man in charge of the pool. He gave us so many tips of what to see and do and was really helpful. The room was lovely and the pool was such a nice way to view the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Bandung city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. A special shoutout to all FO and HK team (Vina,Dio,Maul,Irfan) what made my stay truly special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel at home throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my experience so enjoyable. I truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. LOVEEEEEE ITTTTT !!!!

Locatie op klein stukje lopen van Braga street is uitstekend. Mooi hotel, hele ruime (Privilege) kamers met heerlijk balkon. Rooftop bar, zwembad en kleine gym zijn top. Ontbijt met alles wat je kan wensen. Personeel is super vriendelijk.

Liften, slechts 2 voor zo’n groot hotel en ook nog behoorlijk langzaam, kan beter. Wij konden geen staircase vinden behalve de nooduitgang.

The rooms r not acoustic where sound from the next door is quite clear.. Even the flushings from their toilets. Also, to ask for the amenities, could have been told while checking.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and the food was delicious. The service was excellent, and we were especially impressed by Satri, who took great care of us. He was very kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el desayuno es de los mejores que he visto en un hotel, y el personal es muy amable, como es costumbre en Indonesia. Desde el primer momento recibí excelente atención, y quiero destacar a la funcionaria del front-desk Nailul, que fue de gran ayuda para resolver un inconveniente que tuve en el check out. Sin duda que voy a repetir mi estadía cuando regrese a Bandung.

Excellent place to stay in Bandung, short walk to Braga for all restaurants etc. Smart hotel, nice rooftop bar and pool, excellent breakfast. Special mention to hotel staff, every single person we had contact with was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Good and safe location. I woke up about 230AM to buy some medicines from the Alfa Mart nearby. Amenities are nearby. The breakfast spread is very good. Recommend the breakfast buffet!

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Bandung City Centre. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of Bandung. The breakfast selection was also very good

Near to attraction area

Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as expected. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the room itself was not very clean upon arrival. In addition, the music from the bar was very loud at night and could be clearly heard from my room on Level 9, making it difficult to rest and sleep. I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

CONVENIENT

Room & amenities: spacious room and bathroom; comfortable bed; air-conditioning was fine. Water dispenser on my room floor was sometimes empty, but overall useful.

Lobby had close to zero air-conditioning. The room was not ready by the check-in time stated - we waited at the lobby for approximately 45 minutes for the room to be ready, but it wasn't ideal due to a lack of plug points and stuffiness/heat in the lobby. Lifts were slow. Traffic was audible even after 11pm (our room was on the 7th floor). Shower drainage was slow, and there was no ledge/rack to put our own toiletries/spectacles in the shower area. Duvet/comforter smelled unpleasant, and the side tables were too far away from the bed.

Alles was uitstekend.

Great location in the center of Bandung. Easy to get around to the touristy places such as Jl. Asia Afrika or Jl. Braga. Rooftop swimming pool was small but was nice enough. I liked that there’s water dispenser in the hallways of the room so I can easily refill my water bottles.

The bed was very hard that I had difficult time sleeping. On the first day our towels smelled like cigarette smokes even though we had a non smoking room so the turndown service could use some work. Rooftop bar ambiance was a bit meh.

Great staff great location.

I liked everything but it could be a touch more quiet. Having said that it a great place to stay with everything more expensive hotels have but they have kept costs below average and kept superior quantity. Staff is truly one of a kind, menu and food was incredible and large menu options. Pool is unbelievable rooftop infinity pool with restaurant and bar beside the pool.

Wonderful service at Mercure City Center. When my child’s item was accidentally left behind, the staff were very helpful and quickly found it, then kindly arranged delivery to my office. We stayed as family in this hotel from 29 Dec 2025 to 1 Jan 2026 to celebrate new year, but we had terrible experience with hotel Mecire Bandung City Centre : 1. Room : We should move room from 823 to 1023 Problem : Room AC is broken and can not sleep and we paid high rate because high season for the room Solution : We moved room by re-arrange our luggages 2. Breakfast : Staff not manage well for Customers due to unconsistency service from staff for charging additional cost Solution : We paid for last breakfast from total 3 nights stay after we did direct hard complain to the Manager in charge PIC restaurant Manager : Mr Yogi Even we stayed not as 1st time at this hotel, but having bad experience at this time made us so dissapointed for what the staff did to my family which we always stay at Accor hotels in Indonesia : Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis & All Seasons. I hope by writing this complaint to Accor Group can have a fast feedback from anyone who in charge and urgently need to do evaluation for the hotel perfomance to remind them for service still be prioritize to focus with the Customers especially to the loyal Accor member like us to keep stay at Accor hotel. I stayed at Mercure City Center for two nights in December 2025. The hotel is situated near Alun Alun Bandung. Being a 4 star hotel and comparing to other Mercure hotels I have visited, Mercure City Center have some fundamentals gap to 4 star hotel standard. Hotel lobby and other public area seems to be very cluttered. Parking space is limited with not enough room for vehicles to manuever in the lobby drop off area. Room size and interior quality is inferior even compared to many 3 star hotels in Bandung I've visited. Hot water is not stable. The worst thing is that most of the staff seems to be clueless about their job. The receptionists, security, concierge. All the confusions on checking in, online food delivery, parking. The positive side of the hotel is room cleanliness, breakfast buffet selection which offers a wide variety of local food, and the rooftop bar and pool view, impressive view both at night and morning. I hope the hotel management can work on some improvement plan.
