The hotel itself is well maintain and all in good condition but the best thing I noticed during my stay was how well they train their staff. I met a lot of staff during my stay (even though it’s only 1 night) but their service stand out in the best way possible. Would love to stay longer but the location is too chaotic to my liking

Paradox Hotel Bangkok offers exceptional value for money in a prime Sukhumvit location, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff was genuinely welcoming, cooperative, and always ready to help. I especially loved the outstanding breakfast buffet and the clean, functional pool area, which provided a perfect escape after a busy day.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was honestly even better than we expected — the photos and reviews online simply don’t do it justice. Our room was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and much nicer in person than it looks in the pictures. We especially loved the size of the room, the bathtub, and the bathroom. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The service was also outstanding. Every member of the staff who assisted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We also really appreciated the complimentary laundry service for two items — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Bangkok. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were genuinely impressed by the quality of the hotel, the room, and the service. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! The property itself was exceptionally good, well-maintained, and definitely worth the stay. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We didn’t face any issues at all and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paradox hotel is the best choice for many reasons. Spacey and comfy rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and superb location. I will definitely check Paradox first when I come back to Bangkok.

Understand that there was ongoing maintenance, which there was a sign at reception notifying guests. But the smell of paint or paint thinner was so strong upon arria and especially when entering the rooms, it was almost overpowering. It really took away from the hotel stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pictures didn’t really show how much upkeep was needed. Examples would be the pool area, roof top bar, etc. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Chemical odor. The coffee not available until 11:00 was unusual, and having to bring your cup from your room to get the coffee was even more unusual

Super Lage: Man ist durch den Hinterausgang ganz schnell an der Mall "Terminal 21" und an der Hochbahn (BTS) und an der U-Bahn (MRT). Das Frühstück ist klasse! Tolle Auswahl. Die Leute die dort arbeiten sehr freundlich. Zimmer war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Rooftop Pool mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Bademantel und Schlappen im Zimmer vorhanden. Handtücher für den Pool gibt es am Pool. Dort würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Pas d’indépendance de couchage du matelas (rebondit lors des mouvements du voisin de lit). Accueil de l’une des réceptionnistes pas agréable. Nous sommes donc allés passer les deux nuits suivantes ailleurs.

Stay here whenever i am in Bkk...great hotel and great location with amazing breakfast. Even with the renovations going on to update the hotel...still one of the best places to stay in Central Bkk.

Hotel was undergoing renovations so there was a smell of paint or glue in the air. The noise during tyhe day wasnt too bad though

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and we really enjoyed the pool and pool bar.

The hotel felt a little under-maintained, with things like low water pressure in the shower and a pool that felt slightly dated.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen en dichtbij een metro. Wij zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen en hadden een ruime kamer met een mooie badkamer. Hotel beschikt over een mooi dakterras waar je iets kan eten en drinken, op het dakterras was een mooi zwembad met vele ligzetels. Het ontbijt was heel goed, je had een enorme keuze aan producten en vele koffiemachines aanwezig , je moest niet aanschuiven voor de koffie :) . Onze kinderen vonden het ontbijt ook heel goed. Vele winkels, shoppingmalls, terrasjes in de buurt.

Tijdens ons verblijf werd de ontbijtzaal verbouwd. Maar dit hebben ze heel goed opgelost door de meetingrooms te gebruiken. We hebben van de verbouwing geen last gehad.

Location is excellent. It is on the main city centre. A lot of restaurants. Convenient. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of varieties. Gave us new slippers and toothbrush everyday.

Renovation- they were renovating and our room smelled like paint and thinner (pain remover) every night. They were going to change the room but the new room smelled like paint worse than the room we were in. Bathroom is not that clean but doable. Carpet is brown seems dirty. One cup was dirty. Seems like the cleaner thought it was clean but gave us a dirty cup :( I was charged with an extra fee which I didn’t know about. They are still investigating what the charge is for.

Hotel top a due passi dalle fermate di metro e BTS comodissime per girare la città. Ambiente elegante e raffinato, personale super gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente, camera moderna, spaziosa e con ogni comfort. Colazione fantastica sopra le aspettative. Piscina meravigliosa all'ultimo piano. Vicino si trova anche un mercato carino aperto fino a mezzanotte con street food e souvenir. Super consigliato, grazie per l'ospitalità.

Excellent hôtel à Bangkok ! Proche du BTS et du MRT (5 minutes à pied). Il y a plusieurs restaurants alentour et aussi un marché de nuit (le SW1 Market). La chambre était très propre, la piscine au top sur le toit. Le petit déjeuner buffet était incroyable, avec un large choix de sucré et de salé. Le personnel très serviable et aimable.

The staff goes out of their way to greet you, remember you, and be courteous. English language proficiency ia excellent as well.. the rooftop bar and pool was never overcrowded and staff was very attentive. I upgraded to a suite which had a massive tub

An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Top Hotel in 1A Lage, 5 min zu einem Nachtmarkt mit günstigem Essen, nah an der BTS Asok Station, trotzdem ruhig in den Zimmern. Die Tür zum Balkon konnte man nicht öffnen, aber hat uns nicht gestört da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Große geräumige Zimmer. Super freundliches Personal. Top Pool den man bis 22.30 uhr nutzen konnte. Für Kinder die kein Thai essen mögen, gibt es eine tolle Auswahl an westlichen Gerichten. Große Auswahl internationaler Gerichte beim Frühstück. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Nähe des Skytrains. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders zu Empfehlen ist das Frühstücksbuffet, hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants zu erreichen.

החדרים במלון גדולים, קרוב לקניון טרמינל 21, צוות שירותי ואדיב. יש מתחת למלון מסעדה איטלקית מעולה, וגם האוכל בקומת הבריכה היה טוב. הבריכה קטנה מאוד. כשהיינו היו שיפוצים שנאמר לנו שיתחילו ב 10 ויסתיימו ב 17:00, אבל הם התחילו לפני 10 והסתיימו אחרי 17:00 אז זה די הפריע והרעיש. פיצו אותנו בעזיבה מאוחרת של החדר ללא תוספת תשלום

朝ご飯の種類が豊富にあり、且つ数日間滞在しても飽きないように少しずつ内容も変えており毎朝の食事が楽しみでした。小学生のこどもは問題なく色々食べていました。赤ちゃんだった息子もお粥(中華系と思われるトッピングも豊富)があったのて食べさせました。それ以外にも卵もその場で様々な種類の調理法で作ってくれたり、麺類も数種類用意してあり、1歳8ヶ月の息子はそれらもよく食べました。プラスチックのお皿、カップ、ボール、スプーン、フォークなども出してくれます。ベビーチェアも用意がありました。サラダコーナー、フルーツ、パン類、チーズ、コーンフレーク系、温かいポット系の食べ物などどれも美味しくいただきました。コーヒーも種類豊富なマシンがありました。 スタッフもほとんど親切に対応してくれました。 予約後すぐに赤ちゃん用のベッドを依頼して、すぐに用意する旨のお返事がありました。 ホテルから近くの駅や大通りまでホテルのトゥクトゥクに乗せてくれるので助かります。フロントスタッフも聞けば、色々教えてくれます。 主要な駅からも割と近いので、便利です。また大きなフードコートの入っているショッピングモールも歩いて5,10分のところにあります。2回ほど行きました。 バスルームにはシャワーとは別に浴槽もあったので、時間のある時はお風呂にも入れてよかったです。日本の浴室とは異なりますが、家族が順番にシャワー単体のスペースで体を洗ってから浴槽に浸かりました。浴槽には収納式の物干し紐が設置されています。短い丈のものなら洗って干せます。 洗面所にあったガラスのコップを落として割ってしまったのですが、電話口ではまず怪我がなかったかとの心配をしてくださいました。幸い怪我はなかったのですが、割れたコップはすぐに係の人が対応してくれて助かりました。 ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーは備え付けがありました。私のみ自分の持参したシャンプーとコンディショナーを使いました。洗面所には液体ハンドソープと保湿クリームが置いてありました。 毎日飲料水の瓶を人数分置いてくれるので、助かりました。紅茶のティーバッグもありました。 プールがあるとのことで水着を持参していましたが、観光ばかりだったのと、晴れて暑い！という日もあまりなく、結局入りませんでした。 時期的なものかと思いますが、夜によく雨になったことがありました。折り畳み傘など何かしら雨具があると安心かと思います。ホテルにも普通の傘が何処かに置いてあったような気がしますが定かではありません。 ホテルはそこまで大きくはありませんが、部屋は目立った汚れはなく、エアコンもよく効いて快適に過ごせました。ベビーベッドとは別に小さな赤ちゃん用スペースのカラフルテントも置いてくれていて、後半慣れてきた息子はそこで遊びました。窓のカーテンはレースと遮光の入ったものもあり、家族みんなぐっすり眠れました。

よくないというわけではありませんが、1年に一度という電気関係の点検日が1日あり、日中室内の電気やエアコンがつかないということがありました。出発の1週間前ほどにメールで連絡が来ました。多分観光で出かけていると思ったので、特にホテルの予約を変更するなどはしていません。 ドライヤーが少し古くて音がうるさくて大きい割には乾くのに時間がかかりました。これはアップデートしてもらえたら嬉しいと思ったことです。
