We had a really good time staying at Aira Hotel. The location is very nice and close to BTS station hence it was really convenient for us to visit good sightseeing places in Bangkok. The staff here is really nice and friendly. We booked the Jacuzzi room and it was really worth it. Loved every moment of our stay here in Aira. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in Sukhumvit area.

It was a great location, if you want bars and restaurants close by, that’s what I wanted. We stayed on the 19th floor so didn’t hear any street noise. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice

This hotel was great, I'd stay again. The staff are really lovely and the location is good. The hotel is well presented.

I was dressed quite smart (Long dress) and couldn't get into the sky bar. I was pissed off, considering the person that thought I didn't look the part had tattoos everywhere, including up his neck. The girl I saw him in the lift with earlier was also adorned with ink and had her midrift showing, but apparently that meets the dress code. I did poke my head in earlier when it first opened and it did not look very welcoming anyway. Shame, the view is quite good.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here over the years. The staff are lovely and super attentive. Speacial shout out to Miko in the lounge she was an amazing hostess and was always up or a chat. Extremely well priced and great location right next to nana station

we had a Jacuzzi Corner with Club Lounge Access. The room was amazing, and the club lounge inclusions made it great value for money. We loved the location of the hotel with subway and skyrail stations nearby as well as major shopping centres, bars and restaurants. The roof top bar was a highlight for us too!

Breakfast Service Breakfast needs improvement. It ends at 10:30 AM, but refilling stops around 10:00. English breakfast tea is often unavailable. The staff’s attitude also makes you feel unwelcome, as if they’re unwilling to assist. Overall, the service needs serious improvement.

Lack of choice of drinks to the club lounge, poor access and being stole from in the roof bar.

Good location and nice bathroom, though getting a taxi is difficult at times.

Upon arrival, I was received by a receptionist named Nene, whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Right away, she aggressively warned me that if I lost any key card, 100 would be deducted from my deposit. When I simply asked for an extra card holder, she repeated the same threat in a very provocative and rude manner. Her hostility was completely unwarranted and made check-in deeply uncomfortable. In contrast, the other front desk employee was polite and respectful. As for the property itself, it was quite average, not very clean, and lacked comfort. It certainly does not reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel.

SUPPORT STAFFS WERE FRIENDLY, THEY PROVIDE A GOOD BREAKFAST AND HAVE GOOD PARKING FACILITY

Old Building, Establishment Uses too much air freshener everywhere probably to hide bad moldy smell lurking behind wallpapers and boards. I stayed in Family 2 Bedroom Suite, which has two small bedrooms, and living area with a kitchen. Issues which distusrbed me- 1. Found small cockroaches in the kitchen area almost everyday 2. found similar cockroaches/ bedbugs in my bed twice which led to allergy trigger and was particularly concerning for my 4 year old kid; thus had sleep with lights on for 2 nights. 3. In the shower you hand shower mode changing button was broken, and no matter how much you try you cannot find right balance of water temperature. 4. Conditioner bottle mouth was blocked because probably it was old also bathroom floor are really slippery. 5. Chairs provided was very lightweight may easy break 6. My room had no windows for the price i payed this is the firat time happened to me 7. other bedroom it had a window but positioned behind the; If you moved the curtain you will find dirty glasses with almost no view. 8. Stayed there for 4 nights, everyday needed to collect a receipt from parking and stamp that in the reception. They should upgrade/change the system a bit, may be they can install key card scanners in the parking too if possible. 9. No child Facility 10. went to the pool but didn't swim, as there were dirts floating, realized probably that is why they selected dark coloured tiles for the pool Unfortunately was so disappointed that i took less pictures

Close to BTS. Soi 11 is a pulsing street with bars and nightclubs. Pastell rooftop bar is a must try. Walking distance to all you need, 7/11, Terminal 21, bars, food etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool.

Elevators are small, gets busy when its a populare hotel.

Freundliches Personal saubere Zimmer

Das Frühstück ist leider sehr mager ausgelegt

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Sukhumvit, close to restaurants, shops, nightlife and public transport. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our five-night stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooftop bar, pool and hotel facilities were also very nice. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the location made it easy for us to explore Bangkok.

There was nothing major that we disliked during our stay. The surrounding area can be quite busy, especially in the evening, but this is understandable considering the hotel’s central location in Sukhumvit. Overall, it did not negatively affect our experience.

The executive chef who ran the breakfast was very nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, my original room had an adjoining door, which meant I was abruptly woken at around 2am by a very loud guest in the neighbouring room. To the hotel’s credit, they arranged a replacement room. However, the new room, and much of the floor it was on, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. While I appreciated being moved, I was disappointed by the staff’s matter of fact approach to this matter given I was already significantly sleep-deprived. The lifts are very small and very slow.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für eine Städtereise in Bangkok sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Besonders positiv waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie die Herren am Eingang bzw. beim Gästeservice. Sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Das Zimmer war eher klein, insbesondere der Kleiderschrank und das Badezimmer. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt, jedoch wurde der Boden nicht regelmässig sauber gemacht. Wir mussten mehrmals darum bitten, dass auch der Boden gereinigt wird. Das fanden wir schade.

הטמפ' במקלחת השתנתה מקר לחם בצורה לא ברורה אבל זה ממש מינורי. בנוסף, חברת משפחה שהתארחה בחדר בצד של הבר לילה, התלוננה על הרעשים שעולים מהבר עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה.

Reception

I booked a deluxe double room, upon arrival i was told I was being upgraded to a one bedroom suite. No one offered to help me with my bags. When I arrived at the room the smell of mould was over powering. I pulled the rug back and it was covered in black mould, the A/C, the door frames and even the walls were covered in mould. I spoke to reception who asked me to show them and then begun finding me a new room without speaking to me. I then moved my bags to the new room to find it was a twin room. I went back to reception again and was eventually told after asking a number of times that the room I had booked was not actually available! I was then given another room, the whole time moving my bags up and down to reception. This room also smelled like mould but was not as bad as the first, however it was unclean with hair in the bed and mould on the walls. I paid £80 for this hotel for one night and it took 3 rooms before I gave up and went to bed as it was so late. I checked out in the morning and went elsewhere. The hotel has a serious damp problem and seems unorganised and unclean.

The location is great , staff is friendly, breakfast is great , our group of 25 had a good time. The rooftop is not a part of the hotel but we had a great time there as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back in 2028. Thanks!
