Molt cèntric. Ampli i ben equipat. Tenir una mínims per Fer cafè, tè… Oli, sal, i sabons a la dutxa.

Hi havia una aigüera del bany que no funcionava bé. I una de les lliteres i roba de llit no estaba molt neta.

Très bon emplacement, studio spacieux et très bien équipé , on a eu tous ce qu’il fallait, malheureusement c’était un court séjour, juste une nuit mais j’y reviendrai avec plaisir

La chambre avec les deux lits superposés était trop petite et pas de prise pour charger les téléphones, ni un bouton près du lit pour allumer la lumière

Do apartamento e sua localizacao

A TV parou de funcionar e ficamos 2 dias sem acompanhar as noticias. Isso prejudicou um pouco, visto que esta com dois idosos que precisavam descansar um.pouco e ver noticias.

Está muy céntrico y a un paso de la grand place. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo

La habitación de las literas es demasiado pequeña para las literas y la cama individual

Lo mejor, la ubicación y cerca de la Grand Place. El apartamento era grande y estaba muy limpio. Esta vez no tuvimos vecinos molestos, como suele ser algo bastante frecuente últimamente.

Con el calor que ha hecho en Bruselas esa semana, los dos ventiladores no eran suficiente. El equipo de A/A del salón no enfriaba bien y por su tipo de instalación, obligaba a tener la ventana del salón permamentemente abierta, con el consiguiente ruido. La relación calidad/precio algo elevada: 352€/noche para 4 personas.

Lift doesn’t work during a day and have to walk till 6th floor

Great location right in the center of Brussels! Grocery store next door.

No AC in the unit. There was a portable AC, but it was not connected or even designed to work with the window type. There were two fans available, but they were extremely dirty. The bunk beds were not in a room, but more like a walking closet with absolutely no air circulation. Bed sheets and pillows were 100% polyester and very uncomfortable (hot) to sleep. We basically had to keep all windows open, and all doors between rooms shut to prevent draft, while running a fan in the area with two bunk beds.

The location was perfect near Grand Place. Has elevator, both amenties.

One of the rooms was too small ( the smallest one) and have three uncomfortable bed in it. And the room has no window but a conection with another room. The house is good for 6 max. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Clean and comfortable apartment. The location is right in the center of it all, without any noise.

The location of this property is fantastic—very convenient and just a short walk from the central station. The space is large enough to comfortably accommodate six people, and the bedrooms, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are all clean and well-maintained.

If you're traveling as a family with energetic kids, be mindful of the noise levels when they’re playing. The walls are quite thin, and sound can carry easily, which may lead to complaints.

Spacious. All facilities available. Excellent location. All activities on walking distances. Parking garage is only 5 mins away from the building.

The apartment was perfect with everything we needed for our family. It was so close to everything including Grand Place, central station and lovely restaurants. Dragos the property manager was super helpful with any questions we had and anything we needed as well as being very responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

Very well maintained and kept. Very specious

Although great location, it was very difficult arriving to on the weekend by car, which we were very not aware of. Every street was blocked and when we eventually arrived in the place to unload or luggage before going to a parking lot, had encounter with a neighbour and with a policeman that might have written us a ticket, for being with the car there. So not too ideal.
