Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix, nous sommes vraiment déçus par la prétention des tarifs exorbitants eu égard à la qualité du service : le lieu est bruyant (situé en contrebas d’une route à circulation jour et nuit, déclenchement régulier d’une pompe ou je ne sais quoi très pénible), une seule salle de bain (minimale) pas de toilettes séparés, pas de lave linge, courant électrique et débit de la douche capricieux, plaques de cuisson défectueuses, machine à café inutilisable. Le jacuzzi quant à lui n’est même pas inclut dans le prix, il faut payer un supplément !!

There's a camera faced at the property which feels like the stay is not fully private. I understand that security is required and that a camera might not be on at all times, but I cannot make that judgement when I see a camera faced at the patio where I walk in swimwear.

Абсолютно всё непонравилось никому не рекомендую этл место, было грязно, был запах неприятный, на окнах плесень, не работала плита, не работал кофейный аппарат, на вопросы не отвечали, везде какието психоделические картины, головы будды и шаманские маски, в стенках шурупы торчали.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Das Haus selber ist sehr schön, und die Terrasse erlaubt einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Fjord. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und auch Netflix etc. ist frei verfügbar. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden, sogar das Waschmittel und Weichspüler standen zur Verfügung.
Das Bad war nicht richtig beheizbar (Leistung der Heizung zu gering) und das Warmwasser tröpfelte gefühlt nur aus der Leitung. Um zum Haus zu gelangen musste man einen ca. 50m langen unbefestigten Weg den Berg runter laufen, wer schweres Gepäck hat und/ oder nicht 10x hoch und runter laufen mag, für den ist dies eher nichts. Der Parkplatz ist oben direkt an der doch recht stark befahrenen Straße und man hört den Verkehr recht stark. Wer Nachts und in den Morgenstunden Ruhe benötigt, bekommt diese nicht, tagsüber nimmt man den Straßenverkehr nicht so wahr. Für mich war das vollkommen OK, ich bin da nicht so sensibel.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026De service van Artur, geweldig. Erg mooi huis. Staat 24/7 voor je klaar. De view is geweldig over het Fjord en met n huur ayto ben je zo in Trondheim. Erg leuk huisje en eigenlijk miste we niet veel.
Enige wst ikbkan bedenkeb is dat er geen wc op 2e verdieping is en de wenteltrap geluud maakt. Masr t stelt nuets voor. Irts te weinig hout om te stoken,haha.. Denk dat we het te gezellig hadden.

Kunne vært mer fleksibel i forhold til tidspunkt for utsjekking. Syns det er for tidlig å måtte sjekke ut klokka 12 på søndag, helgen blir litt amputert. Vi spurte om å få være litt lenger (til kl 14 eller 15) men eneste alternativ var å endre til utsjekk kl 18 og betale 1500 kr ekstra.

Da ich alleine war, hatte ich Angst, dass jemand Fremdes das Grundstück betreten könnte. Ich wurde direkt ernst genommen und fühlte mich gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten das Apartment gebucht, das ausgewiesene Schlafzimmer war nicht vorhanden. Es gab eine ausziehbare Couch im Küchen/Wohnbereich. Der als Schlafzimmer ausgewiesen Raum befand sich auf einem nur 70 cm hohen Dachboden. Lag man auf der dort befindlichen Matratze hatte man exakt 48 cm bis zur Decke. Selbst kniend kam man nicht vorwärts bei knapp 1,70 Größe. Auf den Dachboden führte eine steile Leiter. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war äußerst unerfreulich. Immer wieder wurden uns die Vorteile der Couch erläutert, die auch nicht breit war. Das Apartment ist billig ausgestattet für den hohen Preis von plus 220 Euro pro Nacht. Die Terrasse lag voller Blätter und Nadeln. Die aufgeführten Ausstattungsmerkmale sind auf das große Haus ausgelegt und stimmen daher nicht für das Apartment.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Amazing location! The house and the outdoor facilities are great, with a great view to the fjord. It is peaceful and you can even hear the waves while relaxing on the sofa outside. The inside space is renovated and has everything you need for a comfort stay. The only challenge is the bed which is upstairs in a short-ceiling space, you have to be a little flexible to get on the bed but it worths the challenge. We had booked the bungalow and everything was as presented in the pictures. We even had a big chocolate waiting for us, coffee and different tea flavors, shampoo, shower gel and body and had creams. The hosts are very kind and helpful with everything.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025The views and location were amazing, and the space in front of the cabin to enjoy the weather and the views was extraordinary! Perfect for a calm and relaxed time close to a big city. Having access to a Jacuzzi was also a good bonus.
Access to the bed at the top level is not easy. With our dog, we have chosen to use the coach instead so he would feel more comfortable not being so far from us. Sleeping in the coach for 4 nights was not the best experience.

Although a jacuzzi is advertised, the fee to use it was not known until we booked. The fee to use the jacuzzi was as much as to rent the place for one night! That was very disappointing to us. I have been a host for two short term rentals, for 10 years, and our jacuzzi is included in the total fee. The property would benefit by thinning the trees to increase the view. The photos give the impression that the place is on the beach level, but it is not. It is a steep path to get down to the water. But overall a good stay. Thankyou.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday stay at this charming sea side home built in 1939. The house is quaint and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was convenient (8 minute drive) for exploring Trondheim’s city center/Christmas market and nearby hikes. The host was communicative and kind. We also enjoyed the fire place, jacuzzi & easy to use streaming services. They provided plenty of wood, blankets, towels, toilet paper/paper towels/napkins, coffee/tea/hot cocoa, sugar, olive oil salt & pepper. If you're looking for a homey place to unwind, this is a great choice.
Nothing significant. I would caution anyone with mobility issues given the steep walk to the property and winding staircase within. We were a family of 3 (2 adults/teenager) so having a single bathroom was not an issue. The bedroom at the top of the stairs (accommodates 2) does not have a door and so probably best for children given no privacy however the 2 additional bedrooms did have a door and face the sea allowing us to hear the waves which lulled us to sleep AND IF the Northern Lights were out I suspect would allow you to view from the room.

I booked this place because of the remote location to avoid light pollution and because of the northern orientation. Also I liked the photos of the house very much. In real life the place is nicer than the photos, the hosts are very friendly, responsive and attentive. And the place is generously stocked. For example, at arrival the house was at a comfortable temperature mid winter and there are plenty of towels and toilet paper. Overall this gives a luxurious worry-free feeling. The house sits next to the sea and waves make a very calm splashy sound which is super relaxing. The view is amazing. It's ease to reach by car. For the northern light hunters: there's more light sprinkled around the coast then I expected but exactly north facing there are non. There was an index of 3 and the sky was covered with clouds. Still we managed to see some dancing green waves on the far horizon. At some point the clouds went. Revealing a lot of stars.

But by the time you arrived the hotel you have to go down a very sipping muddy road down the hill with heavy luggage you'll find it very difficult to handle.The bed space in between the height around one meter someing high you can not even sit up right.you have the feeling that the ceiling fall down on you others wise thing are Ok.
