Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et arrangeant, et l’hôtel était très bien sur tous les points. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon.

Very central location for bars, restaurants and buses to Cambodia. down a back lane so quieter. Room clean and good aircon.

The breakfast was good, we could leave our baggage in the hotel after check out, room was clean, overall for the price it was great!

On the night of 8.February, the female receptionist on duty treated guests with extreme impatience and unfriendliness. She was impatient and didn’t seem to care about providing good customer service, especially towards guests who are not good at English. When checking in, I first said that I had reserved a bed, but I didn’t immediately say “check in.” She then spoke a long paragraph of English very fast. Because my English listening ability is not good, I didn’t understand and said “Sorry?”. She then spoke another long paragraph again. Later she said: “So you want to check in?” My God. I arrived here at 11:00 PM with a backpack. If I wasn’t checking in, what else could I possibly be here for? Did I travel a long distance just to come to your hostel to cancel my booking in person? If I wanted to cancel, I would have done it online through the platform, not come all the way to your hostel to cancel face to face. I booked a 6-bed dormitory. She assigned me a top bunk. When I checked in at around 11:00 PM, apart from me, no one else had checked into the room. I wanted to change to a lower bunk, because it is more convenient. So I went to the front desk and politely asked if I could change to a lower bunk. I said politely: “Could I change to a lower bunk?” That female receptionist became extremely impatient. She spoke a lot of English again, but she did not use the words “bed” or “bunk”, so I still could not understand. I then directly pointed at the room card and asked again whether I could change to a lower bunk. She responded in a very unfriendly and extremely impatient tone: “You can chang another seat already!” My God. Even though my English is not good, I clearly understand what it means and what kind of tone it has when “already” is used at the end of a sentence in this context. A front desk staff member treating a guest in such an unfriendly and impatient way shows a complete lack of professional ethics. It made me feel deeply humiliated and discriminated...

Good breakfast! Quite nice rooms not so loud from the outside! Elevator. Fridge! Central area! Nice bathroom! Took my passport because a arrived late and had not taken any money out yet! No shoes policy. Good social area down by the breakfast etc.

Dificult to find, in an alleyway by some marketplace! Hard for grab bike too! Wierd room doors. Hard beds!

Excellent emplacement, chambres propres et la salle de bain attenante correspond à celle d'une chambre d'hôtel, ce qui la rend parfaite pour les occupants de la chambre. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif et serviable: l'AC be fonctionnant plus en soirée, nous avons été déplacé dans une autre chambre sans d'autre procédure. Le petit déjeuner est également très correct. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable

Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spots, making it very easy to explore the area. The staff are genuinely kind and extremely accommodating.Great service and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back!

It had a good position and the place was clean and staff gentle

I paired for a 6 bed bedroom and in the room there was a seventh bed, so we were seven and no one advised us of the extra bed or extra people. Breakfast was ok but half of the days there was not a lot left at 9 am, and things were not properly replaced. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, I had some back pain for that.

The hotel and our room were very clean. The room was comfortable with all basic amenities. The breakfast was simple but tasty (mostly eggs, sausages, toast, fruits, noodles, sadwich and to drink orange juice, coffee and tea). A kind lady (probably the owner) offered us a delicious Bánh tét. Thank you for the hospitality!

I would like to have a hand towel, not only a body towel. The mattress could be a bit more soft but for those who like harder mattresses it was fine.

My room had glass windows out to the main hallway and the light was so incredibly bright that it made it very hard to sleep.

The private room was very comfortable and clean. It was small for a three person room so keep in mind when booking that there isn’t much space for luggage.

There was noise from the floor above me throughout the night but perhaps that’s an issue with a guest rather than the hostel.

Che non potevi entrare con le tue scarpe e ti facevano mettere le loro ciabattine. Che la camera era piccola per 3 persone, infatti si erano dimenticati gli asciugamani per una persona e che non si poteva pagare con la carta di credito.

Great hotel! Clean and comfortable double bed room. Really good location for walking Street and other local attractions. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent too!

Shower was unfortunately not very warm and we didn’t receive Wi-Fi in our bedroom, but apart from that, it was great!

Parfait , super surprise de la chambre puisque c’est une genre d’auberge. Les lits étaient confortables, les douches fonctionnels, le personnel agréable. Super bon déjeuner malgré le peu de choix. Bon emplacement !

We got a private room. Very good location, staff was very nice. Quiet, Breakfast was good. Good value just be cognizant of what the price you pay and expectations. Room was basic and we just needed a clean place to sleep. At this rate it was good value compared to others in the area.

There is no hot water in the shower, water is lukewarm not an issue for some people just takes a minute to get used to.

Номер был как на фото, окна были во двор, поэтому было тихо. Всё было очень чисто, удобная кровать, достаточно большая для двоих, чистое белье и приятные полотенца, чайник, чай и вода, все работало. Хороший завтрак. Приятный персонал.

Очень громко звонил лифт когда открывались двери, в ночи это будило.

Smoking in property, not advertised as it should be. Room I booked was different to the one I got. I specifically look for hotels without a shower over the toilet and the picture of room showed separate shower toilet but on arrival bathroom was tiny and all in one. Kids coming in adopt at all hours, doors banging and noisy.

It is advertised as a hotel when it’s actually a backpackers hostel with some private rooms.

Great location in District 1 close to the bus terminal and markets. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

The beds are hard but this seems to be the norm in Vietnam

Beds and pillows were stiff. TV had static on the channels. No view.

That the room was clean and bed was comfortable, was quiet as its inside an alley. The breakfast is sufficient for us, but maybe a little change in the menu is a great bonus when customers stay for more than 4 days in a row, and not having to eat the same thing every morning 😃

Most of the guests have to remove their shoes before entering their premises and as we came in the rain, we were not told about this particular requirement. But the staff were quite kind and nice about it and didn’t kick up a fuss when we wear our shoes inside.

Stayed here with my family of three and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, and the owners were warm and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, made even more special by the owners’ little children playing the piano in the mornings—a charming touch that made the stay memorable.

Everything was good. There were construction noises but that’s something we cannot control as it’s south east Asia and it’s always developing!

My stay with the hotel had been good!

The breakfast although of big plus because it is very cheap but lack of variation. With my 4 mornings of the same choice of breakfast is boring, BUT AS I SAID, IT IS OF MINIMAL PRICE WHICH IS A POSITIVE TO THE HOTEL/HOSTEL 😉

Good location and the hostel organised airport pick up at a cost. Lovely buffet breakfast and good value for money.
