Superleuk, netjes en met een enthousiaste gastvrouw. Gratis fietsen die je kan pakken wanneer je wilt. Ontbijt prima en ligging tussen Hoi An en het strand, prima te fietsen naar het strand (10 minuten), naar Hoi an wat verder en daar met een grab naartoe kost € 1,50...ook prima. Verder in de buurt leuk fietsen tussen de mooie rijstvelden.

Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé, 2 belles piscines fraîches (accessibles jusqu'à 21h), une grande chambre confortable avec une belle fresque au mur. Choix de petits déjeuners. Des vélos en libre accès gratuitement pour rejoindre la plage, la ville, les rizières. Un spa familial super au coin de la rue. Et bien sûr, la jeune femme de l'accueil, très gentille, et la possibilité de laisser les affaires et de revenir faire un plongeon avant de prendre un bus de nuit ! Parfait ! 👌👌👌

Wonderful location, next to ricefield where you can watch stunning sunset. Very quiet and peaceful, the host is welcoming and did her best to provide everything that you ask. The room was clean and nice as the 2 swimming pools. We will definitely comeback in this hotel if we return to Hoi An.

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas des cultures entre la plage et le centre de Hoi An, chambre spacieuse et très propre, 2 piscines rafraîchissantes, très bon petit déjeuner et enfin personnel chaleureux et prêt à nous aider au besoin. Nous n’avions qu’une étape à faire, nous sommes restés 5 nuits :)

L'environnement de Tra Que, tellement agréable au milieu des jardins et très accessible en vélo de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Les chambres sont très propres, la clim efficace et l'accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande chaudement

I had a wonderful stay at La Casa. The views from La Casa across the rice field are incredible!!! The location of La Casa is perfect because it's located between Hoi An and the Beach. Want to go to the beach? no problem. Want to bike across the rice field to old town? It's right there. You don't have to choose:) There are two wonderful managers of the hotel. Just let them know if you want breakfast in the morning, if you have any laundry you need done & any local trips you want planned - the works! My favorite breakfast choice - the banana pancakes with a side of coffee! mmmm. I was ready to take on the day. If possible try and reserve a room on one of the higher floors = better views. There are 2 pools and a back outdoor area to hang out in if you aren't feeling like exploring Hoi An that day. Also I spent a lot of my time at Tra Que Vegetable Village which is literally right behind La Casa - its a local farm to table where you can experience how the Vietnamese farm and then go hang out at cafes and restaurants dotting the perimeter eating said food.

Wer es besonders und mit Charme haben möchte muss unbedingt hierher . Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im La Casa Tra Que. Schöne ruhige Oase unweit von Hoj An Old Town und von Ang Ban Beach . Da Personalnist sehr freundlich und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns in jeder Minute sehr willkommen gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen !

Staffs were very nice

There was no exactly address, so hard to find hotel. Water pressure was very weak, even no water. Toilet was clogged. Water in swimming pool had something in there that made all my jewelries turning dull and dark.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay

The location was just out of the city, ( only a few dollars by grab and maybe 10 min,) however it turned out to be a highlight of the trip. The veggie gardens were cool to walk around, and biking around on the small paths for a day adventure was so much fun for all of us. Our 3 children enjoyed checking out the different cafes and hotels. There are many different places to join in cooking classes as well. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The home cooked breakfasts were a bonus! True Vietnam.

Walking to restaurants is too far. But not worth complaining about. We would go back again next time!

Staff were honest, genuine people who wanted us to have the best time during our stay. Recommendations were brilliant and driver was calm, safe and inexpensive. Highly recommended. Such a fab location for Old Town, beaches and village garden. Breakfast was also 👌🏽

Very friendly hosts, great location in the vegetable village and two swimming pools.

When we arrived the room wasn’t clean and when we asked if they could clean it, they refused and said they would only do it every second day. In the end they didn’t clean the room our whole stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. This wasn’t our first time in Hoi An, but we usually avoid staying for long because the Old Town can get quite noisy. La Casa Tra Que was the perfect balance: peaceful rice fields, free bicycles, and just a 10-minute motorbike ride to both the beach and the city center. There are also lovely cafés and local restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay, and later some of our friends booked the same place too. Everyone had a wonderful experience.

Overall just like pictures. Many open spaces so does not feel cramp. Appreciated the free bike which is very important to absorb the village vibe. Very charming house.

The price of soft drinks are a bit excessive. Bathroom door knob not secure. Be careful to keep any food or drink in fridge bc tbe ants will find them, which is normal considering location of village.

AC would not cool the room down unfortunately then I had to move due to the noise of the beer bar across the rice paddies was keeping me from sleeping + the heat, I then discovered the shower head was broken.

We stayed in the cheapest room category, but it definitely has the most valuable advantage — a million-dollar view from the fourth floor. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and impeccably clean as well; we have no complaints at all. Everything in the room was good, with no unpleasant odors, and the shower was clean. Owner was friendly and nice!

Loved the pool section and the great location just out of the old town. There are free bikes to use to cycle around the rice fields and the area is just spectacular, especially in the evenings when the sun sets and you can watch the water buffalo bathing

Vi fik vasket tøj på stedet. Hvor alt det hvide tøj var blevet misfarvet. Men efter en mere vask var det hvid igen

the host was the loveliest lady, she was incredibly accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed. provided a lovely breakfast for a good price and also had bikes we could use. good location - 10-15 min bike ride from the beach. most homely stay during our travels by far - couldn’t recommend more!

We loved our stay here! The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, and our host was SO friendly and helpful during our stay. We used the free bikes several times, and the pool almost everyday. Thank you for everything!

J’ai adoré les personnes qui nous accueillent avec un large sourire, le calme de l’endroit, les vélos mis à disposition, les deux piscines. On peut explorer les rizières, sortir à HoiAn et profiter de la plage avec les vélos. Bref je sais que c’est un lieu dans lequel je reviendrai.

Other guests all seemed normal and nice. The main female staff is very helpful though. Her motorcycle man had no motos left so she helped me arrange with a different company using the hotels phone to help me. That was very nice. I had the banana pancake one day. it was not light or fluffy. It was solid, a bit hard, and the batter had not cooked through. I never tried anything else here. The location is PERFECT if you like relaxing cafes and lovely rice paddies but I would not stay here again. Too noisy every morning but it's the neighbors.

Very noisy place. It's away from big roads, yes, but the rooster outside is very loud every morning. He starts screaming at 04:30 or 05:00 every day. On another day, someone was hammering and doing construction work next door at 06:15. Neighbors do not exist in Vietnam apparently. On another morning the toilet water in our room began running strongly for no reason. It was very noisy. 08:00 on another day, a neighboring home was blasting concert level music. Like, WTF?!?! The room condition didn't look like the pictures. The surfaces are dirty. This place is on survival mode. The tv does not work ('no signal' is shown). WiFi on the 3rd floor worked fine. There are no views of rice paddies like their pictures show. Homes were built in those places long ago. The views of the rice paddies no longer exist. from the balcony or any window of this hotel. For the shampoo / body soap / hand soap, they bought tiny cheap little bottles that don't work. They are flimsy and the plunger does not return to the top quickly. They are stuck down. There's no shelves in the shower so you are standing there in the shower trying to push down these cheap small bottles in your hands and it's a disaster. There's a glass divider btw the shower /toilet but everything gets wet anyways. One pillow for each bed (2 total). Two hangers on the coat rack in your room. By the dining area and back pool they have drying lines for laundry. I used that to dry my clothes The bikes are free but they have no working locks (which is standard in hoi an). The on-bike, rear wheel locks are either rusted out and don't turn or they have no key at all. I saw some loose loop style locks inside some bike baskets but no keys for those either. I asked the property attendant for a separate lock and he said no, nothing, so you're out in old town walking around wondering if the bike will be gone later. Strange.

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we actually extended it. Beautiful accommodation, great location. We loved biking around the area. Our favorite place. Just a short ride to the beach and the center of Hoi An. The staff are perfect; they’ll help with everything. They arranged trips for us and gave us advice. They even arranged a birthday cake for our daughter. We felt like we were at home with family even though we were far from home. Thank you for everything! It was perfect! Hope to see you soon again!

Het ziet er echt anders uit dan op de foto’s, het is allemaal wat verouderd Prima prijs, ontbijt is te bestellen voor om en nabij €4 pp Qua plek zit je precies tussen alles in, voor een volgende keer zou ik of oude stad of de stranden boeken, ertussen is eigenlijk net onhandig. De groentetuinen zijn om de hoek en echt prachtig! Boek daar je kookles ter plekke!

Villa is in a narrow lane. 15 mins grab ride required to reach the old town. Basins in the common sitting area had no water drain pipe attached.

My partner and I loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The staff are so lovely, the room was spacious and the swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off after a hot afternoon. The location was ideal, 5 mins from the beach and 15 mins from the old town. We can highly recommend La Casa Tra Que!

I had the best stay here that I could have imagined. The ladies who manage La Casa were so warm and helpful. Whenever they could, they offered help and gave tips without being intrusive. I felt at home here. If I’m ever in Hoi An again, I will definitely come back.

If you looking for somewhere outside Hoi An old town, the location is perfect. The hotel offers free bikes which is a massive bonus so that it is easy to get around. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Es war etwas abseits vom Zentrum, man brauchte mit dem Fahrrad 15-20 minuten. Jedoch ist die Strecke durch Reisfelder sehr schön. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut, ich hatte den Banana-Pancake

Неплохая локация, совсем рядом к рисовым полями. Вид из балкона на рисовые поля и озера, если живешь на последнем этаже. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал, уборка номера проводится сразу по вывеске таблички. Приятно удивил мини-бар с полноценным холодильником, там были недорогие пиво, газировка, шоколадки. Целых два бассейна, почти всегда были пустые, вода чистая. Имеются завтраки, но мы не пользовались

Очень плохой интернет, постоянно обрывается и пропадает, каждые две минуты, за всю неделю пытались его починить но так и не сделали. Нам был очень важен стабильный интернет для работы. Но если интернет вам не важен, то по сим карте отлично ловит 5g, скорость высокая. Очень не повезло отелю с соседями, прямо напротив расположен бар для местных жителей которые очень громко и часто любят петь караоке. Почти каждый день шумная музыка и пение, но не до поздна, максимум в 10 вечера все прекращалось. До адекватных и нормальных магазинов и ресторанов далеко, пешком не походишь, только на транспорте. Но если ходить пешком не страшно, то до пляжа 30-40 мин, там много нормальных ресторанов

Amazing 5 bed apartment, very spacious, comfortable beds !! Free bikes to use, the grabs are cheap into the old town. We got to leave our bags on checkout as we were getting an overnight bus, we also got to shower. The staff are lovely

Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute. Nous avons pu louer une moto pour faire le tour de Hoi An et ainsi s’éloigner un peu des touristes. L’hôtel est très calme et les chambres spacieuses.

De eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er waren gratis fietsen te gebruiken. De kamer was ruim. De yoghurt met fruit bij het ontbijt was heerlijk. Het was een mooi gebouw met prachtige trapopgang.

Het ontbijt was voor ons te beperkt, wij bestelden elke ochtend iets bij. Een avond was er karaoke bij de buren, gelukkig stopten zij om 22.00 uur.

L'emplacement est sympa, entre le vieil Hoi An et la belle plage. L'hôtel est au milieu de potagers plein de charme.

L'etablissement n'est pas aussi bien entretenu que ce que l'on voit sur les photos Booking. Eau de piscine très trouble.

Sehr schnelles und ganz Gutes Frühstück…man wählt am Tag davor aus 8 Gerichten (Avocado Toast, Pho, Omlette…) was man für den nächsten Morgen will und das Essen kommt in 5min auf die Terrasse (auf Nachfrage auch alles vegetarisch)

Die Decken waren etwas Fleckig und die Klimaanlage bläst direkt aufs Bett, aber ohne wird es zu warm zum schlafen
