He echado de menos una escoba y un escurreplatos. El apartamento estaba limpio pero necesitaba una limpieza más a fondo habían telarañas y una araña muerta en la cortina. La televisión no funcionaba.

Il n’y a pas véritablement de chambre (lit double en mezzanine et lits simples en bas dans le salon et entrée). Trop peu de couverts pour 4-5 personnes. Le bruit de la route proche et très passante, heureusement les vitres fermées atténuent beaucoup le bruit des véhicules

No se podía abrir la ventana del salón.

L’appartement était très propre et spacieux c’était parfait pour un groupe de 4 voir 5 ! La propriétaire réactive et agréable rien à dire

Peu de commerces dans le coin mais assez de quoi faire les courses et nécessaires

Sehr schöne Lage, ganz nah am Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, dass es uns gut geht – wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Das Appartement ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für den Preis eine wirklich tolle Entscheidung. Es hat uns bei euch sehr gefallen!

Es wäre schön, wenn die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher wäre. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn bei einer nächtlichen Anreise das Wandbett oder das Sofa bereits schlafbereit vorbereitet wäre.

The price-performance ratio for Stockholm area is one of the best discovered on Booking.com. The flat is clean and equipped with everything that is needed.

We did not like the fact, that according to the information given a check-in is possible until 22:00. This is wrong. It is definitely possible to do a late check-in with the code received. We asked explicitly the owner in advance. However, to have this possibility one needs to do the booking beforehand and in order to be safe, we booked with the possibility of cancellation. Because of this, we spent 1000 SEK extra. Second thing we didn't like, is the SMS we got with the offer of a late check-out: "Hi Robert! I would like to share the cleaning company’s offer regarding late check-out. They charge 500 SEK for express cleaning and this allows you to stay in the apartment until 1 pm tomorrow. Please let me know if you wish to have this! The offer is valid only today." It is important to note EXPLICITLY that the room will be cleaned anyway and is just about the late check-out. We thought if we do not accept the offer, we would be obligated to clean the room by ourselves, so we asked in what condition will the room be expected. We got no answer from the owner! The way the SMS has been formulated leaves room for misinterpretation and one can think that if the (optional) room cleaning gets booked, a late check-out is given as an additional benefit. The SMS should be reformulated, so one knows what will happen if the offer does not get accepted!

В номере есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Чистое постельное белье. Мыло и гель для душа в ванной, а также стиральная машинп. Хорошая транспортная развязка.

На протяжении всего проживания присутствовал посторонний запах который шел от дивана и из ванной ( канализации). При заезде обнаружили надбитую варочную поверхность и заклеяный скотчем датчик перегрева варочной поверхности. Под кроватями обнаружили пыль, а в ванной черные пятна плесени в раене душевой кабинки.

So einiges es war erst die Toilette kaputt das Zaun oben war auch total locker was richtig gefährlich enden könnte wenn ein klein Kind dort gewesen wäre und meine Buchung hat auch überhaupt nicht den Bedingungen entsprochen und stand 4 mal Reinigung zur Verfügung haben es nur 2 mal genutzt und als wir es noch ein letztes Mal nutzen wollten hies es das wir bald eh aus checken wir wollten es aber nochmal schön sauber haben die letzten Tage und vorallem unsere Sachen packen ohne das die Koffer dreckig werden. Anfangs war’s auch sehr schwierig mit der Kommunikation und als wir das alles mit einer höheren Person besprechen wollten da man dann natürlich auch was vom Geld zurück will wurde das komplett ignoriert schade. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir drei es uns einfach selbst schön gemacht und das Beste daraus gemacht da wir keine andere Wahl hatten und ein Monat in einem fremden Land waren.

Schöne neue große Unterkunft. Mit schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 Personen. Man ist innerhalb von ca. 30 min. in der Innenstadt.

Leider nicht klimatisiert. Im Sommer wird es sehr warm drinnen und wenn man nachts alle Fenster aufmacht ist es relativ laut vom Straßenverkehr. Küche ist meines Erachtens etwas zu wenig ausgestattet bezüglich Geschirr und Besteck.

A lakás tiszta volt, 5 ember számára megfelelő méretű. Több tömegközlekedési eszköz is gyorsan elérhető Stockholm központja vagy az északi szigetek felé.

A központi helységben egyetlen égő volt, ami nem adott elég fényt. Csak 4 étkező szék volt.

Clean, easy acces with code.

A very complicated registration process that I had to do two times. Around 20 emails plus messages on Booking.com. Alot of spam/false phising emails aswell from fake accounts who know about my booking. This makes me not wan’t to use the same agency again.

Very clean, good for family, nice parking for car.

The apartment is very bright, comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfy, even the folding one! Location is next to busy road but windows were perfect and completely reduced the noise.

We had a problem with the door knob when we came but host handled this situation instantly.

Property was modern and clean.

Many - To start with their online checkin, which almost like a visa application process. I was also not comfortable sharing my personal documents with third party. If I had know this procedure earlier, I wouldn’t have booked this. Mismanagement- They gave an incorrect code and I had to call multiple times to get the right code. 2) No proper arrangements- I booked the room for 3 and there were only 2 beds, we had to adjust with that. 3) Not solution oriented staff. All in all it’s not a pleasant experience and not recommended.

Good price, super clean, flexible checkin, washing machine, kitchen.

30min to Stockholm, the owner required links to facebook / linkedin / ig for every tenant missing cattle and salt

The apartment was very clean, the neighbourhood quiet and peaceful and the commute to Stockholm center was easy and fast (by car). Washing machine was really handy.

During our stay it was really hot, and the apartment does not have cooling, so due to big windows and evening sun shining right inside the apartment it was very hot inside despite keeping all curtains closed. Kitchen equipment was a bit narrow (could have a frying pan, coffee maker and maybe a toaster)

My room was upgraded and it was so fantastic !

Very quiet and comfortable place. Perfect for travel by car if you want to go to Stockholm or surroundings. the apartment is well equipped including a washer/dryer. We will come back!

Very nice, modern, spacious and quiet apartment. Well equipped kitchen. We were by car so the free parking lot in front of the building came in handy (Parking your car overnight in the center can be very expensive) . Count between 15 and 20 minutes to reach the old town by car.

Beautiful, warm and cozy apartment with everything you could need.Super clean. Not attached to downtown Stockholm but very well connected with metro and buses about 30 mins to city life. I would defineately stay again if ever back to Stockholm.
