The apartment is in good location , noise from moyorway is disturbing

The kitchen wasn't ready prepared with : No roaster, only 4 big dishes , 2 small and no organiser in drawers. I believe it needs an small investment. Also the properry didn't brought any instrument for cleaning in our stay until we requested a broom and dustpam. I believe the management changed and now the apartment is managed by a 3rd company. Glbially the whole apartmwnt is still good.

Clean apartment and nice white bed linen. Plenty of storage space. Ideal for short stay and near train station.

No toaster or oven. Only 1/4 toilet roll in property on arrival. Sink in bathroom blocked so water kept filling up in sink and took ages to empty.

+ fajna lokalizacja, odległa od centrum, ale znakomicie skomunikowana, blisko do autobusów i tramwaju + dobrze zorganizowana przestrzeń, dobra konfiguracja łóżek + dobre wyposażenie, np. sprzęty AGD, pralko-suszarka, żelazko + pochwalimy prysznic (oprócz zasłonki), bo regulacja była precyzyjna i skuteczna, ciepła woda dostępna szybko i bez przerw + miejsce do pracy i szybkie (400Mb/s) Wi-Fi (choć w trakcie upałów, wymaga wentylacji zamkniętego w szafce routera) + dobra obsługa, dostępna i pomocna Zdecydowanie polecamy, może nie wszystko jest idealnie, ale subiektywne wrażenia są bardzo dobre i chętnie zarezerwowalibyśmy ponownie

- położenie przy czteropasmowej drodze, powoduje spory hałas; nam nie przeszkadzało, ale dla niektórych może to być problem - jednostkowe wpadki z czystością - fatalna zasłonka prysznica, i niezadbana pralka, ale reszta była ok - pościel czysta, ale średnio komfortowa termicznie - nie ma zbyt dużo zastawy kuchennej, dla dwóch osób było ok, przy rodzinie może być to problemem Dla nas nie było dyskwalifikujących problemów. O usterkach i wpadkach poinformowaliśmy zarządcę, więc możliwe, że drobne defekty zostaną wyeliminowane.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super eingerichtet, tolle Lage, super Kontakt und schnelle Hilfe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wygodny apartament, czysto, wszystko zgodnie z opisem, łatwy i szybki dojazd komunikacją miejską do centrum miasta.

Größe und Style wären grundsätzlich total okay, wenn die ganzen Mängel nicht wären

Ich hatte nach der Beschreibung ein modernes, stylisches, ansprechendes Appartement erwartet und war extrem enttäuscht. Das Appartement ist richtig ungepflegt. Geputzt wurde offenbar nur oberflächlich. Im Bad lagen benutzte Q-Tip, der Kühlschrank war verklebt und hat Dellen und Risse. Oberflächen wie Türen und Schränke sind verschmutzt. Der Duschvorhang ist angeschimmelt. Beim Duschen wird das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Überall wo man hinschaut, ist es ungepflegt. Die Balkontür ist schwer zu öffnen, es wird sehr heiß. W-lan funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Geschirr war ebenfalls schmutzig. Für den Preis absolut unzureichend. Bei Kontaktaufnahme nur KI-Antworten. Auf Anforderung die Fotos der verschmutzten Wohnung geschickt mit viel Aufwand - keine Antwort. Hinter der Vermietung steckt keinerlei Interesse daran, dass Gäste sich wirklich wohlfühlen.

The area where the apartment is located was so beautiful. However, it’s not central FYI. The staff were very nice. I booked the apartment for two months, and they provided with some professional cleaning. The apartment was very spacious and had a desk where I could work. The kitchen was well supplied.

Fräscht och rent. Lugnt. Bra utrustning.

Steril inredning. Fick inte TV:n att fungera.

Küche: kein Backofen, für 4 Personen zu wenig Geschirr, schlechtes Bett, schlechte Waschmaschine, bei offenen Fenster viel Lärm, sehr heiß, man konnte nicht gut durchlüften,

Very close to city and easy to travel to and from House had everything we needed with shops a few minutes walk away

Very clean, great location, free parking, nice, simply furniture in scandi style. We were there 5 nights with our little son, there is also another bed for him. Things to cook simple food.

Everything was good.

Bus stop 5 minutes walking. Grocery shops about 15 minutes (or by bus). Otherwise, the house is to be found in the suburb of Stockholm, but you get to the city center in 25 minutes by bus+metro, so it is very convenient. The flat is comfortable for parents + 2 adult daughters as well. IKEA style furniture and kitchen: frigo could be a bit larger. Wash machine too (but we did not use it).

The house is directly at a 2x2 lane busy highway: in the morning and in the afternoon very noisy, but much better at night.

The apartment is great, lots of space and light. There is a kitchen and everything for cooking.

Was close to transport to get into Central Stockholm, super nice apartment!

It got extremely hot especially in the loft and there wasn’t a fan or air conditioning. This would help for summer coming up!

we appreciated to stay in that place, we ll be back in stockholm and rent it again.

Nice fresh apartment which was easy to find. Quiet area and we slept very good. Perfect for our needs and we will definitly come back. Nice bed linens.

We spent 5 days in Sweeden and this appartment is perfect for this period of time. The information received and all instructiins given was really helpful. Comfort, cleaned, all well prepared! Thank you.

I would like to have known personally the owner of the appartment, for me is very cold not knowing his name :( . But his virtual hospitality has been really appreciatted. Thanks in any case.We will repeate in the future!
