Bed was really comfortable. The whole flat was very modern and clean. The washing machine and clothes airer came in handy as we were on a longer trip, and appreciated the washing products provided.

Close to the road so some traffic noise.

Not close to nature whatsoever.

The studio was fully equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It is outside the city centre but there is a very convenient public transport. It was very clean and the access to the property was simple.

Televisione non funzionante per tutto il periodo del soggiorno a causa del telecomando e fatto presente al personale e per e mail. stanza" SOPRUM "indecente con insetti, colatura spazzatura e odore sgradevole che si propagava all'entrata della struttura e sulle scale che portavano alla stanza.

It says fully equipped which it was definitely not it was very dirty, the whole property stunk of rubbish No staff, the ones we managed to get hold of were in South America!!!!

Location is great, a few minutes from the local train. Code for both the building door and studio apartment makes arrival and departure super easy. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days. Bathroom is nice and functional and there's a washing machine. Bed is comfortable.

At the entrance there was a beeping fire alarm with a pre-warning that didn't seem to get attended to.

Muy bien situado y cómodo para el transporte. Podías comprar comida cerca. Muy bien insonorizado. Estaba limpio y en orden. Hay lavadora. Para dormir el apartamento hace su función. Si quieres estar en el todo el día, es un poco pequeño.

La cama es blanda. Y depende de cómo te gusten los colchones estás más o menos cómodo. No hay espacio para poder dejar los platos mientras se secan. Algún trapo más ayudaría para poder secarlos y guardarlos.

The location is very good, near lidingo library. The room is tidy and clean. It also has a balcony which is lovely. The staff is very friendly and patient. We kindly requested to live on the third floor and we are very lucky to have that location and the view is great :)

Komfortowy apartament na wyspie Lidingö. Blisko miasta, a zarazem w ciszy i spokoju. Apartament że wszystkim co potrzebne na wakacjach z tarasem i windą.

Jedyny dla mnie minusik to wysokie łóżko, ale jestem po prostu niska.

L'hébergement était situé non loin d'une station de tram reliée directement au métro, ce qui était un vrai avantage. La cuisine était bien équipée, fonctionnelle, propre, l'utilisation des plaques de cuisson était un peu déconcertante, mais efficace une fois qu'on comprenait comment elles fonctionnaient. La douche était efficace. La machine à laver privative exceptionnellement rare et toute neuve dans la salle de bains bien agencé. La literie était bonne. Et l'idée de remonter le lit pour faire un espace jour est bonne.

Le réfrigérateur faisait du bruit, ne s'arrêtant que très rarement. Cela s'entendait surtout la nuit quand il n'y a pas d'autre bruit. La route très passante devant la résidence empêchait d'ouvrir trop longtemps la porte fenêtre et surtout pas la nuit. Il n'y avait aucun ustensile ou produit ménager pour pouvoir balayer ou essuyer le sol. Pas pratique quand on reste longtemps, alors que dans les règles reçues avant, on nous dit de ne pas salir, sous peine de facturation. Le local poubelle était peu ragoûtant et on nous encourage à trier nos poubelles en nous mettant plein de petits vacs dans l'appartement et rien n'est séparé dans le local poubelle. Il n'y a qu'un seul grand bac. Dommage

One chair is missing in the one of two apartments which we booked . Balcony Door is difficult moving. Cultery set does not sufficient. Short shower curtain.

Me gustó mucho lo moderno que es el edificio. No necesitas cargar contigo las llaves del departamento. El vecindario es muy tranquilo, y hay varios senderos y calles para poder ir a correr o pasear.

El olor de los contenedores de basura es tan fuerte que se dispersa hasta la planta baja del edificio. Es muy molesto e intenso. Existieron 4 contenedores de basura en el departamento, lo que esta muy bien. Sin embargo, no sirve de nada la separación porque no hay cuatro contenedores grandes para todo el edificio. Opino que para una corta estancia, los visitantes necesitamos al menos insumos básicos para cocinar, como azúcar, sal, aceite, café. Con suerte no tuvimos que comprar la sal que fué lo único que había en el departamento.

Det var et godt tilbud. Selvom det lå lidt kedeligt, var det meget nemt at komme ind til Stockholm eller rundt på øen, da der kun var 5-7 minutters gang til toget.

Rengøringen var ikke helt i top. Der var fire skraldespande til sortering, men det hele skulle til sidst i den samme container…

Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Bahn, Bus und Fähre, das letzte haben wir aber nicht getestet, weil wir mit Bus oder Bahn einfach schneller waren. Es war alles vorhanden, was von einer Grundausstattung benötigt wird. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und wir konnten mitten in der Nacht einchecken, da wir alle Infos vorab erhalten haben. Wir konnten kochen da eine Herdplatte vorhanden ist. Wäsche konnten wir auch waschen, da ein Waschtrockner im Badezimmer ist. Den Fehrnseher haben wir überhaupt nicht benutzt, das hätten wir zusätzlich buchen müssen, war nicht erforderlich. Es sind viele Steckdosen vorhanden, neben dem Bett aber nur USB-Ports, richtiges Kabel haben wir natürlich vergessen. Den Straßenlärm bei offenem Fenster haben wir nicht sehr laut wahrgenommen, da wir ein Zimmer relativ weit hinten hatten und wir Straßenlärm gewöhnt sind. Das Bett war bei Ankunft bereits ausgeklappt und war wirklich bequem. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (Tempo) und ein etwas größerer Supermarkt (Coop) ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Coop auch zu Hälfte mit Bus wenn man nicht ganz so viel laufen will.

Es ist tatsächlich wahr, im Treppenhaus/Aufzug roch es teilweise extrem nach Abfall, so als ob Plastikmüll zu lang in der Sonne war. Da der Flur aber nochmal eine Zwischentür hat, zu den Apartments, war dieser Geruch dort nicht mehr wahrnehmbar. Also immer nur Nase zu beim Rausgehen. Ich dachte mir es gibt schon so viele negative Bewertungen dazu, das Problem ist bestimmt bereits gelöst, war aber leider nicht so.

Although the location is somewhat outside the city center, it offers very easy access via public transportation, with the added advantage of being in a quieter area. The apartment was nice with the necessary commodities, it was nice to wash the cloths in the middle of the week.

The horrible smell coming from the garbage room was a major issue. Entering the building was, without a doubt, an unpleasant experience that led us to buy an air freshener and place it in the lobby to help mitigate the situation. We had some difficulties with the TV so we relied on wi-fi to watch.

Helt ok boende för någon enstaka natt. Fräscht. Gratis parkering ett stort plus. Nära centrum och lokaltrafik.

The room is pretty small, but has almost everything needed. The space is used well. Very comfortable bed. Very, very clean.

Stayed here for 3 nights. On the second day we returned to the room to find that someone had been in our room. Amongst other things there was dirt left on the bed and a credit card that we left on the table had been turned over to reveal the credit card details that were on the other side of the card. This accommodation does not have room service so it is unclear why our room was entered. To be careful I ended up cancelling the credit card in question. I have attempted to get an answer from the owners of this property but communication was terrible as they outsource their communication to a third party.

Fräscht, bra läge, förvånansvärt ostört trots nära vägen, tvättmaskinen uppskattade vi. Otroligt lugnt.

Non è stato possibile entrare anticipatamente per lasciare la valigia la mattina dell'arrivo (è un appartamento e non un hotel, ma negli ultimi due appartamenti in cui sono stato è comunque stato possibile farlo). Le padelle disponibili sono decisamente usate e andrebbero sostituite. La stanza con i rifiuti andrebbe pulita più spesso (è impregnata di cattivo odore). Al mio arrivo erano presenti in stanza alcune formiche, che il giono successivo sono diventate assai numerose, sono entrate nel frigo rendendo inutilizzabile il materiale che ci avevo messo. La proprietà è intervenuta tempestivamente e nella serata stessa le formiche erano morte, ma ne ho trovate diverse sparse sul pavimento: non proprio una bella vista. Non è stato fornito un rimborso parziale nè per l'inconveniente nè per il materiale presente in frigo che ho dovuto buttare. Il frigo funzionava soltanto a livello 7 ed era rumoroso: ho dovuto lasciarlo spento di notte. Il costo non è stato da piccolo appartamento fuori città: è stato di poco superiore ai 100€/notte.

Sehr gepflegte äußere Ansicht, sauberes Treppenhaus, einfache Handhabung mit Öffnungscodes, für unseren Kurztrip genau das Richtige. Wir hätten auch kochen können, es gab einen Kühlschrank. Schönes großes Fenster, blickdichte und gut verdunkelnde Vorhänge. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet!👍🏻

Location is good, not the best but well connected by tram to Stockholm city and metro, also near to some shops by walking distance. The room was perfect, it has everything you need, comfortable and ideal for longer stays, bathroom not very spacious but good in general.

Cleaning in general can be improved, we avoided using the coffee machine because it seems that it has never been cleaned. In general it was OK but the bathroom and room itself you notice cleaning is done very superficial and kitchen appliances and items never cleaned by the host, for the checkout (10am) and checking (3pm) times you expect something in a better state.

Geen bank, zag pas later dat het een opklapbaar bed was en je dus geen bank hebt. Voor 2 nachten is dat oke Is wel vrij klein, de foto's doen het een stuk groter overkomen dan het daadwerkelijk is.

Probably the location was ok

Many things were not ok: 1. We stayed for 6 nights. The duvet provided was very thin. I felt cold first night and requested another duvet. The host replied that the extra duvet will come at a cost. A facility that was supposed to be part of hospitality was offered to be provided for more money! I explained that the heating is not enough and if they cannot provide extra, then replace it with a better one. The host said they would replace the next day. And they never get back to me about it - no replacement and no explanation. All 6 nights we stayed with thin duvet. 2. The room was not cleaned even once during our 6 nights stay. If someone is staying for a week, the guests are expecting the cleaning to be done frequently. 3. They mentioned on description that it is one bedroom apartment with living room. But it's just one room and a sofa bed. Either you can have a sofa or bed. And there is not enough space for anything else. 4. The messages sent unprompted before arrival asking for extra 500 SEK if we want to check in before 1600 and the messages sent 1 day before departure that if we want to check out after 1000 we need to pay extra 500 SEK shows that the host only focus on money without considering the comfort of the guests.

Все было хорошо, кроме душевой шторки. Она постоянно пыталась прилипнуть к одному месту. Надо поменять шторы и поставить утяжеление на низ.

Le logement était proche de stations de bus et d'un tram qui vous amène vers une station de métro. Comptez environ 30 min pour rejoindre le centre historique et 25 min en tram pour rejoindre le ferry pour Vaxholm de l'autre côté de Lindigo (à l'arrêt Gashaga brygga). Le soir, un peu plus long mais les transports roulent tard. La salle de bain était relativement propre et pratique avec une machine à laver à disposition. Après un début un peu compliqué (voir partie négative), le logement était agréable et beaucoup plus propre :) L'hôte a été assez réactif et disponible par message booking et par mail. Le problème a été résolu le lendemain !

Un peu décentré mais cela allait encore, sauf le soir. La poêle à disposition était fort abimée. Odeur de poubelle très forte dans le hall de l'immeuble et dans les escaliers. Pendant tout notre séjour, cette odeur est restée, heureusement pas dans le studio. Le début était compliqué : nous sommes arrivés dans le logement en début de soirée, nous n'avons pas remarqué tout de suite que la cuisine et le lit étaient sales. Frigo et micro-ondes pas nettoyés après le passage des précédents (miettes et traces), nous avons dû nettoyer certaines casseroles car poussières et taches de graisse, le contour du lit était parsemé de cheveux, miettes de nourriture (croissant ?), le canapé juste au-dessous du lit de même. Avec quelques messages et photos, nous l'avons signalé à l'hôte qui a envoyé quelqu'un pour nettoyer le lendemain. Nous mettons un 7/10 (qui est noté "bien" sur booking) et pas un 8 (car le logement n'était pas "très bien") : - pour le désagrément causé lors du début du séjour et une première soirée (plusieurs messages, faire des photos, expliquer la situation à l'hôte) et nuit peu agréables, même si nous remercions encore la réactivité de l'hôte. - mais la note descend à 7 surtout à cause de cette odeur de poubelle de l'entrée de l'immeuble, vraiment pas agréable et peu hygiénique, je n'ose imaginer quand il fait un peu plus chaud... Là, il faisait frais et il pleuvait certains jours.

Zapach od śmieci było czuć niestety w całej klatce schodowej.

Za nas okus izjemno udobne postelje, super lokacija (ven iz mesta, a enostavno dostopna z mestnimi prevozi), mirno, čisto, osebje reees takoj dostopno in odzivno. Za naše potrebe ravno prav opremljeno. Pozitivna izkušnja.

Ker se nameravamo se kdaj vrnit, bi nam prav prišla kakšna mala posodica,npr za zjutraj segret mleko 😊 pa kakšna lučka pri postelji za lažje branje,predvsem pa da ugasnes luč pri postelji in da ni potrebno vstajati ☺️ Nekaj težav je bilo tudi s kodo pri vstopu v stavbo,mogoče potrebuje kak servis ali pa vsaj pregled, saj ne bi bilo ravno prijetno ostat zunaj in čakat, da nekdo pride popravit. Vse to ni vplivalp na naše udobje v času našega bivanja.

The property is extremely small and felt a bit claustrophobic. We didn't like the bed-in-the-wall.

A pesar de estar al lado de una carretera transitada, buena construcción, aisladas totalmente del ruido. Cómodo y bien ubicado (cerca de transporte público)

La impresión general fue de gran limpieza, ropa de cama blanca, limpia y de buen aspecto. Pero destacaría 2 cuestiones para mi fundamentales en cuanto a ka higiene muy descuidadas: el nórdico estaba muy sucio, lleno de manchas amarillenta, cubierto por la funda blanca impecable. Da muy mala sensación. La cortina de la ducha tenía unas manchas rosas gelatinosa como de restos de gel.

The apartment is very comfortable when you traveling alone. It has a very efficient space use with the bed in the wall. All equipment in the apartment has a high standard, the kitchen is well-designed and ventilated while cooking. A large benefit of the apartment is that it is incredible quiet when the windows are closed: it is located along a bit road with much traffic, but no traffic noise in the apartment, amazing. Public transport, local forests and groceries very close by which makes it a perfect place to stay in Stockholm.

Very nice apartment, with fully functional kitchen with microwave, fridge and electric induction plates, bathroom with shower, and wardrobe. Very smart sofa-bed solution for optimizing the available space. Conveniently located close to public transportation.

The wi-fi connection was somewhat unstable, I had to reconnect my devices frequently to get a good signal. A salad bowl and a good cutting knife would be nice additions to the available kitchenware, which is otherwise very complete.
