Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Hotel befindet sich etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Haupteingang der Intra Mouros entfernt, mit Zugang zum Meer und Mauer in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage. Unser Zimmer war im letzten Stock, klein aber mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Sehr sauber. Gutes wi-fi. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir empfehlen das Frühstück, war ein Traum. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.
Alles war perfekt.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Hotel un po' old style con camere con arredamento un po' datato ma accoglienti e pulite. Ottimo per visitare il centro ( c.d. Intra muros) di Saint-Malo. Il receptionist gentilissimo si è prodigato nel darci consigli sui luoghi da visitare e i posti dove mangiare e bere.. Potete raggiungere l'albergo con la macchina, anche se trovare parcheggio nei dintorni non è semplice. Colazione eccellente, la migliore tra tutte quelle fatte durante il nostro tour in Francia di tre settimane, con una grande varietà di frutta fresca. Bagno con doccia comodo

Cristophe estremamente accogliente, disponibile, preciso nel dare consigli e condividere informazioni per cene, colazioni e come spendere il tempo a disposizione in città al fine di godere al massimo dell’istanza. Camere e struttura pulite.
Le camere non sono spaziosissime e avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. Per noi non è stato un problema avendo passato una sola notte, ma per una permanenza piú lunga potrebbero risultare un po’ scomode.

Le dimensioni piccolissime della camera situata al terzo piano con un ingresso piccolo . La camera era un forno è stato quasi impossibile dormire e dato che il letto era molto vicino alla finestra,bisognava tenerla chiusa durante il sonno per non avere aria fresca(che non riusciva a rinfrescare la camera) addosso. Non è stata un'esperienza positiva. Attenzione alla camera che Vi viene assegnata!!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Fabulous location in the walled city! Lovely friendly gentleman on the front desk who made us feel very welcome. He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and eclipse watching. Room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Probably a little expensive but you’re clearly playing extra for the joy of staying within the walls, which is to be expected!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Ottima posizione all'interno delle mura, comoda a tutto (di fianco a una pasticceria, di fianco alla cattedrale e a 3 minuti dai bastioni dal lato tramonto). Stanza bellissima, bagno pulito, tutto comodo. Utilissima la bacheca con orari maree e tramonto! Molto gentile e disponibile l'addetto alla reception che ci ha fatto il favore di tenere le valigie prima dell'orario di checkin e checkout e ci ha dato alcuni consigli tra cui quello di spostare la prenotazione del ristorante x poter vedere il tramonto (ottimo consiglio)!! Alloggiare dentro le mura consente di vivere la città la sera e la mattina presto con pochi turisti, molto consigliato.
Non possiamo valutare la colazione xk abbiamo preferito prenderla in pasticceria e mangiarla sulle mura con vista mare. Due pecche: il parcheggio è ovviamente fuori le mura e caro (25 euro x un giorno) ma con uno sconto del 10% grazie all'hotel; anche l'hotel è caro (è stato il più caro del viaggio) ma era uno dei più economici all'interno delle mura di saint malo dove il prezzo medio è molto più alto che nel resto delle tappe fatte. Ne vale però assolutamente la pena!

Las fotos de las habitaciones no son reales, no reflejan la realidad, nos tocó una habitación que si lo llego a saber no reservo…la moqueta estaba verdaderamente sucia, los muebles y sillas estaban viejos y sucios, las ventanas llevaban 8 años sin limpiar, al igual que el ventilador. el tamaño del baño y la habitación era muy pequeño, un olor a sucio. Vamos nada que ver las fotos con el alojamiento. Lo siento una pena…

My room was very dated and not in keeping with the reception area. As soon as you leave the reception area the decor immediately changes.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind klein aber charmant und super sauber, der Empfang außergewöhnlich nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht gross hat aber alles was man benötigt. Ein netter zusätzlicher Service: täglich gratis eine kleine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Wir waren begeistert.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The staff here is wonderful. We were greeted warmly and were provided very helpful info to navigate the maze that is the intra muros. There is a lift, which is a huge plus (though you need to go up about 5 steps to get to it). The location is perfect. Even though there is no air conditioning and it was a heat-wave, our room maintained a very comfortable temperature. The beds were comfortable. For the location it is a bargain.
The overall hotel is a little worn and could use a refresh (carpet, some fixtures) but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Er hat uns direkt mit Geheimtipps für Essenslocations in der Stadt versorgt. Das Hotel ist sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet, ohne dabei den charmanten, etwas älteren Charakter des Hauses zu verlieren. Besonders begeistert hat uns die hervorragende Lage: direkt an der Stadtmauer von Saint-Malo und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Ein tolles Haus mit viel Atmosphäre und der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt und die Küste zu entdecken. Klare Empfehlung!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Very central small boutique hotel in the heart of St. Malo, the rooms were clean but a bit small. the staff was super friendly, they gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Al momento di lasciare la struttura, ci è stata chiesta la tassa di soggiorno, che avevamo già pagato con la prenotazione su booking. Dopo aver mostrato la ricevuta, il receptionist ha detto che l'avrebbe pagata lui di sua tasca... Non so se sia un errore della struttura o di booking, ma avrei preferito più chiarezza.

Purtroppo la nostra camera era posizionata nel tetto e senza aria condizionata none è stata una notte facile nonostante la finestra aperta.
