VATC Sleep Pod Terminal 1

Very convenient for an early flight

Toilets are a fair bit away (150mish) from the pods and be prepared for no showers

I originally made my reservation for the VATC Terminal 1 location by mistake. I was traveling from Nha Trang to Hanoi on a domestic flight into Terminal 1, then needed to collect my luggage and go to Terminal 2 for an international flight. The VATC location is one or two levels downstairs from the main entrance and ticketing floor. There are elevators behind the information desks, which is helpful if you have luggage or prefer not to use the stairs. VATC is located before airport security screening. There are no bathrooms inside VATC, but bathrooms are available just across the hall. There is also a luggage storage service across the hall for a fee. Everyone I met at VATC and at the luggage storage area was pleasant, and the customer service was excellent. My wife and I were able to rest and sleep comfortably, and this was my first time using a service like this. I felt it was good value for the money. One important note for older travelers or anyone with mobility concerns: there are bunk beds. I took the top bunk, and at age 70 I was able to get up and down without much difficulty. However, if you have mobility issues, I would recommend considering a lower bunk if available. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider using VATC again.

Le lit en hauteur n’a pas de barrière, c’est pas top pour la sécurité surtout pour les enfants! L’emplacement est loin des toilettes publics sont assez loin et pas de douche. En résumé ça dépanne mais le prix est excessif pour les prestations.

It was great we arrived at 1am in terminal 2 and had to make our way for 11 am flight in T1 and the when we saw the pods they where amazing, clean, functional... and the staff lady sleep was so nice and friendly.... defo do it again if going through the airport.... the only issue I faced was the Grab taxi where not running and had to take a none Grab taxi ---- bring cash

Toilet is too far

We had a business trip flight and found this sleep pod, which was extremely convenient since it is located right inside the airport. There were also many food and drink options nearby, and the receptionist kindly gave us discount vouchers as well. The only slight inconvenience was that the sleep pod is located in the landside area after arrival, and there are no pods available inside the departure waiting area. Hopefully, they will have one there in the future.

The stay was wonderful, the room had a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for 2 people. Our flight was delayed due to the weather, so we decided to book a room for the night. They also kindly provided us with snacks and drinking water, which we truly appreciated

I had a late-night flight, so I was very fortunate that they were still open. This place is very convenient for anyone with an upcoming flight since it is located inside the airport. There are also many restaurants nearby, although most of them were closed because it was quite late at night The receptionist was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the check-in process and introducing the room to us, even though they looked quite tired If I have the chance, I would definitely come back again!

It was nice the pods were at the airport. Its very simple. Just a wooden box to sleep in, with a small bed. Everything is clean.

No facilities. You have to walk to the airport for a toilet and no shower. You also hear the sounds of the airport and even the street. Its ok fir a couple of hours of sleep, but a full night is too long and it is very pricy compared the quality and the prices in the country.

In airport, yet quiet. Comfy bed, wster and small pastry toothbrush etc provided. Able to charge phkne etc. Very satisfied with being abke to stay over after flight and just walk downstairs to check into next flight in morning. Excellent.

No bathroom and had to go downstairs to airport toilet. Really a toilet and shower pod attached would be fab and make this just perfect.

わかっていましたが、狭かったです。4名で受け付けてもらうのはありがたいですが、添い寝は乳児程度しか難しいと思います。（理屈上は17歳まで子供として予約できそうなので）

Ideal location for an early flight - absolutely does the job.

Only complaint is that the toilets are not close, and not dedicated to the pods, and the pods do not have blackout blinds so the airport lights are bright at night.

Trand was so kind and helpful upon arrival! She is so sweet and made my experience so much better! She made sure I got up on time for my early flight too :)

Located inside the airport. Good for early morning flights. The staff made an effort to answer questions and provide good assistance.

There is no bathroom, especially no shower. Guests have to use the airport restrooms, which are far away, and some areas feel isolated.

Clean sheets and good enough to get 2-3h of sleep

Thought it is a secluded area within the airport, but the booths are literally placed in the departure hall without any separation. So you can hear everything. It is loud, even when the pod is fully closed. On top there was a construction site 10m away in the departure hall with scaffolding being built up, that ran the whole night. There was no prior warning that construction would take place there.

If you remember to pick the right terminal (something I should have double checked...), the location is perfect for a short overnight stay due to a longer transfer.

Unfortunately I am very sensitive to sounds and ligth, so I wasn't able to really sleep : the blinds let light through through the sides, and the pods were above the large departure hall so there was a lot of noise, all the time. I'm also unfortunately pretty sensitive to heat, so I had to choose between sweaty and hot or cooler but too dry (and even more noise) depending on if I turned the AC and the fan on.

空港ターミナル内(保安検査前)なので早朝便に乗るのに最適だった。シャワーこそないものの、歯ブラシ・耳栓など空港内で一晩過ごすには十分なアメニティあり。スタッフの対応もとても丁寧だった。

カードキーがないと部屋の電気が切れるので、トイレや食事などで外出したあと部屋に戻ったときエアコンや扇風機の設定のし直しが面倒だった。

Perfect location in T1. Intl flights leave from T2, and first bus is 0500, thence frequently. YOu can also walk between terminals.

Bath and toilet are 50m down the hall. slippers provided. You might consider a robe to sleep and walk to toilet!

I had a wonderful stay at VATC SleepPod. The pod was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, perfect for a short rest between flights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was fast and easy. The location inside the airport is super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone with a long layover or early morning flight!

I thought sleeping at the airport would be very noisy, but luckily, the sleeping pod is located in a quiet area. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. If I have the chance, I’ll try staying at Terminal 2 next time!

Everything was fine. There were some snacks and a TV. The Wi-Fi was very stable, which was great since I had to work. The bed was soft and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time if I have the chance

The bunk bed feels spacious because the room has a high ceiling. There are snacks and a TV, perfect for movie lovers. Great value for money!

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - they even offered some complimentary snacks, which I really appreciated. It’s a great place for a short stay or a quick stopover in the airport.

As we couldn’t use the room, even if we booked it, I can’t comment on what I liked.

As we couldn’t stay (they didn’t tell us we needed to have a visa to stay) we didn’t use the room and my self and my two young children had to sleep inside the airport, which was a terrible experience!

Ngan was on the desk and was so kind and helpful, showed us to our room and explained everything so we knew where things were and how things worked.

The directions are a bit confusing, but you just go into lift as soon as you enter terminal 1 to floor 3

we have no idea what the property was like because we did not realise that you needed to have a visa to stay. Even though it is at airport at Terminal 1 we arrived in terminal 2, a visa is required. unfortunately we didn’t realise it was necessary. It would be nice if it was mentioned when we made the booking.

The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal to catch a flight on the next morning.

There is no shower facility which I knew when I booked. The bathroom was about 80 metres away down a public tiled corridor which was not very convenient. The a/c was inefficient and the small mounted fan was noisy. However I was given earplugs to minimise the noise. They said they will have a shower some time in 2026! It was very convenient though.

空港内にあり、ニャチャンへの早朝便に便利です。シャワーがないので、ラウンジが4時半に開くため、4時半チェックアウトしシャワーと朝食を1階のオープンしたばかりのラウンジでいただいたので、問題なし。ラウンジと合わせるプランならよいです。

やはりトイレの位置が、離れていること、歯ブラシとお菓子と水がいただけたと、口コミにありましたが、実際は水のみでした。

Having somewhere private to rest and sleep for a lengthy lay-over was wonderful. Easy to find and check into.

Occhio alla posizione. Io sono atterrata al terminal 2, ma ripartivo dal terminal 2 e le Pod che ho prenotato erano all'1. Quindi da notare i tempi di uscita e rientro. No docce!

Very convenient when you have to spend a night at the airport. Room was quite spacious, with enough space for luggage. Comfortable bed, complimentary bottle of water, slippers, comb and toothbrush.

AC was loud and inefficient - it took a long time to have a pleasant temperature inside the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were as comfortable as could be given they’re in an airport

Shower facilities would be great but I know this is difficult given it’s an airport

I had a great experience staying at VATC SleepPod in Terminal 1. The location inside the airport is very convenient, perfect for transit passengers. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a good rest before our next flight. I especially want to highlight the female staff member (unfortunately I forgot her name) who was extremely helpful. She kindly assisted us with our luggage both at check-in and check-out, which made our stay much smoother and more pleasant. Her warm attitude and excellent service left a very positive impression. Overall, I highly recommend VATC SleepPod to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay at Hanoi Airport.

Situé à côté du lieu de stockage des équipements métalliques (barrières, échafaudages…). Beaucoup de bruit lorsqu’ils viennent déstocker /stocker Climatisation sommaire peu intuitive

予約サイト（Booking.com）での予約情報と、チェックイン時の予約情報に齟齬が発生していたが、フロントのスタッフが柔軟に対応してくれた。 その他、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。
