Location was close enough to the airport, 24 hour check in was fantastic as we arrived at 2am, had a short grab ride to the airport.

Handy to airport, lovely staff and comfortable surroundings.

Maybe needs a bit of updating.

Mr Tommy was great and friendly, very welcoming, The location is good great restaurant and coffee only a 5 minute walk away, I missed breakfast due to an early flight but Mr Tommy did offer to organise something for me but It was not required.

Shower pressure was a bit low but that's my personal reverence, I prefer more pressure

This hotel was perfect for our requirements – an early flight out of Hanoi. The staff were sweet and kind. We ate at a good roadside restaurant a 5 minute walk away.

There was some confusion with the room and neither room we were shown was the one we booked/ as described. It was fine, but felt a little stressful as we were travelling with a baby.

The staff is amazing! They have been so helpfull and kind to me and my wife. The room was big and spacious, location is great - avout 10 minutes from the airport, but it's also surprisingly quiet.

Недалеко от аэропорта. Номер чистый, соотношение цена-качество - оптимальное. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Уличного шума в номере не слышно. Чай/кофе в номере бесплатно. Есть неплохие завтраки. До аэропорта минут 10 на машине.

На завтрак кофе и чай были сверх переслащены. Не кладите сахар вообще, кому надо - сами положат. Гостиница находится в оживленном месте. Трансфер не включен в стоимость номера.

Very close to the airport so very easy to go from and go to the airport especially with having an overnight lay over. Also the room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable

It was nosy with being close to a street but that’s pretty much everywhere in Vietnam. Also there aren’t any restaurants that use grab.

スタッフが素朴な感じ。飛行場近くにある田舎のホテルという感じです。

部屋、ベッドが汗臭い。部屋にあるクローゼットには、他人のＴシャツとフリースが入っており、汗臭くてクローゼットを使う気にならなかった。ベッドに掛ける薄い布団はシーツ生地でくるんでいないので、多数の泊り客が直接触れる状態であり、その布団も汗臭く、寝るのに気持ちが悪かった。朝食はパンと卵焼きとコーヒー飲み、英語が若干通じるのはフロントのスタッフだけであとは全く通じない。2階の食堂や1階のロビーにはヤモリだか、トカゲだかが這っていた。シャワーもお湯が少しでぬるい。とにかく清潔感がなく、もう絶対に泊まる気がしない。写真と実態とでは乖離が大きいホテルです。

This place was great. The owners were very kind and helpful, they drive you to the airport or pick you up for minimal cost, the beds were comfortable and it was only 7 minutes from the airport. We would 100% reccomend.

I have nothing negative to say. I would not reccomend for very long stays because it is far from the old quarter, but we only stayed for one night prior to an early flight the next morning and we could not have asked for anything else.

Good value for money - very convenient location near the airport

The location is really good when you have an early flight to catch the next day. Also, the staff were very friendly. We only stayed for one night, if we'd stayed longer, we might have found a solution to some of the problems.

The most disappointing thing, even though it didn't affect us very much, is that the hotel claims to have balconies, a sun deck, a garden and roof top bar. The pictures also feature a breakfast buffet. None of that applies. Our room was spacious and well equipped, yet it was incredibly hot and stuffy and smelled mouldy accordingly. The bathroom was cleaned but mouldy, too. It's all a bit run down but otherwise fine, except for the fridge that was full of water. For breakfast, we didn't get a choice what to have: they just served us "Western" breakfast (bread, frozen butter, jam and an egg). Since no one was around, we couldn't ask for water or any other beverages. We didn't encounter anyone for check out either - at least the owner is available via WhatsApp. So overall, it was an okay stay for one night, but the fact that the garden, the roof top and the breakfast buffet just don't exist is pretty disappointing.

Simple, clean and convenient to airport. AC and fan in room made for a good nights sleep.

Room OK. There was a modest, adequate breakfast, but not like any of the others hotels at similar price range in Vietnam.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, facing a highway overpass. When we arrived late afternoon we mentioned to the manager that we would want to find a restaurant, but then he disappeared. Only a cleaning man was there, and we couldn’t communicate. The neighborhood looked frightening, scary. Could not walk anywhere,

Breakfast was yammie but basic. Very close to airport. I arrived around 8 in the evening, there were two kids there, but soon the manager called me and a colleague of him brought me to my room. The manager is good in maintaining contact as he sends you the adress and calls you before u arrive.

The room was near the busiest streets, which is convenient but not for resting. The window in the bathroom could not close properly and the door was made of glass, so all the traffic sounds ( which are a lot, like a lot) were bothering me a bit trough the night. The bed is comfy, but i was not sleeping well. The blanket felt and looked a bit old, like i missed a sheet between it. The owner probably tries his best but came off very pushy when i was having breakfast. He texted me round 7:30, and while i was eating he suddenly asked for my phone. He told me his phone was not working properly and before i knew it he was downloading the booking.com app on my phone to give himself a review. I felt very uncomfortable as he kept scrolling trough my phone untill i said i would make review later. He was searching for his hotel name and trying to find out how to leave five stars, but it was not possible yet because it was too soon. However, even if he was friendly and smiling, these were his true intentions, and i understand he needs the money, but this is not the way.

Le petit déjeuner a été préparé par une femme sympathique et il était délicieux.

La salle de bain n'était pas aux normes : pas de papier toilette en quantité suffisante, aucune pression pour l'eau de la douche, tapis de bain salle avec des tâches donc théoriquement à jeter. Le plus important, c'est que la réservation inclut le Service de Navette grâce aux informations du vol, or aucune réservation n'a été faite pour nous, aucune communication à ce propos et nous avons dû réserver un taxi au dernier moment

Темный номер, с видом на решетку соседней кухни или двора дома. Все обшарпанное, ужасного вида душ, засоренная раковина. Скатавшееся постельное белье. Хорошо что у нас было 2 часа и мы уехали.

I arrived at around 2am and was able to check into my room due to 24 hour check in service. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Not a lot to like. Although there was some beer/water/snacks in the fridge, chargeable of course. The staff were nice, but the hotel itself was shabby. We only stayed the night as we were flying the next day and it was close to the airport

The toilet was blocked, what looked like mouse droppings were on the bathroom windowsill

L'établissement n'est pas fiable. Il a annulé notre réservation à la dernière minute sans raison valable. Tout d'abord, ils ont prétexté un problème de télévision. Quand on leur répond que l'absence de télévision ne nous dérange pas, ils ont trouvé une autre excuse d'électricité défectueuse. Ils ont ensuite proposé de nous aider à trouver un autre hôtel et quand on a accepté leur aide, ils répondent de nous débrouiller seuls avec Booking. Nous leur avons mis un avis négatif sur Google ce qui les a fait immédiatement réagir. Ils ont miraculeusement trouvé une chambre dans leur hôtel à moitié prix à condition de ne pas passer par Booking, offre que nous avons bien sûr refusée ! Nous avons choisi un autre hôtel.

For the price this hotel provides everything you need. Rooms are clean, location is brilliant and the breakfast is fantastic. Staff are very friendly and Tommy goes above and beyond to help!

Close to the airport and cheap.

The rooms were very basic. We booked a room with mountain view and our view was on under the bridge. In one room we didn’t have sheets. There were stains on the blanket. The breakfast was just fried eggs with no other options. There is not shuttle to the airport.

The property was not hygienic. The lamp was broken, bathroom door was broken. Bathroom was stinking. For family it’s highly unsuitable.

Location is only 10 minutes from the airport. Tommy the owner is a gentleman, can't do enough for you. Also his staff are just as nice. Great value for the money and clean. For a small fee Tommy will pick up and drop off to the airport just message him to arrange.
