国際線で深夜に到着して、翌朝また国内線移動予定なので、空港内で素泊まり出来るのは、とても楽でありました。

立地条件が良いから価格が高い。部屋のエアコンが寒かった。部屋に温度、風量を調整出来るコントロールが無い。

短い滞在期間でしたが、スタッフの方が大変親切でした。忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、走ってバスまで届けてくれたのは本当に助かりました。

I was given the wrong information about the location. I’ve ended up paying again to sleep in the airport lounge. IF YOU WANT TO STAY THERE YOU “MUST”CLEAR IMMIGRATION AS THE HOTEL IT’S LOCATED AFTER IMMIGRATION!

Great to have this at the airport for a short stay between flight, much more comfortable than the waiting room chairs. Beds were comfortable, it has an old fashioned wake up clock😁

Just the location convenient for early flight to catch

The staff was not friendly, just asking for small favor also can make mocking face..the toilet with no bidet.. it's international airport, should give some thoughts about people that need to do their business in hygienic way.. ridiculous to be struggling with water bottle for the amount of payment that I have made just to secure my booking..small room..and very noisy though..KLIA has offered better.

Locatie! Heerlijk uitgeslapen op reis gegaan. Top! Toilet aan de overkant, 1 minuut lopen. Geen douche. We waren een koffer vergeten en het personeel appte ons hierover. We waren al bij de gate….dus erg lief!!! Net op tijd; want we konden nog terug. Wel duur maar dat weet je als je op het vliegveld slaapt. Wel waard overigens want heeft uitgeslapen op reis

Very handy. Remember you must go through immigration and security so make sure you have a visa. You need a multiple entry one. Very quiet part of the airport. L2. Up to L3 the next morning to check in for my next flight.

It's value for money. I can't complain. The walls are a little thin but it beats a floor or chair in the airport.

We stayed 2 different nights and coincidentally in the exact same unit. The staff are amazing. Location is convenient.

Not have construction noise in the middle of the night. The biggest problem we had was our first stay in this unit... we came in at 11pm at night and around 1pm there was an insane amount of construction noise. I question the staff and they offered earplugs but it was beyond earplug capability. It was like someone was jack hammering right beside our room. The size is challenging for 2 people with their bags since its even hard just to change clothes are move around each other get to the bags. We had the bunk bed version. We also were given just 1 card so that meant fan turned off when one person wasn't in the room since they needed the card to reenter. That limited my daughter's ability to sleep. Having a curtain to pull across each bed would have been helpful to reduce light when the other person is still awake.

Booking.com should explicitly state at the very beginning that you require multiple entry visa, if you are entering the country as the Pods are technically not in the airport.

There are no showers or toilets inside. It is very small and you barely can move. The price is super high just for being inside the airport and comparing to the prices in Vietnam. If I had known, I would have booked a hotel nearby. Not being able to take a shower after a long flight is a minimum for a airport hotel.

Very convenient location. Clean and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and helpful. Also very quiet. Could sleep easily even inside the airport terminal. Zero airplane noise inside the sleep pods.

The price was a little expensive.

Ngan from reception was the kindest and super helpful. I slept here because my friend arrived a day later at 6 AM. The rooms are private and comfortable, although there was a bit of noise during the night (they left me some earplugs, they were appreciated).

Opção perfeita para quem quer acordar literalmente dentro do aeroporto, a poucos metros do checkin.

O banheiro fica do lado de fora e não tem opção de tomar banho. é o banheiro do aeroporto mesmo.

Капсульный отель понравился. Останавливались в нем при ночном перелете с 8 на 9 марта 2026 года. Отель находится на 2 этаже аэропорта, чтобы в него попасть нужно пройти таможню и подняться на 2 этаж. Отель находится в левой части аэропорта, если идти от таможни и смотреть на выход аэропорта. В номере было чисто, есть кондиционер, розетки, бесплатная вода и два бесплатных печенья. Висит телевизор, но мы им не пользовались. Туалет находится напротив отеля, это туалет аэропорта.

К самому отелю вопросов нет, но прмбыв в полночь не нашли где поужинать, так как рестораны в этой части аэропорта уже были закрыты. Нашли палатку на первом этаже которая работала, там купили перекус.

It would be nicer if each pod had a toilet and small shower set up in the room. I stayed in one at Heathrow in London that did have a shower and toilet in the room.

I had a great experience at VATC SleepPod. The pod was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for resting between flights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this for travelers needing a comfortable and private place to rest. Please note that the pods are located in the public area of the airport, so you must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa exemption in order to access the pod!

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and feel strongly that other travelers need to be warned. This hotel is located inside the airport, but the instructions about its location were unclear and misleading — especially regarding whether it is before or after immigration, which can depend on whether you are travelling to or from Vietnam. This makes clear guidance absolutely essential for international and transit passengers. Because of the lack of proper explanation, we entered the immigration zone while transferring between terminals, believing this was the correct process for our journey. Only afterwards did we discover that the hotel was located in an area we could no longer access. Once you pass immigration, you cannot return, which made it impossible for us to use the hotel we had already paid for. What made this even worse is that I was travelling with a child. Instead of having a place to rest during a long and tiring journey, we were left exhausted, stressed, and with no support. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked for at least a partial refund. They refused any refund and insisted that “detailed instructions were provided,” which is not true. They offered that I could use their service within the next six months, but this solution is not realistic for me as I have no plans to travel to or through Vietnam in the near future. Booking.com representatives tried several times to contact the hotel directly to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the hotel did not cooperate and refused to acknowledge that their information was misleading. As a result, I lost money, lost the opportunity to rest, and had to manage a very difficult situation with a tired child. This situation could have been easily avoided if the hotel had clearly explained that access depends on the travel route. Unfortunately, that clarity was missing, and the hotel showed no goodwill when the consequences of this confusion affected the customer.

Great location. Just head up the escalators outside the arrivals hall and you're there in less than two minutes. The room is very compact, but the bed is comfortable and that's what's important.

Both times I stayed I was told that the air-conditioning was automatic and I was discouraged from using the in-room air-conditioner. I ignored that, turned on the air-conditioner, and enjoyed the temperature I wanted. The price is quite high, but they sell out and you can't beat the location.

It's not convenient if you are at the airport on a layover, because you likely need a visa to get there. My visa did not arrive due to processing issues so I was unable to use the facilities and had to sleep in the terminal. My friend's did, so she was able to stay.

Ottima soluzione per passare una notte nell'aeroporto di Noi Bai, soprattutto quando si ha un volo con partenza la mattina presto. La camera è molto essenziale, ma ha abbastanza spazio per la valigia (anche quella da imbarcare), ed è decisamente molto comoda per una notte in aeroporto, visto che include anche un ventilatore, una TV e un minibar. Il piano in cui si trovano le pods era in ristrutturazione quindi non era per niente affollato, il che rendeva meno problematico l'utilizzo dei bagni dell'aeroporto. In generale, un'esperienza positiva e decisamente consigliata se si deve passare una notte all'interno dell'aeroporto.

L'unica pecca è che il posto non dispone di bagni propri, quindi bisogna utilizzare i bagni dell'aeroporto. Fortunatamente il piano era in ristrutturazione quindi i bagni erano relativamente puliti, ma comunque trattandosi di bagni pubblici la pulizia non è certo tra le migliori. Inoltre non credo ci sia la possibilità di farsi la doccia.

Понравилось все! Отель находится в здании аэропорта обособленно! Тишина, нет суеты. Напоминает купе СВ. Чистое белье, туалетные принадлежности, телевизор. Кроме этого дают визитку со скидкой 15% в ресторане.

Замечаний нет.
