Hallo, ik wil graag een klacht indienen over mijn boeking. Soort klacht: Overig Extra informatie: Had een boeking gedaan en moest 75€ voorschot betalen + tax die was mooi afgehandeld. Nu zijn we bijna 1 maand verder heb nog steeds mijn voorschot niet ontvangen en had ze meermaals aangesproken en kreeg hetezlfde antwoordt dat ze ernaar gaan kijken en geen antwoord erna!

We kregen geen bericht welke huisnummer. Er waren mensen boven ons lawaai aan maken stappen op de grond. Deur van 1ste kamer kon niet helemaal toe van onder is die open.

The apartment is close to the city center

It was very difficult to communicate with the people responsible for the apartment. The listing said that there was a fan for cooling, but the fan was broken and did not work properly. The bathroom was very small, and the apartment floor was worn out and made noise when walking on it. Overall, the apartment needs some maintenance and improvement. After I booked the apartment and received the booking confirmation, I was told that I had to pay an additional tourist tax or some kind of fee in order to collect the keys to the apartment. This was not clearly mentioned to me before completing the booking.

Inchecken was om 16u maar wanneer we aankwamen was er nog iemand aan het poetsen. We zijn pas tegen 17u binnen kunnen gaan. Daarnaast waren er veel plekken op de muren.

The service is totally off, they ask to pay a deposit outside of booking and stop replying when asking back. Scam. Just find better people and options out there.

Owner ask for online check in than persued with not awnsering his whatsapp. Already payed. Didnt got a check in code & had to book another place. Not even a sorry!!!!’ The incompetence…. Gonna ask for een refund

NOTHING, THE PLACE IS A SCAM, AVOID IT!

This place is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. The apartment advertised on Booking.com doesn't appear to exist. The address they provide is incomplete (just *Lange Nieuwstraat*, with no street number), so when we arrived, there was literally nothing to find. We spent ages walking around with our luggage, trying to locate the "deluxe apartment" we had booked, before finally contacting the host. Only then did they tell us the apartment had supposedly been double booked and that they were moving us to another property. This wasn't communicated beforehand. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The replacement apartment was nothing like the one we paid for. We booked a deluxe apartment with two separate rooms and ended up in a dirty, sketchy place with no separate bedrooms. The bathroom was tiny and awkwardly located in the hallway, the shower was barely usable, and there were constant problems with hot water. It was absolutely not what was advertised. Communication was another disaster. Everything happens through WhatsApp, and messages mysteriously disappear, leaving no record of check-in details, codes, or agreements. We had also arranged a late check-out, but apparently nobody knew about it because a cleaning lady came to harass us and insisted we should already have left. The entire experience was stressful, misleading, and completely unprofessional. And Booking.com was just as disappointing. I reported everything immediately, including that the advertised apartment couldn't even be found and that we had been moved to a completely different property. They couldn't have cared less. No real support, no follow-up, no resolution. They simply left us to deal with it ourselves. Stay somewhere else. There are plenty of honest hosts in Antwerp. This is not one of them.

All the rest. It starts when arriving... the secure keyboard is dialed to the secret code so anybody could have taken the key, duplicated it and then rob the place blind. It wasn't just our keyboard but ALL the boxes were dialed to the code allowing them to be opened. The place was HOT and the shower was broken. The rains however head wasn't functioning because the pipe bringing the water up to the head was spraying water everywhere... clean Ness was so so at best, best seen in 2 empty drinks cans still on the window sill and a half drank bottle of coke next to one of the beds. The stair rails were in a bad state and if one would trip one could easily have fallen all the way down. As an added insult cane the noise level of people around the place. Loud, obnoxious and all night long. We were able to sleep at 6am, not before

Er was een dubbele boeking, waardoor wij een kleinere kamer kregen (waren met 5 personen en kregen een vierpersoons appartement). Vroegen om compen, maar hier werd niet mee ingestemd. Erg jammer, want hierdoor komen wij in ieder geval niet meer terug.

Vorsicht Betrug! Nachdem man bucht, erhält man eine WhatsApp, dass man pro Person pro Nacht 6 Euro Touristensteuern bezahlen soll. Erst dann erhält man die Schlüssel. Auf der Booking Seite werden die Kosten aber nicht angezeigt. Gegen 3 Uhr hat eine Person die Tür aufgeschlossen und kam in unser Zimmer. Nachdem ich wach wurde ist die Person schnell gegangen ohne etwas zu sagen. Die Frage ist jetzt, warum ein Mitarbeiter gegen 3 Uhr nachts in das Zimmer geht? Unser Zimmer war in der ersten Etage und man hört die Nachbarn sehr laut, insbesondere wenn die Nachbarn die Treppen runter gehen, ist es also würden sie sich vor einem unterhalten, wenn man im Bett liegt und schlafen möchte. Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen.

Er stond op dat er 2 slaapkamers waren maar er was 1 slaapkamer en een bed in de keuken.

Mijn waarborg is gewoon gestolen. Ik heb op tijd uit gechecked en de sleutels persoonlijk overhandigd aan het poets personeel en dit heb ik ook heel duidelijk gecommuniceerd met de accommodatie, maar nu wilt die mijn waarborg niet terug geven omdat de sleutels volgens hem in de locker moesten terwijl hij aan de telefoon zei dat het oké was. Ook het telefoongesprek was heel onaangenaam. Totaal NIET klantvriendelijk gericht en maakt heel de tijd sarcastische opmerkingen. Dat is niet oké!!!

Geen warm water en enorm slechte hulp om dit op te lossen , geen antwoord , nog compensatie en heel onbeleefd aan de telefoon met als antwoord op het ijskoude water dat het gelukkig warm was buiten dus weinig last van het koude water Late check out geboekt en toch heel onbeleefd wakker gemaakt door een gebrekkig engels sprekende poetsvrouw die hier niet van op de hoogte was en ons dus toch verzocht om het etablissement te verlaten

The location was great, but there was no breakfast provided, not sure if it was included anyway.

There was not enough towels, the general cleanness state was a bit off. The loudness of other people in the house was extremely bothering during the night. Besides, we were not aware there is no doors between the 2 "rooms" and the bathroom. Having an open floor plan to share with colleagues was a bit strange. We couldn't sleep all night due to the bad isolation. I personally woke 10 times during the night, thinking somebody is entering our room since you can literally hear everything from the entrance hall. I do not recommend for more than a night.

It is spacious. We liked the little terras. The beds were nice.

It is very dark. There are lights but they’re not so bright. (As girls we missed a large mirror. And a bigger mirror in the bathroom area.)It was also a bit strange that everything was connected…. Only the toilet was separated. The rest was all one space… even the bathroom. However, we didn’t mind that for just one evening.

Kein Parkplatz, habe Apartment im Erdgeschoss gebucht und habe einz im obersten Stock bekommen. Treppe war so schmal das ich mit dem Koffer nicht nach oben gehen konnte. Schon im Eingang war so ein Gestank das ich mich zwingen musste nach oben zu gehen. Ich habe das Apartment gar nicht benutzt. Schade um das viele Geld was ich dafür bezahlt habe

Le seul vrai point positif de ce logement est son emplacement, en plein centre d’Anvers. Malheureusement, le reste de l’expérience a été très décevant. Le logement était extrêmement sombre, avec très peu de lumière naturelle et des lampes qui éclairaient à peine. Les équipements étaient quasiment inexistants : pas de télévision, pas de fer à repasser, et un frigo minuscule. Il n’y avait également aucun Wi-Fi, ce qui n’était pas clairement mis en avant. Le plus problématique reste le fait que l’eau chaude ne fonctionnait plus dès le deuxième jour. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour contacter l’hôte, impossible d’avoir une vraie assistance. Nous étions redirigés vers un chatbot qui ne comprenait pas les demandes et répondait complètement à côté. Enfin, le jour de notre arrivée, de nouveaux voyageurs étaient sur le point de s’installer dans un logement à l’étage alors que les occupants précédents y étaient encore présents. Cela donnait une impression générale de désorganisation totale. Honnêtement, à part l’emplacement, je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement.

Ils nous volent notre argent ! Bannissez cet établissement, vous pouvez voir que les seuls commentaires positifs sont des faux commentaires de faux comptes, et tous les mauvais commentaires ont raisons et sont bien fondés, effectivement cet établissement nous vole notre argent, nous avions demandé un remboursement sans frais qui fut refusés car ils nous ont demandés sur Whatsap de payés des frais pour 123€ en plus qui ne sont en aucuns cas mentionnés sur Booking et dans les conditions générales de Booking il est inscrit qu’il est strictement interdit de réclamer un autre paiement en dehors de l’application Booking, malgré de multiples appels avec Booking le jour J (4 mai) et même les jours précédents nous n’avons toujours pas eu de nouvelles pour le remboursement qu’ils ont également réclamés après le notre qui date d’il y a 1 semaine. Nous montons un dossier avec d’autres personnes ayant eu affaire à cet établissement et le « propriétaire » et nous souhaitons l’emmener en justice afin de revoir la couleur de notre argent et éviter que ce genre d’incident puisse encore être acceptés et ne sont pas contrôlés. J’ai même comme preuve que nous avons donc choisi un autre logement et que si nous l’avions pas prévus nous aurions dormis à la rue.

Dat ik midden van het moment mij klaarmaak het stroom is uitgevallen en is nooit meer ook terug aangegaan na ik ben terug gekomen de lichten branden ook niet hard had meer licht verwacht en ook dat er geen spiegel was

L’emplacement était parfait, beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques à proximité. Le balcon est sympa, et le chauffage est top.

La douche ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié, passant de froid à tiède constamment c’est la guerre pour avoir de l’eau chaude ce qui est terriblement désagréable lorsqu’il fait froid. Autre point très négatif la porte fenêtre qui mène sur le balcon est à moitié cassée, il faut lutter pour la remettre correctement. De plus, les lumières tamisées sont agréables et cocooning mais la journée on ne voit strictement rien.

Wij konden vanaf 16:00 inchecken. Bij aankomst om 16:00 was de kamer nog niet klaar en moesten we wachten tot de schoonmaakster klaar was. Er lag geen normale vloer, enkel wat planken. Hiervoor hebben wij slippers gekocht. Het was niet te doen om hier op blote voeten of sokken te lopen ivm splinters en uitstekende spijkers. Er lagen veel haren op het bed en in de douche. In de gootsteen lag een of ander bloedstolsel?! Verder kon het raam niet dicht. Het gebouw zelf is al erg gehorig dus veel overlast van buren. Maar ook op de straat hele nacht schreeuwende mensen en last van het verkeer. Appartement stonk naar rook door waarschijnlijk buren die binnen aan het roken waren. Verder is alleen de locatie top, binnen 10 minuten sta je midden in het centrum.

Wir wurden vor unserer Ankunft nicht darüber informiert, dass sich der PIN für den Locker geändert hat. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar – nur über WhatsApp bzw. eine KI konnten wir Kontakt aufnehmen, was sehr unprofessionell wirkt. Erst nach etwa 40 Minuten haben wir den neuen PIN erhalten, allerdings war kein Schlüssel im Locker hinterlegt. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, das wir nicht gebucht hatten und das in keiner Weise den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite entspricht. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns in keiner Weise entgegengekommen wurde. Auch auf unsere Anfrage, das Apartment aufgrund der Mängel früher zu verlassen, gab es keinerlei Reaktion – das Problem wurde einfach ignoriert. Letztendlich waren wir gezwungen, uns noch in der ersten Nacht eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen.

Das einzige positive war die Lage in direkter Zentrumsnähe

Wir hatten die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Der Aufenthalt war mehr als enttäuschend! 1. Bei Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung durch den Vermieter, sollten wir plötzlich noch 6€/Nacht/Person zahlen (Touristensteuer, die leider nirgends erwähnt war), sonst gibt es keinen Schlüssel-Code. 2. Bei Ankunft war die komplette Straße wegen Bauarbeiten an den Straßenbahnschienen vorm Haus gesperrt. Ein Heranfahren an die Unterkunft, um wenigstens das Gepäck auszuladen, war nicht möglich. Während der gesamten 5 Tage Aufenthalt den ganzen Tag Baulärm ab 6.30Uhr bis Nachts. Für die Baustelle kann niemand etwas, aber ein Hinweis durch die Vermieter, vor allem bzgl. der erschwerten Zufahrt, wäre nett gewesen! Desweiteren wurde uns der falsche Code für die Schlüssel Box übermittelt. Wir standen 1 Stunde vor der Unterkunft bis uns der richtige Code geschickt wurde! 3. Terrasse war nicht nutzbar, da die Terrassentür wohl schon länger defekt ist und sich nicht öffnen lässt. 4. keine Türen zwischen den einzelnen Zimmern. Eines der insgesamt 3 Betten steht im Wohnbereich. Privatsphäre gleich null. Auch im Bad! 5. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Im Bad kaum Licht. Ein mini Spiegel der zu hoch hängt ohne Licht. Schminken etc. nicht möglich. 6. Die größte Katastrophe war allerdings, das wir 5 Tage kein richtiges warmes Wasser hatten. Das Wasser wechselte ständig von einer auf die andere Minute von warm zu eiskalt. Die Vermieter wurden informiert, auch durch booking.com, aber gekümmert wurde sich nicht! Duschen nicht möglich! Am Tag der Abreise kam dann, unangekündigt Morgens um 8Uhr der Hausbesitzer und wollte rein. 7. Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt. Manchmal hatte man das Gefühl,dass gleich die Decke runter kommt, wenn in der Wohnung oben drüber jemand gelaufen ist. 8. Küchenausstattung bzgl. Geschirr/Töpfe/etc. sehr dürftig und alles schon sehr abgenutzt. 9.

Location was convenient

Property was advertised as having two bedrooms and a living area. In reality it was one open plan space with no doors at all or privacy. One end of it had two double beds in it and an opening directly on to shower area with bathroom sink (no doors or privacy at all). Then there was another open plan end of the space which had a 2 seater sofa, dining table, kitchen AND a double bed in it. Just off of this was a literally a cupboard with a window, dirty walls and dirty unfinished floor containing the toilet - at least this had a door for some privacy. It would probable be ok for a couple, but not for our planned trip with friends which needed some privacy and 2 bedrooms (why we booked this place based on its description at the time!). There is also significant construction work going on right up to the door of the property and several hundred feet in each direction. Numerous very dangerous trip hazards, open manholes, open holes in to cellars and raised obstructions. It was impossible to wheel luggage down the temporary unfinished bit of space left to access the property meaning awkwardly carrying very heavy bags. Construction work right outside started at 8am and was noisy, but we were already awake at that point due to some kind of alarms going off in the communal area of the property repeatedly at all hours. Did notify the owners through the site this was happening, but no response. The flat itself was dirty, the floor was just unfinished floor boards with splinters in places, and the communal entrance and staircase really dirty and with trip hazards on stairs (Carpet) and very loose handrails protecting the staircase. Very very disappointing, but Booking.com customer services were excellent in dealing with our complaint regarding the misdescribed property - despite the property itself not responding to their follow up. Well done Booking.com!

Wir waren schon häufiger hier, und kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation ist einfach und schnell. Betten bequem, die Küche für einige Tage passend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, uns störte die Baustelle gegenüber nicht, weil wir ja tagsüber unterwegs waren. Interessant wird es wenn die Straßenbahn vor der Tür fährt. Wir sind gespannt.

Schade ist, daß die Balkontür defekt ist, also schwer hängt. Die Wohnungstür ist schon sehr dünn und man hört so alles im Treppenhaus, uns hat es wenig gestört aber wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat…

The apartment is actually a bit bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics I needed. Check-in was quick and the host was super easy to get a hold of.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and a very smooth check-in process. The host was helpful and the location was spot on. Everything went exactly as planned.

It was terrible place i can't stay. I went to book another hotel. The re is repair heavy going on. The tram rail is been replaced the pavement is no go area. The place is not safe. The door cannot be closed see all the photo. The address house no not stated. Very terrible road leading to the hotel I have called you to cancelled and mail but no reply from you.

Er was een vaatwas aanwezig. Balkon aanwezig, al het keukengerei was aanwezig, ook voorzien van genoeg handdoeken ect. Prijs was ook zeer scherp.

Geen TV, Grote Douchekop werkt amper, en ook lichte schimmelvorming in de muren rondom de douche, Het gebouw is ook al verouderd en de sloten zijn zwak.
