Po rezervaci a platbě na Bookingu Hotel zaslal dopis s požadavkem další platby, chtěli větší častku než ubytování stalo na Bookingu. Neodpovídali na volaní ani na SMS. Nedostala jsem kliče, nebyla jsem ubytována. Nikdo peníze nevrátil. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!

We stayed in the appartement for 2 nights. The appartement is located above a club which causes for a lot of noise during the night. Also in terms of hygiene the place is not recommended, in the closet behind the bed there was mold. To make matters worse we were required to PAY A €75 DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE, which we were told to be refunded after our stay. However, we NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. We tried to contact the host through multiple channels without success. No one is picking up the phone and messages remain unanswered. We cannot recommend a stay in this place!

The stay itself was fine, but unfortunately the way things were handled afterwards has been very disappointing. A €75 security deposit was required, with a clear statement that it would be refunded automatically within 2–7 business days after check-out. Several weeks have now passed, and I still have not received my deposit. I contacted the property multiple times via both WhatsApp and email. Eventually, I was told that the issue had been “urgently” escalated to their finance team. However, even after that, I received neither the refund nor any meaningful follow-up. Multiple reminders and a clear deadline have made no difference. It is unfortunate that an otherwise fine stay has ended this way. Having to chase a €75 deposit for several weeks, combined with the lack of adequate communication, is highly unprofessional. A warning to future guests: be aware of the security deposit and keep records of all payments and communication with the property. Based on my experience, getting the deposit back can be extremely difficult, even after repeated requests. I would not book this property again unless the way deposits and guest communication are handled improves significantly.

The room was cozy, clean, and spacious. Coffee and tea were also provided in the room. The hotel is located right in the city centre, with everything within walking distance. The room had everything you could possibly need, from plates to earplugs. The hotel left us with an excellent impression

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief äußerst schlecht ab. Der einzige Weg zur Kontaktaufnahme ging nur über WhatsApp und wurde auch dort die meiste zeit ignoriert.

Dat er geen airco was en dat ik binnen 7 dagen mijn borg zal terug krijgen, maar die heb ik nog steeds niet gekregen.

Ben er niet geweest ik kreeg via watsapp een link waar je betaling moest doen . Gelijk contact op genomen met booking .com die zeiden nadrukkelijk in geen geval de link openen alles is al voldaan via booking.com. Op locatie niemand aanwezig en als je ze belt nemen ze niet op ik moest eerst betalen via de link en dan kreeg ik de sleutel code . Al met al zeer slechte ervaring

The appartment it’s located on top of a nightclub that runs up to 4 am! Also it’s a beautiful street, but full of nightclubs all next to each other, we saw and heard drunk teenagers, screaming, fighting and vomiting in the street until sunrise. It’s a beautiful apparment but do not book it on a weekend! the whole appartment shakes!

we konden met een grote groep op 1 locatie slapen voor een kleine prijs twn opzichte van hotels in dw buurt. ligging midden in centrum fijn voor een weekendje.

De badkamer was niet op dezelfde kamer waardoor je de gezamelijke gang op moest met andere gasten om naar het toilet te gaan of douchen etc. en het mocht ook properder.

De locatie! Het ligt wel boven uitgaansgelegenheid wat tot 06:00 doorgaat met muziek.

Afgelopen weekend verbleef ik hier met twee vriendinnen voor één nacht in Antwerpen. Helaas viel het verblijf erg tegen. Bij aankomst merkten we direct dat de accommodatie niet goed was schoongemaakt. Op verschillende plekken lag stof en vuil en de algemene indruk was rommelig en onverzorgd. Ook het vloerkleed zag er vies uit. Daarnaast vonden we zelfs een doosje Smint in het tapijt, wat niet bepaald de indruk gaf dat er grondig was schoongemaakt voor onze komst. Het meest storende was de badkamer. Er zat een bruine vlek op het toiletpapier en het toilet lekte continu, waardoor er steeds water op de vloer lag. Dat gaf een onhygiënisch gevoel en zorgde voor overlast tijdens ons verblijf. Daarnaast betaalden wij €40 voor een early check-in, terwijl in de accommodatie zelf op een informatieblad stond vermeld dat een late check-out slechts €35 kost. Dat vonden wij vreemd en niet erg transparant. Tot slot pakte ik een glas uit de keukenkast dat al kapot bleek te zijn. Ook dat draagt niet bij aan een verzorgde en veilige indruk van de accommodatie. Met het warme weer is een ventilator ook prettig. Voor de prijs hadden we verwacht dat de accommodatie schoon, goed onderhouden en netjes zou zijn. Helaas was dat niet het geval. Op basis van onze ervaring zouden wij deze accommodatie niet aanbevelen.

My partner and I ended up sleeping on the floor next to the station because the owner never sent us the code and it was too late to register anywhere else. All they had to say the following day was that we were supposed to contact them before midnight, which we did, by e-mail. No need to say we never got our money back. Don't expect any human decency, or anything.

Die nacht hebben we op straat moeten doorbrengen omdat we niet binnen konden. Er was geboekt en betaald maar mijn vertrouwen om te kunnen rekenen op een plek om te slapen werd afgestraft met een nacht vol ellende. Merci.

Locatie midden in het centrum. Is er fijn, wel met name als je van het nachtleven houdt. Je krijgt namelijk wel veel mee van het uitgaansleven

In het 6 persoons apartment bevond onze badkamer zich buiten de kamer. We moesten dus over de gang om naar het toilet te gaan. Lekkage van de wc waarvoor we contact hadden gezocht, zou gemaakt worden, helaas niet gedaan. In de beschrijving stond 2x 2persoonsbed, 1x 1 persoons en een slaapbank. 1 persoonsbed was er niet. Foto’s laten lijken of je een aparte slaapkamer hebt, dit is niet het geval. Zit op een soort balustrade in de kamer. Warmte moeilijk uit de kamer te krijgen waardoor we de hele nacht met raam open hebben geslapen. Geen oog dicht gedaan door het uitgaansleven wat tot 5 uur sochtends duurde, daarna nog een schoonmaakploeg met veel geluid door de straat. Bij aankomst klopte de code die we over de whatsapp hadden gekregen niet. Contact opnemen met accommodatie ging niet geheel vanzelf. Dit is erg erg jammer.

It was very loud because of the bars at Groote Markt. But this was not the most important problem.

I had a traumatic experience at this place. There is no reception. During my stay, two aggressive men managed to enter the building, claiming they booked the same room. After i sent them away and closed the door, they came back after one hour, shouting and banging on my door. I contacted the hotel but they did not give any support. I then called the police who came but the two aggressive men had already left the building. This happened three times during this night. I had to call the police two times. The hotel management did not give any support to me, neither in that night nor afterwards when i sent them my report. I was terrified for my life and had to book another hotel and flee the accommodation at 7 AM. Afterwards, they flatly refused any refund and only offered me a "discount for the next stay." Zero empathy, zero security.

It is indeed located in a nice area, but at night it gets super loud, walls are thin like paper and you can also hear neighbors shouting. The lock does not feel very safe also so for two women staying alone at the suite it was not a very pleasant experience.

They say about giving the deposit back in a week but that is a complete lie. People on google write reviews about company not giving back the deposit for months so they just give up. I hope the company sees my message and reviews and considers giving back my deposit because extra 80 euros is a lot for this unpleasant experience. Also the toilet and shower is not in the apartment, you have to go out the corridor to enter, which with the questionable environment was not ideal.

Location was great, we were right in the centre! Apartment was a bit tight for 7 people , however most of the time is spend outdoors anyways. 2 Double beds were comfortable, 2 persons sofa bed was easily put together and we got a one person stretcher which was alright. Hosts were very accommodating and answered questions quickly. Did have to pay tourist tax, €6 per person. But overall price was very good. Bathroom was in the hallway, however you can lock it and it's very spacious. Shower was great.

Super zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Saubere und moderne küchenausstattung. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Man hätte in der Beschreibung erwähnen können, dass die Betten im selben Raum wie die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind, nur halt mit einer Treppe verbunden. Keine getrennten Schlafzimmer. Und Unterkunft befindet sich direkt über einem Club der ab Donnerstags bis 4 Uhr Musik spielt. Ist aber kein Problem wenn man selber auch feiern ist oder einen nicht allzu leichten Schlaf hat.

Die Lage, dass es sehr zentral gewesen ist und man viel Platz hatte in der Unterkunft.

Die Schublade worin sich der Föhn befand war voller Haare und es hätte generell etwas sauberer sein können. Außerdem war es viel zu laut, dass hätte man anmerken können, auch dass man eine Touristen Gebühr zahlen muss, war auf booking.com nirgends zu sehen.

Voor de 2e keer hier mogen overnachten. Super tevreden! Er is wat overlast Savonds maar daarvoor krijg je wel een toplocatie terug. Je betaalt niet veel dus in mijn ogen mag je dan ook niet TE veel verwachten. Het appartement zag er hygiënische uit en ik zou zeker nog eens komen .

Net appartement, met fijne badkamer. Bedden zijn opgemaakt, handdoeken liggen klaar. Appartement voorzien van vaatwasser.

Locatie zou top kunnen zijn, als je de hele nacht door haalt. Zit boven een club. Dus heel veel geluid tot 6.00. Dus als je niet van plan bent om een avondje de kroeg in te gaan. Is dit wel een tegenvaller.

The bed was comfy and the washroom was nice, also thanks for the earplugs, we absolutely needed them.

It was a mess to get the codes in WhatsApp, I paid the tourist tax at 10 am, but we only got codes 20 minutes before the check-in time, around 3h40. All this time there was an option to store our things in the hallway which they only announced. Also you chat with a bot instead of a person, you can't get any answers. The place itself is not too bad if you plan to just sleep there, and the kitchen looked nice, but the whole impression is a mess. The main room has a sofa full of stains and holes from cigarettes, window blinds just falling apart, heating is only by 2 small heaters, even if they have radiators in every room. There was no soap, and for shampoo/conditioner there's a big pump bottle of unknown content. The worst part is that the street has a rave place and the bass will keep you up no matter how tired you are, but earplugs help a lot. It's not the worst place overall, but I won't recommend it unless it's the last resort.

nothing, we cancelled our stay after arriving and first smelling the stale cigarette smell and decided to leave as the apartment was clearly unhygienic. The smoke detectors were also disconnected, which is not very legal or safe in my opinion.

The place is quite nice but there is a disco on the ground floor with booming loud music until 5 AM. I don’t think one should rent out a place with this issue.

El baño no queda dentro del apartamento y no lo comunican, es muy incomodo eso. Les avise que el váter estaba botando agua y nunca hicieron nada.

En primer lugar cuando llegas te comunican que tienes que pagar unas tasas “impuesto municipal”. Hasta que no hagas la transferencia no te mandan el código para poder entrar en la habitación. También importante este aspecto si llegas de noche. La atención es solo vía WhatsApp. No te cogen el teléfono. En cuanto al apartamento estaba sucio y no tenía sábanas. Está muy céntrico y hay mucho mucho ruido que te imposibilita dormir. Hasta las 3 de la madrugada no hubo algo de silencio. El agua caliente no iba. Pedimos una solución y ni siquiera nos contestaron. Nefasta atención al cliente. No repetiría nunca.

Solid place for the price. It felt like a lot of thought went into making it comfortable for guests. The neighborhood is safe and there are some great coffee shops just a block away. Highly recommend.

They don’t pay back the deposit

De accommodatie is veel kleiner dan verwacht. Maar alsnog beter dan andere plekken. Mooi verlichte gang

De douch was echter niet in dezelfde kamer je moet dus elke keer als je naar toilet wilt of wilt douchen de kamer verlaten en door de gang gaan. HET ERGSTE VAN AL IS, AL VERLAAT JE DE KAMER OP TIJD EN HOUDT JE JE AAN DE REGELS KRIJG JE JE BORG NIET TERUG!!!!!! Als meer dan een maand wacht ik op mijn 75 euro borg en ze sturen je steeds links waar je klachten kunt indienen maar doen er niks aan om het op te lossen. Na een tijd antwoorden ze ook niet het boeit hun niet dat jij je €75 kwijt bent.

Nummer op het gebouw is onduidelijk.

Vochtplekken in de kamer op de muur. Je rook een muffe geur als je in de kamer kwam. Niet gezond om daar te overnachten. De verwarming deed het niet, het was dus ijskoud op de kamer. Je krijgt je waarborg van 75 euro niet terug. Communicatie verloopt slecht. Ze sturen je naar stripe voor de waarborg terug te laten betalen. Maar zij betalen enkel aan het hotel terug en die moeten het dan doorstorten naar hun klanten, wat dus niet gebeurd! Een gewaarschuwd mens is er 2 waard! Er was tot 4u geluidsoverlast van zware bassen, zelf met oorstoppen slaap je er niet. Ze doen moeilijk om de waarborg terug te geven, moet je echt achterzitten. Wij hebben de kamer netjes achtergelaten maar ze zeggen dat ze technische fouten ondervinden en dat je zelf contact moet opnemen met stripe. Terwijl zij hiermee een contract hebben en dus zelf contact moeten opnemen met deze instantie. Dit is niet klantvriendelijk. De communicatie hierover loopt alles behalve vlot. Ze sturen je van hier naar daar en je komt niet verder. Echt niet professioneel! Dus als je een kamer vol schimmel wil en veel geld wil kwijt zijn dan moet je zeker bij hen boeken!

Heel leuke plaats, wij hebben lekker geslapen ik als lawaai maar wij hebben daar niets van gemerkt. Het was ook heel proper, ik zou zeggen pluim voor het team. Leuk dat er ook tv was.

Diese Unterkunft nicht buchen! Wir fanden einen leeren Locker ohne Schlüssel vor und sind somit gar nicht erst in die Unterkunft gekommen. Jeglicher Kontakt war vergebens, wir haben bis heute keine Antwort erhalten noch unser Geld zurückerstattet bekommen.

Alles. Wir fanden keine Schlüssel vor und mussten wieder abreisen. Das Unternehmen kommt seinen Pflichten nicht nach und erstattet dann auch kein Geld!

Koud water in de douche, geen code ontvangen op het tijdstip dat werd meegegeven. Zelf contact moeten opnemen op de dag van aankomst toen we aan de deur stonden om binnen te geraken. Zeer moeizame communicatie. Perfecte locatie, mooi gebouw uitgezonderd de inkom beneden. Daar stond een vuilzak en lag rommel op de grond. Vanaf de 1e verdieping was het proper en goed onderhouden.

Goede locatie, midden in de stad. Appartement was schoon en netjes. Er was duidelijke communicatie over de bereikbaarheid van het appartement.

Erg gehorig, de andere bezoekers zijn goed en duidelijk hoorbaar in het appartement. Echter was er ‘s ochtends geen warm water meer in de douche, wat ongunstig was.

That there is a beautiful kichten to ourselves and that all things and all was clean and the bathrooml was 👍 good.

The beds are not comfy and that there is no fan it's hot in there.

El apartamento es bonito

Muy ruidoso, las almohadas son viejas e incómodas. Los vecinos estuvieron gritando hasta las 4 de la mañana. Se escucha todo lo de la calle y también se ve la luz del pasillo por la puerta. Es una pena, el apartamento es bonito pero no puedes descansar, además se siente un poco inseguro.

Beautiful appartment, everything within walking distance. Clean and good amenities. Highly recommended!
