Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, mit Blick auf die Donau und die andere Seite von Wien. Sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, und auch Geschäfte sind ringsherum verteilt. Im der Milleniums-City in der Nähe befinden sich eine große Anzahl Restaurants - von typisch wienerisch bis exotisch - von Restaurantkette bis exklusiv. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist das Erholungsgebiet an der 'Donau - ein großer Kinderspielplatz und eine Hundefreilaufzone. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Parkgarage im Haus ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. - Eine so gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir selten erlebt.

Mieszkanie przytulne, wygodne, cieplutkie, czyściutkie, z wszystkimi udogodnieniami jak w opisie, a widok z okna na Dunaj jest cudowny. Bardzo blisko jest linia tramwaju 2 do centrum, metro też jest niedaleko. Jest również miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym parkingu. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Moǰ pobyt był bardzo udany

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Έχει θέα στο Δούναβη. Σε δέκα λεπτά μπορεις να φτάσεις στο σταθμό όπου υπάρχει μετρό και προαστιακός. Στα δύο λεπτά υπάρχει στάση τραμ και λεωφορείο. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Έχει όλα όσα χρειάζονται για μία άνετη διαμονή. Πολύ καθαρό, και άνετο. Επίσης έχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενικός, μας υποδέχτηκε και μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμαστε. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Very close to U bahn and bus stops, millenium centre. Parking included in underground garrage with safe access. Kitchen was very good equiped. Very warm everywhere(central heating).

Carpet under sofa schould be replaced, looked dirty and old. Some of the tiles in bathroom are falling down(this is not an issue in the bathroom,just not looking good).

Apartamentul spatios, calduros, aproape de tramvaiul care ajunge direct in centru.

Curatenia - pentru canapeaua din sufragerie nu exista lenjerie, desi am platit pentru 3 persoane. Iar lenjeria din dormitor, pe langa ca era sifonata, nu parea a fi spalata ( erau si foarte multe fire de par agatate). Nici baia nu arata mult prea bine, se vedeau urme pe geamul de la cada.

O proprietário, bastante amável e prestável. Localização segura, perto do rio. Proximidade a transportes públicos, facilitando o acesso ao centro da cidade. Casa confortável, limpa e mesmo muito completa

Close to train stations and multiple grocery options. Easy to get to sightseeing locations. Most required one train change. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Great view of the Danube. Comfortable bed. Easy parking in underground lot.

The water closet was a little unusual. It could get a little warm on a hot day.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Everything was wonderful. Very convenient transportation with tram 2 to the center. Clean and well maintained apartment.

The view was great. The heating of the flat was goooooood. The apartmant has had everything we needed.

Aoun was super friendly and very helpful. Apartment is spacious, clean and you have everything you need. He even went an extra mile and bought brand new baby crib for our 9 months old baby crib. Could not recommend this host and this apartment more.

If I have to write one thing, it's the location. It's not super far away from the center, but it does require a bit planing ahead if you need to arrive somewhere on time. Otherwise everything else is 10/10

Owner, Mr. Mo, was very helpfull and supportive. The appartment was fully equipped including tea and coffee available. Everything was clean. Location is great as is described in other reviews. It was not hot, so we had closed windows during the night. If open, there is lot of noice from outside cars and trains. But it is normal in the city. Lidl supermarket is 250m by walk. Wifi is stable and good. Parking slot in garage was great too. We enjoyed great Vienna visit.

Really good accomodation. Grest location, close to everything, it had everything we needed and more, it looks great and the host was very helpful.

Food out bed in the main area was concrete, flashing light on the oven could not be turned off. Ad showed washing machine in the unit but there was only a community machine(s) available.

Nothing all good

It's very large and clean apartment with all facilities you need including the cleaning tools Its located 10 minutest walking to the metro and less than 5 minutest walking to Danube River. There's big mall near the the metro with many kinds of restaurants and shop's There is also good size grocery within less than 10 minute's. Highly recommended.

1. The apartment doesn't has washing machine but there's one shared in Floor number 1 with little fees ( less than 1 Euro) but required credit card. However the owner guided us how to use it 2. The design of the WC.

A wonderful view of the Danube and the ships. Possibility to run on the bike path right by the water. Despite the road under the windows and the train, it didn't disturb us at all, it was beautifully quiet. The equipment of the apartment is very above standard, in fact there is everything you need and something extra. Basically, it was a furnished apartment without personal belongings. There are several shops nearby where you can buy food, so there is plenty to choose from. We also really appreciated the free parking right in the house in the underground garage. You don't just get lucky in Vienna, you usually pay quite a bit extra. Another plus was that the owner accommodated us even with a later departure. Overall we were very satisfied and would have stayed longer. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent flat. The landlord provided very detailed and easy to follow instructions and he met me on the day at the house. The flat was better than my expectations. 1. The location is great. The river is in front of you and the train station is literally 3-4 minutes away. From the station you can take a train or underground - trains are more appropriate if you want to get to the centre which is literally 15 mins away. 2. A couple of mins away from the house there is a tram stop (basically this is where tram number 2 starts). You can take the tram and get to the centre in 20 minutes. Half of the days this is how we moved back and forth to/from the centre. 3. Lidl and Spar are 4-5 minutes away and provide everything you need. Outside the train station there is a vegetable and fruit market, but mind you that it is a bit expensive. 4. As far as I understand there is a parking space coming with the flat, but we haven't used it. The landlord can confirm. 5. The facilities of the flat are very good, you can tell that the landlord is paying attention. Kitchen and bathroom are new, the sofas/couches are all new, there is a massive TV with lots of TV channels, the electrical appliances are all new and functional. There is even a portable air condition unit. 6. Internet is fast and stable. 7. The flat has great view, being on the 8th floor, with large windows overlooking the river. There is also direct access to the riverside from the building. 8. In general the building is very quiet.

Some minor issues: 1. The blinds could be a bit better. In the morning they are not covering the windows very well and if you are a light sleeper this may create some issues. 2. Run the shower in relatively low pressure as it can get flooded and you will end up mopping the bathroom. 3. Not a problem for me, but occasionally you may hear a train passing by as the train lines are in front of the building.

We had everything on the appartment. Things such as cooking stuff, chargers for phone, internation tv, cleaning stuff. Top place, though it's not in city center it's very comfy to catch the Tram or S-Bahn in the nearbies

The apartment is beautiful, everything is new. It is comfortable for a family with 2 children. The kitchen is equipped, new. The bedroom is beautiful, the living room is fantastic. Everything is great. The beds are comfortable. The bedding is clean and new. It has good Wi-Fi, and all existing television channels are represented. The metro is 5 minutes away, the tram station is 3 minutes away. I want to praise the host who took care of us and asked if everything was ok. We travel a lot and stay in apartments, and this apartment is the best so far.
