J’ai tout aimé le staf, l’emplacement au bord de mer , la suite de lux avec une piscine privée , le petit déjeuner très sympa et copieux , je remercie le réceptionniste Mr Gad pour son professionnalisme et son sens de bienveillance et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour .

Avoir plus de choix de restauration et des taxis disponibles devant l’hôtel au moins un chauffeur à disposition en cas d’urgence ou d’un départ anticipé.

Ristorazione monotona (solo cucina orientale ma, per fortuna, anche pizza). Mezza pensione penalizzante rispetto al menu. Non tutto lo staff è all’altezza di un cinque stelle. Tutta la zona è interessata da un intenso sviluppo immobiliare: intorno all’hotel ci sono solo cantieri. Necessaria l’auto per qualunque altra attività all’esterno

A truly enjoyable stay from start to finish. The hotel has a fantastic location, with a beautiful private beach that is mostly sandy and a stunning infinity pool. The rooms and the entire property are beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The restaurant is excellent, with consistently delicious food. What stood out most was the service. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, from the reception team to the beach staff.

Everything was phenomenal, this property is above & beyond, it’s ideal for privacy & relaxation. From the arrival moment till we were leaving, everybody was like a real owner, takes care of every single detail. Food was amazing, couldn’t resist to keep trying their menu options. So Proud of having such a place in Egypt 🇪🇬 You should be proud of yourselves, you are doing great. Thank you all Marmarica great team 💐💐💐

The only thing I found a bit inconvenient was that the restaurant didn’t offer an open buffet. I would have preferred more variety and flexibility. But all in all was amazing.

Marmarica Boutique Cabanas offers excellent rooms and great facilities, but the service operations fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the reception desk was not able to find my Booking.com reservation and initially claimed the hotel was fully booked. After a brief, frustrating discussion, a room suddenly became available and I was checked in. I didn't feel comfortable around many of the staff members, however Mrs. Nermine was professional and went out of her way to make my stay comfortable.

The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Ahmed for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. The food exceeded our expectations, from the room service to the restaurant, and the dinner buffet was especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. The lagoon is stunning, the private beach is beautifully maintained and easily accessible either by golf car or by walk.

Quelques jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel intimiste ***** chambres super jolies et confortables autour d’une piscine de rêve avec vue sur mer. La belle plage, accessible à pied ou accompagné en golf-car, est paradisiaque !! La team est tellement gentille , accueillante et attentionnée! l’ambiance y est douce .. & le petit déjeuner de folie !! La bande son autour de la piscine nous plonge dans l’atmosphère de la série tv « the white Lotus », on y est trop bien ! Bref nous recommandons vivement❤️❤️

Beautiful and new. I love the design of the room and aria. That’s really well decorated. The pool, restaurant and the reception is very near. The service is top level. They have spa. The ladies for massage from Morocco and Indonesia are excellent. The music is lovely

The area is new, that’s why the entrance to the sea has rocks. But there is a pontoon from which you can enter or jump into and the water there is wonderful

Very nice decor and layout. The staff were friendly. The layout of the room was different and eclectic. The receptionists were nice and catered to medical needs. Upon failing to clean the room within a given time frame, they offered a complimentary massage, which I thought was a very nice gesture.

So many things. They can easily offer a welcome drink upon arrival especially when it is hours away from airport. They did not. Walls between rooms are paper-thin, I DID NOT SLEEP the whole night because of music and loud screaming from next room, and the hotel DID nothig to stop it. They just talked to them after many calls and moved them to the pool, where they stayed screaming and laughing until after 4am. This is not a hotel to relax in, or enjoy the scenery. If the other room switches on the fan, you can hear it in your room. This is how bad sound insulation is. The room and hotel is full of flies and insects, you literally cannot sleep because of that. The food is either hit or miss., some dishes were great, and different and others were inedible and were returned to the kitchen. House keeping is slow, and there is no urgency and they do not cater to urgent matters. The hotel is surrounded by sand and it does not show that it is in the middle of a construction site!! There is no direct access to the beach, which is below average, but you need a club car to move from hotel to the beach. This hotel might be a great spot in a few years when construction is done, at the moment, I do not recommend staying there. Service at Barten was below average and can keep you waiting a lot. The massage I also got at the spa, was not good. The fastest pace ever, as if they want it done asap.

Once I arrived I found lizard in the room and food was not clean. I got stomachache after breakfast and staff were so rude and not helpful so I asked to refund next day and I left. Now waiting urgent for refund for night I didn't stay in

Beautiful resort, nice small boutique hotel. Would be good if they make beach in the future. All around there is no facilities as they still build the villas. We went to the beach, it was rocky and windy that time. So we couldn’t swim. Breakfast was okey, good option to have it in the room.

That they don’t have direct access to the beach, you have to take the buggy, but they say beach front

Staff friendliness, food quality, nice and comfy rooms/ cabanas. Overall, the visit was exceptional and definitely recommended for couples.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice view of the sea.

The housekeeping staff needed to be more professional. They provided dirty towels, no water was provided, and no coffee was loaded after the first patch finished. You would at least expect free water and coffee capsules for 200USD+ a night!! The beach is also far from the rooms; you would need to ride a golf cart in the dust to get there.
